Courtyard By Marriott Cancun Airport

I was taken to this hotel because the flight was diverted due to weather issues. The location is good if you want to be close to the airport. The staff were very kind, hardworking, and eager to work.

This was my first time staying at this hotel but it is a standard hotel that my company puts me and my coworkers. We showed up unannounced and we're quickly able to get rooms. I went to breakfast in the morning and the gentleman, Celso, who is working at the breakfast buffet took absolutely spectacular care of me during the time I was there. Overall a great place to stay.

We stayed at this hotel after our flight was cancelled, as it was provided to us by the airline as a courtesy hotel. The room was very spacious and included a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Everything was clean and well maintained. We had a pleasant stay and were satisfied overall.

Good hotel, friendly staff. Maybe a bit in need of new carpets and decoration. WHY DO THEY USE A STRIMMER EARLY IN THE MORNING? It's been going for hours now. Main reason people stay here is to sleep, not look at edges of grass! This place should be getting four star but really the score goes minus for waking everyone with strimmers.
