Amazing time, dolphins up close, pilot whales also nearby. Great crew and perfect weather!

Had to wait 20 minutes for bus to take back to hotel. Takes some people first then comes back for you.

Really enjoyable evening. The crew were very knowledgeable and friendly, pointing out the pilot whales and keeping the drinks flowing and plenty of tapas to choose from. Minibus picked us up and took us back to the hotel. Would definitely recommend.

We booked this on reviews we had seen. Unfortunately we had a completely different experience to most of the reviews. The sea was extremely choppy and as a consequence it was impossible to move off your seat without feeling like you would fall. It felt very unsafe. There was a young boy and a few adults who were extremely sick from the boat being thrown around so much. The staff were completely unsympathetic shouting at the mum of the child because she cleared the sick up of the table he wanted to serve food on and saying she should have given him medication!! There was no atmosphere and we spent 50 pounds each to sit in one position watching people be sick. We couldn’t eat or drink anything. We felt the staff know the boat shouldn’t have been taken out by didn’t want to refund the money

AMAZING! I booked this as a sunset cruise, accepting we may not see any whales/dolphins, however we ended up seeing around 10 pilot whales that came up close to the boat!! It was absolutely amazing and totally made our trip!! The 2 hosts were fantastic, lots of juice/alcohol available, as well as blankets for later on when it cools down. There was snacks - pretty basic but done the job of filling you up for a few hours! Would highly recommend! The highlight was definitely seeing a baby whale with its mum up super close and them being playful near the boat! Small tip - bring sunglasses (as we forgot) and it was rather bright sailing around; ans absolutely bring a jumper as it gets quite cool later on - again blankets are provided too though

No wildlife and no sunset! Everyone got sick. They started 40 minutes late. Nothing was good about this trip

Such a lovely afternoon and evening on the catamaran. Communication with the hosts was perfect as were the transfers from our hotel. All on time and in a lovely van with friendly driver. Seamless the whole afternoon and great food too. Would highly recommend this trip and company. You won’t be disappointed.

It's fun! Not crowded. Fantastic crew. Wear something warm that you don't mind getting wet. Bring a towel and blanket. We saw a beautiful sunset plus saw many whales.

We had a great time saw lots of whales and one came very close to the boat and the crew were great also.

An excellent trip. Well organised, comfortable and a very friendly crew, with a tasty buffet to boot. We were lucky enough to see pilot whales swim up very close to the boat and the sunset was spectacular.

The trip was very well organised with transport provided direct from the hotel to the port. The crew were very friendly and helpful. Great seating options - we got to sit at the top with amazing views. We observed pilot whales and dolphins which was incredible! The boat stopped in a sheltered bay to watch the sun set and option to swim, scuba masks provided. Drinks and snacks provided. Only reason for 4 stars is the lack of pre trip nformation. No mention of swimming, duration of the trip, type of food, what to bring etc.

My husband and I have been coming to Tenerife for about 12 years now and come at least twice each year. This was the first sunset boat cruise we have ever done and did so because it got great reviews. Let me tell you the reviews are absolutely spot on, we have an amazing experience. It was the best thing we did on our holiday by a mile. The crew were fantastic and very friendly and welcoming. When we boarded we were greeted with a welcome drink and told we were going to head out to try and finds whales or maybe if we were really lucky some dolphins. Well luck was on our side as we located a large pod of dolphins and got up close to watch them for about 45 mins on the boat, it was mesmerising. After that we headed to a harbour for the boat to stop and have dinner. The tapas was lovely. You could swim too while we stopped. Then we went to watch the sunset over La Gomera. Drinks were flowing the whole time and there was plenty of food too. The whole experience was 10/10. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice night out.

What a great experience, everything as promised with a very attentive crew full of very useful cetacean info that not only made the trip relaxing but also a great learning experience on my favourite planetary species - oh, and they kept the drinks acoming 🤣🤣

The sunset boat trip was lovely and so were the crew, we had plenty to drink&eat. We saw pilot whales but no dolphins&had a nice swim&saw a few fish swimming past us. The only thing that let us down was when we got off the boat our transfer back to our hotel went without us so we were stranding at the harbour& when we asked where our transfer was the woman at the kiosk was no help&a driver waiting for another boat was kind enough to take us back.

We had a wonderful time on this cruise! We were picked up on time (slightly early in fact!) from our hotel, then taken to the port, along with several other lovely people. We boarded the catamaran and removed our shoes, to be given a welcome drink and made ourselves comfortable on the plentiful seating. Our hosts explained the itinerary, then we set sail around 5:30pm. We went out to sea and found some pilot whales, which came really close. There was plenty of time to watch them in their natural habitat before returning nearer the shore, where we dropped anchor and were served tasty tapas. The drinks flowed the whole time, with plenty of choice. After that, we braved a swim, which was gorgeous as the skies were darkening. Despite the late hour, the sea wasn’t too cold, and we towelled ourselves dry once back on deck. When everyone had done swimming, we cruised back to the port, having lots of time to take in a gorgeous sunset and see how the shoreline lit up like gold in the evening light. Really beautiful, and very different to a daytime cruise. We felt very well looked after by the whole crew, everyone on board was friendly and we had a great time. Highly recommended! We were dropped back at our hotel around 8:30pm so we still had time for a quick change and to grab a bit more food before going out for the evening!

An amazing experience and the best way to end our holiday. From start to finish such a seamless and great experience. We got picked up from our hotel and dropped home. The reviews were not lying when they say drinks are flowing. Beer, Cava and soft drinks including kiddie friendly options. Great way to watch the sunset. There is a place where they stop to let you have a swim and although we don’t looked very refreshing. Goggles and snorkels provided on board to have a look to see any animals which was a lovely touch. Danielle and the team were amazing and very informative when we saw some wales and even dolphins!!! Would recommend and go again.

Great value for money, saw whales, ate lovely tapas and witnessed a beautiful sunset - not to mention the drinks were flowing. Thank you very much for a great last evening in Tenerife.

We had a beautiful evening on the catamaran - drinks and tapas were flowing, we saw several pods of pilot whales right up close to the boat and experienced a beautiful sunset! The minibus pick up was very straightforward - on time and a simple journey to the marina area. Overall a very enjoyable experience and one we would book again. Amazing sunset cruise, no other boats. Loads of Pilot whales to see. Crew were fantastic, keeping us updated, with information, and keeping us topped up with drinks and tapas.Would highly recommend.

Pick up and drop off included plus food and drink. Very good value and got to see dolphins and whales which was totally amazing. Not a huge boat max 24 people plus crew, so not overcrowded and very relaxed. Would recommend.

We had a great experience, we saw a lot of pilot wales and some got very close to the boat which was great to see! Plenty of drinks throughout and lots of choice - I would note that the tapas is a very small selection but we were able to get some things we liked :) it is mainly meats / cheese and bread. My boyfriend did feel a little sea sick but this is normal for him, the boat was a little rocky but very much enjoyed our trip! Staff onboard were very welcoming and friendly would 100% recommend

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Picked up from Hotel no problem. All staff pleasant and friendly. We saw numerous whales and dolphins and thoroughly enjoyed it. You may get a little sea sprayed! Beautiful sunset and lots of pictures. Highly recommended and would do it again next time we come.

It was an amazing trip we seen lots of dolphins and whale's, the drinks were flowing and the food was delicious not to mention the staff who were absolutely fantastic. We also got a chance to swim so make sure you bring togs n towel. Highly recommended as a dolphin and whale watch but definitely not a sunset cruise.

From booking to attending the experience was second to none. We took advantage of the free pick up & boarded the boat promptly after arriving. We saw whales and dolphins before stopping at a cove for some tapas, drinks were free flowing and regularly topped up. There was the opportunity to swim before sailing back along the coast to shore. Finished off with a shot of honey rum, I’d highly recommend this trip! The crew were knowledgable, attentive and enthusiastic.

The boat, the staff, the whales and overall the trip was amazing. The boat has seats at the front which is good for being comfortable, drinks regularly topped up with cava/wine/beer and soft drinks. The food was ok, like a snack tapas style but where we anchored for the stop was lovely. We didn’t swim because it was too cold but there is an option to swim. The only thing to say is that it is a little misleading in terms of being a ‘sunset’ cruise. We very much left and arrived back (after around 2hrs45mins on the boat) and the sun was still very much up. No sign of a sunset at all. For us we have done sunset cruises before so we weren’t too disappointed and the Whale sightings made up for it, but it’s not overly romantic (we had lots of kids on our one), there’s no music (which we’ve had on previous ones) and it was just a little bit flat when we returned to port and the sun was still shining. However, it was lovely, choppy waters, being splashed by the water and just wasting away an afternoon in the sunshine, it was great. Thank you.

This is so close to being a 5-star experience! Communication beforehand was excellent, but with one caveat; we booked through Get Your Guide and neither the information there, nor the communication from the company before the trip, mentioned the opportunity for swimming. The trip itself was, nonetheless, very enjoyable (my adult daughter and I didn’t feel seasick but it’s worth noting that several others did). It was great being on a smaller catamaran (24 passengers max) and having that more personal experience, having done similar trips on much larger boats in the past. There was enough seating for all although not a lot in the shade. The crew were all lovely - friendly and helpful, with drinks offered regularly or given freely when you asked. There was a good choice of drinks too. The whale watching part of the trip was lovely; we saw around 6 or so pilot whales including a mum and youngster. What was good was that when we stopped close, but not that close, to the whales, a couple came closer. I didn’t feel that we were chasing them. The rest of the trip was very pleasant. The food was a snack buffet rather than anything more than a very light meal, although you were welcome to take what you wanted. The trip ended too early to see a sunset, the clocks having changed the previous weekend. I’m presuming they move the timings at some point…

Fantastic experience. The crew was amazing, the views were beautiful, we saw dolphins and whales and had a great afternoon swim. The included food and drinks were great too. A bit rough if you get seasick. One of the highlights of our whole trip for sure.

This was an amazing experience, loved every second of it, being proposed to on there was the most beautiful moment, the sunset is beautiful and seeing the whales was so surreal, got right up close to them and they were so cute! The food which was tapas was delicious as well as the drinks, couldn’t ask for a better evening on a holiday, also the sea was lovely and calm and the staff are nice and friendly, overall highly recommend this experience, can’t fault it at all!🤍

This was by far the highlight of our trip! The hosts were friendly, informative and couldn't do enough for us. It wasn't packed so a lovely number of us to soak up the vibe and the beautiful sunset. The food offered was genuinly delicious, they put out a lovely varied spread for us. We weren't expecting to see dolphins or whales, just happy to go along and enjoy the experience, but oh my gosh!!! Within minutes dolphins were swimming along by us and under us enjoying the jets from the boat. we were all mesmerised. I'd like to add thay they were absolutely not chased down, they came to us and seemed to be showing off and having the best time, right under our noses. We also got to see Pilot whales a little further out, they were just chiling. The dolphins seemed to get jealous of the attention and returned for another swim along with us. I enjoyed it so much I'm retuning with my husband in a few weeks.

Terrible customer service. I work as a student support worker at a college so I would know .I amended my booking so as to be picked up at La playa Enramada . But nobody came to pick me up when I called to ask why ,they claimed not to have received the new pick point despite Viator sending me an updated booking and Ticket with the pick up point . The attendant on the phone was rude and unwilling to help and demanded I get taxi ,that I was holding people up .Then tried to cheat me out of a refund claiming that my inability to reach the meeting point was my own fault that I basically no-showed the boat trip. Luckily I kept both the ticket update email that was time stamped to show it was within 24 hours and the ticket PDF with the meeting point on it .So my refund request was accepted it was a slight dampener on my birthday. but I had already been paragliding and enjoying my day at the beach beforehand

This was an amazing trip. The crew were absolutely lovely, really attentive and had lots of knowledge about the whales and dolphins that we saw. The sunset was unbeatable too. The food is some tapas nibbles and they kept the drinks flowing. There's also stop for a swim for about 20 minutes so bring Swimwear. Would highly recommend. Pick up and drop off back to your hotel is included.
