Tenerife: Whale & Dolphin Watching Cruise & Swim, Los Cristianos

My family went on the 12pm adventure today, straight away we felt welcome onboard. The crew are professional, friendly and knowledgeable which made the experience even better. We had plenty of sightings of Pilot Whales, and the Dolphins put on a show jumping out of the water throughout our time, showing how well the crew knows the area and their impact on the inhabitants. Everyone enjoyed a quick jump into the ocean towards the end, and there was plenty of photo opportunities throughout the adventure. Each member of the crew deserves their own praise, but especially our guide talking us through the trip, who was able to do so in multiple languages and kept it entertaining, especially happy with him being able to scare our youngest child multiple times 😂

The crew were fantastic and made the experience! Izzy engaged so much with us and even encouraged us to get in for a swim even though we were nervous of the water but we’re so thankful he did! Great morning out all round

What an awesome day time out to sea watching the Pilot whales. Great trip on the Peter Pan…the tour guide and crew were extremely knowledgeable and fun to talk with. We would highly recommend this trip on your holiday.

Pleasantly surprised by this trip. Staff were very friendly and boat was authentic to the pirate ship experience. We did actually see lots dolphins, whales and a turtle. We even saw a couple flying fish. Definitely worth doing if you want a short boat trip.

We had an amazing trip out with Captain Giorgio and Guide Edwardo. We had two grandparents, one that walks with a stick, two parents, and 2 children's ages 7 and 9. We all had an amazing time, both children had a huge amount of questions that Edwardo and Giorgio were happy to answer. We saw several loggerhead turtles, a pod pilot whales, a couple of pods of dolphins, hammerhead sharks. The food was delicious when we stopped off for a swim and to see some smaller fish. The entire family had such a great time, such friendly staff, was a shame we only had 3 hours with them

Absolutely amazing, crew were great, drinks available to buy on-board. Stopped for a dip in the sea on the way back to shore, towels etc are not included so don't forget to pack your own. Saw loads of dolphins & pilot whales throughout the whole trip. Our little one became the captain which he absolutely loved

We absolutely loved this trip. Seeing whales and dolphins in their natural environment was such a special experience, especially for the children. There was something magical about being out on the ocean and suddenly spotting them in the water. The trip was relaxed, enjoyable and very well organised. The crew were lovely and made us feel comfortable throughout the experience. We never felt rushed and had plenty of time to enjoy being on the boat, take in the views and, of course, watch the whales and dolphins. It was one of those holiday experiences that the whole family talks about afterwards. The children were absolutely delighted and so were the adults! 100% worth doing while in Tenerife. Five stars from our whole family! 🐬🌊☀️

Having been to Tenerife many times and done a bunch of trips, we thought we had already tasted the best of what was out there, but boy were we WRONG! Our host Izzy was simply one of the most charismatic, communicative, attentive and hilarious people we have met in a long time. Both he and our excellent boat captain George gave us a truly amazing trip, seeing pilot whales and more dolphins that we thought would ever be possible. Izzy's incredible knowledge of the marine life and the local area, coupled with his brilliant presenting style, taught us a lot about what we were seeing experiencing. The food provided was great and the drinks flowed at will. Thank you so much Izzy and George! We will be back!

Great tour. Saw dolphins and whales very close up. The guide was excellent - knowledgeable and friendly. Take some cash to give him a tip as he is well worth it.

Had a great trip with Neptuno Whale Experience. The guides were fantastic and we managed to see some whales and turtles. The stop off for the swim was great and even our three year old managed to have a little swim.

I was so excited for this experience… sadly I found it really hard to enjoy as my little one suffered sea sickness the duration of the trip. But that’s not at fault of the company or crew! What can I say about the crew on the boat. They were so kind and caring for myself and my little one. The most lovely man checked on her throughout, gave her ice for her neck, water to cool us and cola for a bit of sugar. I appreciated it. He sat and spoke to us and made a hard time feel a little better. There was beautiful views of mount teide and whales , a shark and dolphins. I just wish I had prepared better as we hadn’t been on a boat like this before. It was choppy for us, but many others were unaffected. The price was really reasonable and it was special to see these animals in their natural habitat rather than the zoo

A really enjoyable trip , the tour guide was very informative, very well versed in many languages and took time to explain the local landmarks , wales and dolphins. There was a swim stop for those that wanted or could. The boat was clean and tidy with refreshments available from the bar . Toilets available on board. I would give this a 10/10 . Don’t forget …… if you don’t see any whales or Dolphins it’s not down to the skill of the crew, it’s nature , we got lucky and saw both but appreciated the fact we might not have .

We had a wonderful trip with Izzy and the crew! Izzy was professional, welcoming, really knowledgeable about the sea and marine animals and very attentive to everyone’s needs. We saw pilot whales and turtles in the marine protected area which was amazing! Rough seas meant no swimming but the crew obviously put safety first. Thanks for a fabulous afternoon!

Absolutely horrific.. it put us off boats for life’s especially my 9 year old daughter who vomited alongside at least half of the rest of the passengers on the boat. Having said this, the staff were absolutely brilliant and very attentive to try to make sick passengers feel better.

The captain and crew were amazing! We saw Dolphins, whales and hammerhead sharks and got to jump off the boat for a swim in the beautiful waters. My children did get quite sea sick and the crew were incredible in helping look after them and knew exactly what to do to help them. Highly recommend. Great experience!

The worst experience ever !!! 5 hrs on boat where people are sick around . For 5 hrs you just sat . Only speaking Spanish so never understand where we are or what’s happening !!!! On swim they not provide life jackets !!! We paid 110€ just for sat down on wodden bench watching people throwing up

Expected more about the experience and the service.however one of the stuff member was nice and communication was smooth and clear as she spoke different languages.

Amazing company, Izzy was friendly and so were the crew. The trip was amazing I saw dolphins and whales and loved that it’s ethical to the dolphins. It’s great value for money and I wouldn’t hesitate to do this trip again.

Really good experience, we saw a turtle, a large pod of dolphins and a pilot whale pod! It was a little choppy out at sea but the staff were incredible and made sure everyone felt ok! The staff were great in general, from the pick up to being dropped off!
