Very poor day. You are taken on a dinghy and sat precariously on the inflated sides. Not particularly safe. No life vests. Seems that details are deliberately missed from pre tour information. We were told to arrive 20 minutes early yet left about 50 minutes late and arrived back on time. We had about 1h 45m max on tour. No explanation or apology. The kit wasn't brilliant. My mates mask would not seal and they blamed his beard. My fin repeatedly came undone. We saw a dolphin and a turtle briefly on the way out but we nearly ran one over on the way back when they didn't slow down for us to see. The water was not 'crystalline' and whilst we saw plenty of fish, it was ordinary and generally too deep for good snorkeling visibility. Not a hint of a turtle. We were denied taking bags on board except suncream, hat and sunglasses. They failed to even provide a cup of water despite promising before and on board. Of great concern was a comment from our guide about an incoming storm tomorrow, that whilst others cancel, they go regardless even in a tsunami. This felt like a cash cow rather than a pleasure trip. Displeasure trip.

This is a scam, don’t bother…! Definitely not what is advertised and if you think you’re going to see any marine life think again
We had a great experience, although we just saw a turtle from the boat back to port, we all enjoyed this activity and the staff were very friendly and helpful and took some really good pictures and sent them to us the next day. Would definitely recommend 👌 ❤️
Went snorkeling in the ocean and saw lots of tropical fish and an octopus! It was my first time wearing a wetsuit and it was so much fun.
Great introduction to PADI. Our instructor Marta was very professional and also made us both feel at ease. We saw rays and small barracuda + other small species. Would definitely recommend booking this course if you’ve never tried before
Wow what can I say. This trip was the highlight of our holiday! All staff members inside the dive centre were so happy and friendly. My sister and I, got a very detailed introduction (being new to snorkelling) and then met our wonderful guide Romana. She was the loveliest lady we have ever met and made our whole experience so calm and fun!! She made sure that all our equipment fit and when in the water guided us to amazing spots to see all kinds of fish. Every so often Romana would check that we were ok. Unfortunately we didn’t see any turtles, however this didn’t matter to us as the whole experience was INCREDIBLE. Just want to say a massive thank you to Romana for being an incredible human being and all of the other wonderful people at the dive centre. We will definitely be returning when we are next on the Island and will be trying scuba diving😍 Thank you again!
Sadly we didn’t see any turtles. Plenty of fish and an overall pleasant snorkeling experience. Our Dutch guide was fantastic. He was witty, knowledgeable and easy going, but still professional, especially with the safety demonstrations. Highly recommend, and hopefully you’ll have more luck seeing those elusive turtles.
Boat ride to the turtle destination- but no turtles and very busy cove full of kayakers. Trip started late and kept waiting for ages.
Very professional and helpful to all of us. Patient and careful Welcoming and multi lingual. Thank you l
Disappointed. I know you can’t promise seeing the turtles but didn’t even see any fish. Also no snack or drink offered albeit part of the package.
Brilliant experience. Even saw a turtle! Well looked after by the staff, felt in very safe hands. Would highly recommend.
1,5hour delay. Largest animal i have seen was a fish(10cm). It was really terrible. Waste of money and time.
The water was really chopping in and out of the boat, too choppy for turtles. Im surprised they dont make life jackets mandatory at how choppy the water is. They told us prior to leaving it was a calm day, if that was calm id hate to be out there when its not. You do see fishes though. They take you to a deep bit of water surronded by kayaks, scubba driving, a fish farm and snorkels so the chances of seeing a turtle is nil. My partner took unwell due to the choppy water, the captain was lovely on-board gave a jacket but as soon as we got off the jettie the staff didnt check up on us. Took us so long to get back to the marina to get changed the rest of the group had left, no staff checked we were ok. If you get at all sea sick id give it a miss and if you're drawn in by the thought of turtles alone like me then id also give it a miss its not going to happen.
Very rough sea for snorkelling. Felt a bit battered and sea sick but my son enjoyed it he is a strong swimmer and good sea legs.
The staff were very friendly and helpful: kitted us out with wet suits and warm coats so we wouldn't get cold on the boat ride. The snorkeling was delightful: they took us to a small cove near Palm Mar and left us to snorkel individually (unaccompanied). I saw loads of interesting fish, but unfortunately no turtles.
Very well organised. Guide was professional and reassuring. Had an oops on the stairs getting back in the boat, was helped by a calm and confident guide. Didn’t see any turtles but we were briefed at the start that this was a possibility…. Did see sting rays and dolphins which was amazing! Would recommend as a must do for your holiday. Tip: please listen to instructors, must be a confident swimmer.
I went on the Turtle snorkel with this company on September 6, 2021, and was left behind and almost drowned. I decided to go with this company, because I was going by myself for this excursion and thought the small group size sounded safe. They claim it is small group with maximum 10 people, and on the boat ride over there were two boats with 10 people, once in the water they combine the groups for a total of 18 (2 people on my boat were going diving). They give you your equipment but don’t really tell you much on the way out. The boat I was on, left with the divers, the guy who was originally in the water with us apparently left with the diver boat (according to the owner when I called). When I first jumped in I must have looked unsteady because the guy offered me his arm and said I could steady myself by holding on, I told him, “I think I’m fine now, I just can’t hold my breath long and am not a great swimmer,” he replied, “oh, don’t worry that’s all right.” I was following him closely as I stated not a great swimmer, but then he told our group we need to join the other group (who were already swimming off). I put my head down and started following fins, I felt like I was trying to race to keep up, the fins slowly turned to just bubbles then to nothing. I looked up and the group was pretty far, but I thought well if they stop to swim around a spot maybe I can catch up… this was how I spent most of the time I was in the water, me picking my head up and trying to race to catch up. Finally, I was getting really tired, the group was really far away and I realized there was no way I was catching up to them. Even looking at the other snorkelers from a distance I didn’t see any of the company’s boats. I waved my arms at the other snorkelers and screamed, “I'M HERE! WAIT! PLEASE HELP! PLEASE HELP!” I did this for several minutes and not one heard or even noticed me. At this point I thought I was going to die, there was no one around me, I frantically looked in all directions for help, I was breathing so heavy at this point and the waves felt heavy, my head went under and I swallowed a bunch of water. I realized I was in complete PANIC and I needed to calm myself or I was going to DROWN. I spent several minutes trying to control my breathing and searched for any sign of hope. We were by a cliff, there was no trying to get close to shore. Then I realized no one was going to help me, I needed to get out of this situation and save myself or drown, there were 3 boats in total I saw, one with lots of people on it, and was driving away from me, then 2 boats close to one another that weren’t moving, 1 of those boats had a person sitting on it, it was my only chance for help. The boat was far, I was already exhausted, it had to have been over 2 miles away, I spent several minutes swimming toward it, while stopping in between to catch my breath. When I finally made it to the boat I told the guy, "my group left me, I’m panicked", as I grabbed hold of his boat. He asked, “what company are you with?” I couldn’t remember I was still panicked and in shock, and it was that moment I realized they never even introduced themselves, I didn’t even know the people’s names. I kept saying, “I don’t know, I don’t know” finally he asked. “was the guy in a conga speedo?’ I thought yes, the guy that took the other boat out was in a tarzan looking speedo, which I remembered because I had never seen a speedo of that style. He then looked around and had to call them over (at no time did they even notice I was missing). When they picked me up the first thing I said was, "I was left behind, I’m in a panic” and he said, “no, no you’re fine.” No concern, no empathy, just get in, sit down and shut up kind of attitude. To give you an idea of how long this all took, it’s a 3 hour experience, we picked up the other people and headed back to shore within about 20 minutes, I would have been struggling for over an hour (accounting for driving time to and from). I spent the whole boat ride back shaking, in complete shock holding back tears trying not to fall apart, I had thought I was going to die. I haven’t been able to sleep, I keep playing it over and over again in my head. No one was concerned or even cared that I was shaking and in shock, no one cared that I almost drowned. I got my things in a haze and left, finally only breaking down when I called my husband and heard his voice. My husband called the company, and spoke to the owner who told him I was lying. The people who took us out, didn’t even tell her they had to pick me up from another boat. They spoke a couple of times, and finally out of frustration I called to speak to the owner because I wanted an apology, I wanted them to look at their practices to ensure this never happens to another person again, but that is what a good company would do and this is not a good company. The owner in an attempt to both infantilize and insult not only me but all their clients also inadvertently admitted they can’t keep track of the people they take out and said, “you are all like children and go off, they can’t keep track of everyone”. The only apology I got was, “sorry you feel that way” which is a non-apology. I’m sure if they comment on this it will be more excuses, more blame shifting, when they should be working to find out where they need to change and improve to ensure that people don’t die on their tour. The fact that they lack the decency to even take any kind of accountability and responsibility for the fact that I almost died is infuriating. The fact that they do not look at where they can improve to make their excursions safer, and have some kind of accountability, responsibility and empathy for people’s lives should terrify anyone who sets foot on one of their boats.
Swimming with wild turtles! Just wow!! Does it get much better? We saw 3 turtles and 1 was very friendly.
Could see close up very friendly Turtles. All the team was professional and nice. We strongly recommend.
Really glad we did this, saw turtles within minutes of landing at snorkeling sight, felt safe as I'm not great at swimming boat was accessable at all times and great guide.

Excellent quality equipment provided.Saw lots of turtles, fish and rays. Lovely staff. Great tour

They highlight of our entire vacation on Tenerife!

The diving school was really easy to find, at least by using google maps.

First we had a very friendly and warm welcome from the diving team. After a few words, we were given our Snorkeling equipment looked all quite new and was in good condition and then went to the boat.

It took us a ride of approx. 20-30 minutes to arrive at the snorkeling and diving area, where the sea turtles are located. The guide gave us some useful tips and even adjusted my girlfriends swimming mask. So, although it was our first snorkerling trip ever and we were quite nervous at the beginning, the event turnt into the most exiting event of our entire vacation!

In few words: highly recommended, also for people, who dont feel that familiar/comfortable in the water like me

Friendly instructors, we had a nice experience. We went to the location at full speed in a rubber speedboat. When I lost my cap we even turned around to pick it up, very sweet. Unfortunately we didn't see any turtles this time, but the instructor did turn up a sea urchin for us! The instructors have an underwater camera for photos, you can buy it for 30 euros afterwards.
The tour itself was fully ok, there was plenty of time for snorkeling, unfortunately there was no Turtle... initially a longer Waiting time until wetsuits of the 8 tour participants were adapted and the last group participants were there. Bags and own mobile phones had to stay on land so that no one could take their own photos. Boat trip to the snorkeling site was great - with speed over high waves. A lot of dolphins sighted on the way, but we couldn't take our own photos. During the actual snorkeling, smaller fish were seen on a cliff. The crew also took underwater photos so far. In the end, you could have purchased the photos, could have been ok, but you should buy the complete photo series for 40 euros, even if I only found myself in 3 out of 20 photos. What concern do the 7 other wild strangers from the snorkeling group (1×German, 3×Irish and 4×Ukraine)... It was not possible to make a selection... Too bad, so I can't share my experiences figuratively. Overall conclusion: The tour was fully ok, you could do good and sufficient snorkeling. The guides were always helpful and explained everything to the snorkeling beginners and also took into consideration bad swimmers. Insofar as there were also cases of seasickness, the guides took care of it and also inquired after the end of the tour about its condition. What bothered and annoyed was the money tailoring at the end of the event on land while pandering to the photos. Well, at least nobody can take my memory away!
The water was a bit restless, quite a few waves. Nevertheless, the team of Dave, Alex and Andreas gave us a nice morning! Very nice guidance! The dolphins made themselves heard nearby, the turtles were still a bit shy, but there was still plenty to see. Highly recommended!
When we arrived at the diving school, we were greeted in a friendly manner and given instructions. Then we got on the small rubber dinghy and headed to the bay. The trip was very adventurous and fun. The bay was nice, but not a highlight. And it would have been easy to get to from land (by car). We saw some fish. But unfortunately there were no turtles. Contrary to what was stated on TripAdvisor, there was no snack. There was only still water. The tour guide also did not speak German. There was no information about the area or the local fish species. We would not book this tour again.
SO GEIL!!
Before the tour I was a bit nervous as I have some respect for the sea. Arriving at the diving school, we were greeted very warmly and everything was explained to us superbly. The tour guides were super humorous and extremely helpful. You managed to completely remove my nervousness. Even in the water, a tour guide came to us regularly to explore whether everything is ok with us. He also tells us a lot about the fish we see while snorkeling. The snorkeling tour takes place next to a cliff where you can always see the bottom of the sea. The water is totally clear and there are many great fish to see. Unfortunately, we had no luck seeing turtles that day. Nevertheless, I would book the tour again at any time.

Difficult to get information Aboutaleb the exact meeting point in Puerto Colon.
