Whales And Dolphins Excursion On A Luxury Yacht In Canary Islands

Brilliant experience we saw dolphins and whales , I would highly recommend this to anyone who visits tenerife

From start to finish the experience was brilliant. Michael and the Captain were great and very attentive hosts. We went as 2 families with 3 children under the age of 7 and they couldn’t do enough to make us all feel welcomed.

What a way to end our lovely holiday. Such a beautiful experience seeing the whales. Michael who was the host was so polite and lovely mannered and has a great sense of humour. He made a gorgeous lunch for us all after chucking us overboard into the blue sea. The Captain was Sergio (I hope I've spelt correctly), he managed to navigate the yacht through 30 foot waves!!! 😀 We eventually found the lovely whales! Michael and Sergio are a great team and provided a great experience. It was like going out with lovely friends, they took great care of all of us. We will be back! Love ya!

The best afternoon ever, the staff were so lovely and we saw a huge family of whales! the food was gorgeous and the boat was so lovely. Would definitely book it again!

From the time we were greeted til the time we disembarked we were treated great by the Captain and Crew. Our tour was lucky enough to spot over 40 whales which was amazing. The boat is wonderful with many comfortable areas to sit and Michael’s lunch and bar service was a treat. We loved the swimming. We can not recommend this tour enough. Well worth the time.

This was a great experience which I would definitely recommend. It was well organised. We were collected as planned. We were well looked after on the boat and provided with a good choice of drinks and food. There was plenty of time to see pilot whales and also swim in the sea.

Brilliant trip yet again.We went on it last year also and it was the same this year.We will be doing it again.Thanks to the two lads.

Excellent excursion, saw Pilot Whales and Dolphins. Lovely tapas for lunch. The crew were very professional, nothing was too much trouble. They respected the wildlife too. Only 8 guests on our trip which meant we sometimes had an area of the boat to ourselves which made it feel very special compared to other boat trips we have done which were crowded. Opportunity to have a swim, snorkel or paddle board on the way back. Would recommend booking this trip!

Great staff, both the captain and his "wing man" were great hosts. Unfortunately it was a windy day and we didn't see any whales, but the guys really tried and eventually ended up in a marina that was outside of the windy weather. All together it was a great experience

Trust me Michael and the captain will look after you, that’s their full aim. The day is what exactly what it said it would be.

it was nice day and captain was very nice. it was almost three hour. we were picked up from a location and dropped back to same location. unfortunately we didnt manage to see any animal (whale or dolphin)

I give the lowest score not because the service was bad. It just that it was canceled due to engineering problem. They contacted me in advance to let me know about it. Which was really good to do so. If it was happened, I am sure that I could score them more.

The whole trip was very well managed and organised. We even saw a group of pilot whales. Lovely food and drink arrangment. Amazing experience!!

Was amazing experience with them. Not to much dolphins was, but it was waves. Swimming and lunch with music was very cool. Transfer and crew was very good 👍

I recently went on a yacht ride in Costa Adeje with my cousin as a post-birthday treat, and it was an unforgettable experience. There are plenty of seating options, including on the sun deck at the front, the lower deck, and upstairs. We had the chance to watch whales and take in the breathtaking views of southern Tenerife, all while sipping on refreshing Cava. The yacht made a stop near the beach, where I enjoyed the scenery while others on board went swimming and snorkeling. The snacks were delicious, and the overall service was exceptional. If you’re looking for a private and enjoyable experience, I highly recommend this yacht trip. They also offer convenient pick-up and drop-off at a central location.

From the moment Michael picked us up til the point we were dropped off we felt like royalty. Well looked after, made us laugh prepared our lunch and got to see the beautiful Whales. Luego the Captain was also very good. Had the most anyone. It was good that only a small number on the boat as it was very personal.

Great Trip from start to finish on a great small boat. Booked for a total of 8 and had the boat to ourselves with more then enough room to move about. Trip lasted 3.5 hours and we saw Dolphins and had time for a swim and play in the sea. Enjoyed by all -Ages 18 to 60

Excellent trip on a lovely yacht. Booked before arriving in Tenerife, picked up in Costa Adeje not too far from where we were staying and taken to the Yacht 10-15 minutes away. The yacht was lovely with plenty food and drinks included in a very reasonable price. Don’t think I’ll ever go on a boat packed with people again on holiday when yachts with a few people are an option instead for not that much more money. More comfortable, more personal. We seen a few pilot whales and had a dip in the ocean, great few hours. Big thanks to Captain Louie and Dimitri. You were great.

Lovely boat trip - only 10 allowed on board so didn’t feel crowded. Saw whales close up and spotted dolphins in the distance! Nice snacks and drinks provided and stop for a snorkel! Would recommend.

It was an amazing day! The crew Michael and Louis made it so fun and were really good hosts to all of us on board. We unfortunately didn’t see any sea life but that can’t be helped and we made the most the trip including swimming in the sea! This trip is ideal for couples, families and groups of friends.

Had a brilliant time relaxing on this truly luxurious yacht, and Luis and Michael couldn’t have made us more welcome. While we didn’t get to see much in the way of sealife - as Luis says the whales are not on contract - we still had a fabulous time with good food, plenty of drinks and even a splash around in the Atlantic! Would definitely book again…

Boat is old (1999). The add tells you the trip is 3-3,5 hours when it actually is only 2 hours, so you are not getting what you’re paying for. Captain is cool. Dimitri the houst is also ok. But i will not recommend this for others because of the length of the trip compared whit what the add says and price off the trip does not match what u get.

We wanted to end our stay in Tenerife with a boat trip, and decided to treat ourselves by choosing this luxury option over the larger / cheaper alternatives. It was a brilliant decision, as it was worth every extra penny! The boat was beautiful, and Michael and Louis were really friendly and attentive. Being a smaller group meant a far more exclusive experience, and there were plenty of different seating areas meaning we could space out and all get a good view of the whales & dolphins. 3 hours gave us plenty of time to enjoy our time on board, during which we enjoyed a superbly prepared lunch. We fully recommend The Royal Ocean and her crew, who gave us a lovely last day to remember :)

This did not happen. We were notified of a meeting point that was more than 1 hour drive from where our cruise ship docked. Advertised as WE WILL PICK YOU UP. The other trips we have booked through Viator , driver was there as we exited ship with our name on a sign clear as day. This vendor was noted months in advance of the ship we were coming in on and docking time. Pretty much ruined our port experience and our day, first negative experience with Viator.

Very personable and professional 2-man crew. Me, wife and kiddo plus 5 other passengers - which I believe would be capacity. Relaxed conversation with all aboard which was nice. Wife and kid got seasick - which was unfortunate, but they got looked after well. It is the Atlantic after all - although conditions were 'ideal' for our sail. Kid bounced back and was soon swimming in the ocean at our planned stop. And the accident was promptly cleaned/washed by the crew who certainly were deserving of the tip post voyage. We got lucky and saw dolphins and pilot whales close up. Good level of narrative provided about the area, conservation etc by our captain. I can't swim - but never felt anxious aboard. I really enjoyed the outing. Getting to the pick up point and finding the van to take us to the yacht took a little time but thanks to whatsapp it turned out to be no hassle. They are the ones that added me to their contacts; I'd recommend having international data and whatsapp for the ease of any contact needed.

This was a lovely excursion. Lu and Michael were attentive, friendly, and personable. We saw pilot whales and dolphins on our trip and the snacks were great! We would do this again if we are ever back in Tenerife.

This was a great experience which I highly enjoyed. When I decided to go on a trip to see the whales I knew I didn't want to be on one of the big crowded boats. I wanted to enjoy the experience as much as possible. What made me choose them was the respect for the animals and consideration to the stress caused by being chased for our pleasure. Michael, Louis (apologies if I spelt your name wrong) and our special guest Dimitri were amazing and super helpful during the trip. We managed to see a couple of turtles as well (as a bonus). I would highly recommend them for this type of experience.

The whole experience was great! The gentleman that took us on the boat were informative and hospitable. The way the snacks were set up and the drinks that they provided were excellent. We saw many dolphins and whales. Limiting the ride with a small group was great for a more intimate experience. The only thing I would change is where the boat is anchored for swimming so not seeing the port while swimming. Overall a memorable experience! The time on the boat was perfect as well! Great price too! We highly recommend this booking.

We had a fabulous trip with Louie and Micheal. They were knowledgeable about the wildlife and totally respect the animals in the reserve. They were good hosts too and the food was lovely! The boat is a nice size too.

This trip was definitely our highlight of the holiday. Our super lovely sailor Mihael picked us ladies and from 1st minute we we’re feeling very relaxed with him. His hospitality were always on top. Always paying attention to everyone on the yacht. Royal ocean yacht was modern, tidy and clean. Luxury looking yacht! It was spacious for us all the time. We had plenty options to choose from to have a great pictures. Captain was super helpful so we could have a great views of whales and cliffs. Had fun with bigger waves on the way back. Drinks and food was really tasty for us! Time went really fast as we would love to stay all day and chill with great company and cava on a deck! What a great, exclusive experience Dimitri and Sergio offer on the Royal Ocean. The boat was pristine and clean, the snacks, food and drinks were great. Besides our family of 4, there were only 2 other people. Loads of room to move around. We saw whales and dolphins on our 3 hour tour. If you want a small intimate boat tour without the crowds and the annoyances that go with it, this tour is for you. Bar is set with Royal Ocean.

It was a very small group so it was very personable. The Captain and his shipmate were outstanding. They found us rare pilot whales sightings. It was so tranquil and relaxing.

We had a fantabulous moment. We were a bit late but they waited for us. The yatch was clean and beautiful. The guys were very patient, speak English and very helpful. Would go again with them

Absolutely amazing, the crew on board were lovely and accommodating, we got picked up at x-SUR and the driver on the way back was so polite and chatty, the whales were absolutely amazing, sat on the front of the boat and even received some lovely photos at the end of us. Food was also amazing! Would really recommend!
