Tenerife Paragliding: Standard Flight

This was our first ever paragliding, and as we are young 60's had to mark it off our bucket list. My husband Paul rode with Tony, and I (Linda) rode with Cristo. They were brilliant and well experienced. They are very safety conscious and made sure we were ok at all times. It is worth every penny. Fabulous experience & thoroughly enjoyed. A massive thank you to you both 👍

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our paragliding experience with Christo and his team! He met us promptly at our hotel and drove us up the mountain, where he briefed us about what to expect. He was so friendly and reassuring for my daughter (7 years old), and really put us at ease. When we reached the top of the mountain there were also a few other paragliding companies setting off; I was so glad we were with Christo as I really felt he explained the safety part of taking off so thoroughly (we witnessed a couple of others with difficult take offs). We both had safe and enjoyable take offs and the actual paraglide was just incredible. My daughter was in a special child seat with Christo, and I rode with his colleague (apologies, I have forgotten his name!). The scenery was beautiful, and in seeing the video footage afterwards, I could see my daughter having a lovely chat with Christo. His colleague who I glided with was also really friendly and funny, and I felt thoroughly safe through the whole flight. I really would recommend Kangaroo tandem as a first paragliding experience; this was by far the highlight of our holiday in Tenerife!

My wife absolutely loved the experience, big thank you to Cat who was her instructor, she has not come off cloud nine yet. She is 64 and says she cannot wait to do it again. She cannot thank you enough and says that whoever wants to try it not to think about it and give you guys a call , once again from Lesley and myself a huge thank you, she had the experience of a life time.

Amazing fun and a beautiful way to see a bit of the island. Collected and dropped back to hotel. Felt comfortable and safe throughout the glide. Staff are wonderful fun.

Outstanding experience, it was my first flight. I also felt 100% secure with a professional and friendly team. Great guidance during the flight made it extremely convenient for me. Smooth landing on the beach without one step forward necessary. Photos and video in HD. Not the cheapest in the market but strongly recommended!

This was a fantastic experience at a reasonable price. The staff put you at ease with their humour. Gives you a great chance to see parts of Tenerife from a great angle. Would highly recommend giving a try, even if you are scared of heights as was the person l went with and he loved it.

Always wanted to do this so booked up after seeing so many land at our hotel. It’s well worth the money, once you are up there you don’t have to hang around long before you fly. The team made me feel really comfortable and my pilot was so lovely despite me being nervous. My favourite part was when we were hovering and still as it’s so peaceful. The team at Kangaroo were amazing Caetano and Cristo looked after me and my wife like you couldn’t believe. This was her first time paragliding and she loved every minute of it. They took care of everything and we had the best flight ever.

Was really good, professional, great route. No waiting around. I was with Cristo, they took cash at a discount if you book directly. They allowed me to bring my own gopro so I didnt have to pay extra for photos, although their professional photos were very good. I also asked if I could do some acrobatic moves, he did some basic acrobatic stuff, like a roller coaster, it was great, 10/10.

Absolutely amazing experience! The team is great , the communication was great. Everything straight to the point. You can trust these guys , they fly with quality gear and give you a good service.

Christofer and his team are extremely professional. The customer experience starts as from the branded van picks you up at the hotel. The team (wearing branded t-shirts) welcome you and bring you to the top of the mountain. 10 minutes later, our 3 kids were flying en enjoying the awesome vue... landing on the beach. Now we enjoy pictures & video's. Don't hesitate, paragliding in Tenerife = Kangaroo Tandem.

Cristo made my 2020 challenge happened and I will never forget it. Everything ran smooth, maximum security, fun, walk, run, sit down, lay back, and enjoy the flight until you land on the beach 🪂🪂🪂 I felt very Confident from the start til the end. Thanks to you and your driver for this nice afternoon and the images left. 👌🏻👍🏻 Highly recommended.

A great experience that can be recommended. It feels safe, the guys have it under control and are fun and friendly. The pictures have become really nice too, where we took about 100 movies and photos.

Team on top. Listening. Warm. First successful flight. The scenery is splendid. You can count about 1h30 between the time you are picked up from the hotel and the time you are taken back (included in the price). Fly over the sea at the end. Wow!!!

At the end of our 1-week holiday in Tenerife we had booked a tandem flight each. Unfortunately, the thermals were so bad on the day that a flight of 1,100m was not possible and so the guides changed to the 800m mountain with our agreement. From the first contact, to the pick-up, the instructions to the flight, everything is very professional and well organized. I think the price is more than reasonable! It has been a gift for my husband and a lifetime experience. We were picked up at the hotel on time to leave with them and everything very well. We would like to repeat and with them of course! they are professionals, they have given us a lot of confidence and security to fly. Next time see if we can fly from Teide that due to bad weather we had to change it at the last minute and without any problem. Recommended 100%!! Thanks for everything guys!!!!
