Great time at Finest! The people were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Special shout out to the ladies managing the kids area (Azucena and Camila stand out, but honestly they were ALL great), they were the absolute best and did such a great job caring for our and everyone’s children (also amazed how they memorized everyone’s names)!
It was also great that they had so many activities during the day and shows at night, both my toddler and my parents loved it.
The only drawback - and I think it's consistent with all all inclusives - was the food. Not terrible, but nothing amazing with the exception of the Brassa's steakhouse restaurant. All the food was just mediocre, but again, think this is just consistent with all inclusives.
Regardless, would still recommend for intergenerational family trips!
Overall good experience. We traveled with our toddler and really thought the resort did a lot to accommodate children. The kids club was wonderful and all the staff were exceptional. Christina, Jaanai, Ariana, Carla, Yahanna, Angy, Alejandro, and Isabel each made our child feel special.
We thought the food was great and enjoyed most meals. The only food related issue was the Mexican traditional restaurant where the food was fairly bad and the wait for food was so long. Otherwise no complaints at all.
Was disappointed in Legends bar. They claim to have craft beer but I went several times and was told they didn't have any. Not a big deal but I do think they should stock it if advertised
Check in and room accommodations were great. Had an issue with our first room and they quickly accommodated us with another option.

Roger and Kevin were hands down the BEST dance instructors at Playa Mujeres! They brought so much energy, fun, and positivity to the resort and always made sure everyone was having an amazing time. They made every activity entertaining, got everyone involved, and truly made our vacation that much more memorable. You can tell they genuinely love what they do and care about making sure everyone has the best experience possible. They are definitely two of the best people at the resort, and the place wouldn’t be the same without them! If you’re visiting Playa Mujeres, make sure you get involved in their activities because they will make your trip that much better. Thank you, Roger and Kevin, for making our vacation so much fun! You guys are the best! ☀️💃🕺

Service at surf and turf, brass was top notch.
Duke’s and Shoji (hibachi show) service can be improved. Waiter seemed to be in rush and not quite friendly.
Front desk staff were very good and helpful.

Flora at the Las Dunas Beach house provided amazing service!
Jean is so talented, she taught us do salsa moves, bracelets for kids, hosted all the shows. Energetic and well talented.
Air Conditioning needs to be looked into, at times it gets hot in the room. AC also doesn’t seem to working well in the main lobby area.
Our family loves this resort and we will be back again soon! We highly recommend this resort for family.
This place is truly a gem!!! My family and I usually vacation at the Finest in Punta Cana but I think we now have found our favorite. This place is incredible, it is so well maintained, it is so clean, and the service and food is on another level. We encountered a minor issue that was completely out of the resorts control and before saying anything the manager "Dalel" was so proactive and made things right. It was out of a movie, it's like she read our minds. We will never forget this moment and this is exactly why we will be coming back to this resort. Besides Dalel, I have to mention Ricardo from the Finest beach he was so nice and helped us immensely, Roman from the tropical fruit bar was so courteous and friendly and kept those coconut water's flowing, and Itzel from the coffee shop was so nice to our daughter that it made it feel like home. Last but not least I cannot forget to mention the food and beverages manager Munther. There's a reason why he is a manager, he is extremely knowledgeable and his customer service skills cannot be compared. I had a unique request of asking for Halal meat for our next trip in January and he said that with his connections he can make it happen. This shows me that this resort will go above and beyond. Munther and Dalel need to be cloned and placed at all Finest and Excellence resorts. This by far was one of the most memorable family trips.
