Tenerife : Jet Ski Experience 40 Min Or 1 Hour

Avoid at all costs! Dealt with Shaab located beside Kaluna Beach. Took my money & insisted I paid cash. This was convenient for him as he then claimed I did not pay & would have to pay again. Booked 2 trips. First one should have been scuba diving ended up just being snorkelling. No one arrived at the agreed time for this trip. Went back to the shop where a new time was agreed & I was then contacted an hour before agreed time to hurry to the spot. Next trip they tried to change time again & insisted I paid again at the gate which I was not prepared to do. I asked to cancel & for a return of money already paid as this was not what was agreed & I was told he did not receive my money. I just hope this does not happen to anyone else as it ruined the holiday. Horrible person & impossible to deal with!

Jet ski activity was good. However we have encountered a problem regarding the €50 deposit. There was a mix up upon returning from the jet ski activity. We were handed our €50 euro deposit back. We then tried to use this 50 euro note to pay for the photos and videos that were taken on the jet skis. The woman behind the counter accepted the €50 then asked if we had €2 as she didn’t have any change. We did not, so we paid by card instead. Upon returning back to our hotel, we realised that the woman behind the counter forgot to hand back our 50 euro note after we paid by card. We spent €80 on taxis there and back and could not justify a further €80 to retrieve the money (and the excursion place would have been closed by the time we got there). We alerted the company via WhatsApp of the mixup and mistake and were met with a very dismissive “all deposits were returned.” We then explained that we tried to use the deposit money to pay, used card instead, and did not receive the 50 euro note back. They said they would check their cameras and let us know. We are still awaiting a message to confirm that they have seen the mixup and will return our money. We are hopeful that the company will transfer our 50 euro note back to us but it’s been several hours with no response.

First time jet skiing and this was so fun! Definitely one to experience.

This was an amazing trip — professional from booking right through to the end. Communication was great; our time was changed but that was no issue to us. From checking in, to the safety briefing, to using the jet skis, everything was very comprehensive. The sea was rough on our trip but despite not being a strong swimmer I always felt safe. They run a safety boat alongside everyone and make intermittent stops to check that everyone is happy. Apart from a sore backside, the rest of the trip is something I hope to keep the memories of for a long time. We purchased the photos and video, which were uploaded to our WhatsApp within the promised 15 minutes. Try this trip — you won't regret it.

This was an amazing trip. It was my first time ever going on jet ski but I felt in complete control within minutes of the ride.

Brilliant experience. Nice people at the desk, clear briefing about the rules on the sea. We could put our luggage in a locker and they helped us with the fitting of a life-vest. We went on the trip with Lorenzo, he gave a short briefing in English. Very clear as well about the start/stop of the ski itself. The sea was rough with big waves and a lot of wind, but he gave us a safe feeling. When someone was behind or fell into the sea, he waited and asked if we were ok . Back at the marina, he helped us parking the ski and asked of we were happy! He took pictures and made a short video of our tricks. After the trip we got the pictures trough a link! It was a blast, it was our 1e time but we would do it again with these guys ! Nice small marina with nice view ! Thanks for the fun !

The lady at the reception was not welcoming at all did not even offer us our free drinks which was on our booking. Very disappointed in the hospitality. The guide himself didn’t even say hello to us intially but was fine when we went onto the jet skis

Had a great time with our guide Niko , was really fun and definitely worth the money . Our guide was great and let us enjoy ourselves aswell as explaining how the jet skis work really well. Would definitely recommend

The jet ski tour concept is great and the location had real potential, but the experience fell short due to the way it was run. The jet skis were heavily restricted, leaving them so slow that the excitement factor was largely lost. The bigger issue was the tour guide's management style — he stopped the group repeatedly to address how people were positioned or moving, and the constant whistle-blowing made the atmosphere feel more like a school drill than a leisure activity. It disrupted the flow and made it hard to enjoy the surroundings. Even small moments of fun were shut down — attempting slow donuts while stationary was enough to earn a telling-off, as if you were a child misbehaving in class rather than an adult who'd paid for a jet ski experience. A little structure on a tour like this is understandable, but the approach here felt overly controlling and took the fun out of what should have been a highlight activity. If you're considering booking, just be aware that this is a tightly managed, low-speed experience rather than the free-ranging adventure it may appear to be. Would not recommend or book again.

Would not visit again! Instructor was very rude and didn’t care about our welfare when we were scared and unsure of what to do. Very pushy telling us to “gas gas gas” when waves were sending us flying. When we fell off we had no assistance getting back on and was made to feel an inconvenience. Before the trip a €50 deposit was taken, throughout the trip we were stopping for photo opportunities and I knocked into another jetski slightly. No visible damage despite the staff claiming so, €50 on top of the excursion cost.. felt robbed. We had a very small briefing before hand which didn’t help at all hence why we felt scared. Plus we needed our passport numbers which didn’t feel necessary and made us uneasy. Not helpful. Not friendly. Not worth custom!

Amazing experience The weather was great My hubby and I went jet sking for the first time. Life jackets were provided. The guide, Nicholas was enthusiastic and friendly. He took impressive number of photos and a video. Lots of lovely memories.

We had a fantastic time! The jetskis are really fun and easy handle one you get the hang of it and I would definitely go here again. We also got the photos and video which were amazing!

Amazing experience! You even get photos and videos taken! Definitely easier if you do it on your own. And if you suffer from travel sickness I wouldn’t recommend. One of our group did, and she had to be taken back to the marina early. Everyone was so nice and helped her a lot though.

Awful. Waste of money. The sea was very choppy and the instructor just charged right off ahead until we almost couldn’t see him, he noticed we weren’t behind him eventually and came back, told us off for not keeping up then proceeded to do the same thing again. It was impossible to ride against the waves with how strong it was and it was very scary. After 10 mins we put our hand up and were taken back. We weren’t offered another chance to do it the day after when the sea was calmer which I think is very poor when you’ve paid €90 for an hour and only been able to do 10 mins as the instructor was highly inadequate to make you feel at ease

What a fantastic experience my kids had on the jet skis today! Nicholas was an excellent leader and instructor – he gave them clear, easy-to-follow instructions and made sure they felt confident out on the water. Ulises was also super helpful and friendly. Couldn’t have asked for a better day – highly recommend!

Unlike other places where you end up in busy stretches of water, this location is very quiet so you have yourself and your group and the vast deep blue waters to enjoy at speed! The team are fantastic and welcoming and equipment was in excellent condition.

Glitch meant I couldn’t leave a review for the amazing experience I had last week with the guide. He was so friendly, gave us the opportunity for a swim and his photos were professional with the added touch of the video and great music attached. Yesterday was completely different. Unsafe. Guide wasn’t checking on the others who were left behind out of sight, no opportunity to swim and the photos/videos were poor. Had I had the 2nd experience the 1st time, I wouldn’t have returned.

We had an absolutely amazing time on the jet ski tour — such a thrilling way to explore the coast! As a couple in our 40s, it felt like the perfect mix of adventure and fun. The staff were professional and made us feel completely safe while still letting us enjoy the excitement. Highly recommend this for anyone wanting to feel young, free, and full of energy again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Cracking trip however better to be experienced for this trip then first timers. You're told to be in formation for the entirety of the journey however leniency was allowed unless you went very overboard or strayed very far behind, allowing for some nice speed to be picked up. When I went, the seas were rough, which first timers would struggle in for definite however as I wasn't, I found this to be quite fun getting some good over what I would classify as jumps. I wouldn't say it's a tour rather than just an hour on the water, they do take some decent snaps during the journey on some calmer waters which you can pay and have as a momento if you'd like as well. All in all, as a jet ski enjoyer and one that likes to be let loose with it, I did enjoy my time however if you're a first timer, I'd probably recommend at least seeing how calm the seas are on the day you're going.

We done the quad biking and was amazing! Sonya and Christiane were our hosts and they were very friendly, upbeat and funny people. They explained everything we needed to know and provided cold water and a roll to share with your couple. Perfect size group for what we did. The safety was perfect with Christian driving I front of everyone and Sonya being at the back making sure everyone stayed together.

Loved The Jet ski, tour guide was great! Cons - the description isn’t correct, there’s no tour or snorkelling. Also you can’t take your phone, your then charged €20 euro if you want any pictures!

To begin before going on the jet ski I noticed the water was very choppy but the tour went ahead whereas when I noticed this in other countries they refused to let tourists out. At the beginning of the tour the guide said we would be going full power on the jet skis which to me is not good for beginners which there was with us. Straightaway my partner had to get off the waves were too much for her. The guide then shot off way ahead in his speed boat and left us there was no guidance and we just went out into the middle of the sea and turned around again we was all at different paces and the guide did not check that everyone was okay given the conditions. I would definitely not recommend this for kids or people with no experience. This was the worst jet ski experience I have had so far it was just not enjoyable.

Poor experience, The “guide” shot off in his boat expecting us to keep up when the water was choppy, the use of the word “tour” is also dishonest as we followed a man on a boat for 1 hour took a few photos (extra €20) then went back to the marina with no communication for the whole hour. Luckily I have drove jet skis before or would be extremely scared being left on our own in the ocean with limited skill which my partner was. Would not recommend

Jet ski’s all good but the tour was awful the driver in the boat did not check we were ok just shot off at speed the waves were so high no mention of this it really was an awful experience Just drove out to sea 25mins stopped turned back not a tour. Cheap tour be warned not for inexperienced riders or small children.

The best 80€ we spent on Tenerife! The experience was absolutely crazy due to the windy weather conditions. Felt like a whole workout but so much fun at the same time. The guide was super chilled and friendly. He took great pictures of us with a professional camera. You felt very safe and comfortable there. There were also free drinks and everything well organized and communicated. Would definitely recommend!

Sónia and Cristian were both amazing guides, it was our first time on quads and Sonia made sure the experience very memorable by capturing some of the most amazing photos of us during the tour. It was really cool i never ride a jetski before but it's perfectly doable for beginners we had a lot of fun it's also nice that there are showers and changing rooms available afterwards 👍

Booked this jet ski experience for my boyfriend’s birthday and he absolutely loved it! Luca who was the guide ensured fun and safety as well as taking some stunning pictures and video footage which are really worth purchasing!

We had an absolute blast ATVing! The experience was incredibly fun, and the guides were fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure everyone felt safe while still having a great time. The shuttle driver was also excellent, making the ride to and from the location smooth and enjoyable. My only complaint is the condition of the ATVs—they weren’t brand-name models and felt a bit chincy, making them slow and difficult to maneuver. A more modern fleet would really enhance the experience. Other than that, it was an amazing adventure, and I’d highly recommend it!

It was a great experience! The coach and staff were all super nice and kind. They clearly gave all the instructions and guidance.

Worst experience on the island. Staff were rude. They sent us out without experience, or warning on rough seas, then abandoned us when had trouble with the craft, after yelling at us for struggling, telling us to go back on our own (I get why, but it still sucked) .When we returned, the staff was rude again. We then heard them warning other customers about the conditions-something we didn't get. Rude, rude, unprepared, horrible. I hope you have a better experience than we did.

Great experience … it was my first time, few of the others were more experienced, one of the guides stayed behind with myself and another first timer, he was patient, giving us tips to build our confidence. Pictures they done for the group were brilliant, very professional
