Bit disappointed as didnt get to see any dolphins! Magdelena and sailor were very nice and friendly. Didnt really stop at a picturesque place to take photos either. Just atopped before going back so was a waste of our money considering we didnt get lovely pics or get to see dolphins. Wouldnt be booking again! All we got was juice in a carton as we dont drink alcohol. Rest got champagne. Overpriced for what it is and what we got. Was a very packed boat. Felt like a lomg 2hours. Pretty boring to be honest!

We had to go to a bus stop for pick up , then drove past our hotel TWICE picking everyone else up from their hotels. Boat was packed had to sit in last row which had
Captain Jack explained how he knew where the dophins would be, both guys very knowledgable, great charisma, everyone helping each other spot the dolphins, jacket needed, also a bit of cake, cava and a bit of music while taking in the sunset at the end! Well worth doing, coach was an easy experience for an elderly lady and she loved the whole thing 😁
Excellent but bring a jacket as it gets cold at sunset. Dolphins appeared on cue and made our day. Thanks to the captain and staff.
Wonderful experience, so heartwarming to see so many dolphins. We were quite disappointed and heading back to port when our guide spotted the dolphins. I have never seen so many and it is something we will remember for a very long time.
Absolutely brilliant experience from wonderful staff. I think that the only questionable thing worth mentioning is the pickup point. Our paperwork said Los Jameos Playas, ie: outside the hotel. It actually meant Florista bus stop which is about 50 yds to the side of the hotel. Luckily I cleared this up before the day so everything went smoothly. Unfortunately, we never spotted any dolphins but we did get a fantastic shark, and it was made up for when moored outside the harbour and the champaign and cake started flowing. Thank you so much for a great evening.
Never ever imagined seeing so many live dolphins in an ocean dancing and enjoying fully . The boat / trawler journey on sea ocean and back was marvellous. Wish we were allowed to do some fishing which would have been a unique opportunity and become a memorable experience
Really disappointed with this trip, expectations were going out to sea searching for dolphins and watching the sunset over the sea and then return to the harbour —- what we got was went out to sea for 40 mins then returned to just outside the harbour for cava and a cake and sat there for 30 mins and then went back into harbour ( I know you can’t guarantee dolphins nor can you guarantee a clear sky ) but what I did expect was to be out at sea when the sun went down. We were back off the boat before this happened. Two boats went out and we could see the other boat further out to sea while we were just having our cake and I asked the captain if we were going back out and he replied no and I said well what’s that boat doing and he said looking for something and I said shouldn’t we be doing the same and he didn’t reply. Also I could understand if the sea was rough or choppy but as you can see by pics shown it was calm . The staff were friendly enough but it’s not what I paid for. This is also under the name of Lanzarote sea tours
Was absolutely amazing experience. We saw whales was was awesome. The staff were super fun and friendly. The sun set was absolutely beautiful. Was a perfect end to our honeymoon. Thank you.
Don’t waste your money…. The fancy brochure in the hotel ‘sunset and dolphins’ sounds and looks great, don’t be fooled… 150 euros and a very long 1.5 hour bus journey later; we found ourselves dumped 500 metres from the ticket office with 30 other bewildered travellers. We were told to go to the ticket office ti settle the final remainder of the tickets, why they don’t just take full payment upon booking I don’t know After 40 minutes queuing up in the blazing sunshine you are met by an extremely rude and unwelcoming red haired lady who didn’t either bother to look up from her desk or take her sunglasses off to demand ‘Ticket!’ I showed her the ticket (myself, my partner and my two year old) ‘Where is the baby’ she said… My daughter and her mum had already walked further down to where others were waiting, as I explained ‘I need to see the baby, is she under 12? If she isn’t, you need to pay full price’ I explained that my daughter was 2 and she was in a pushchair ‘you can’t take the pushchair, and I need to see the baby’ After a bit of a disagreement shall we say, I went and got my little girl, and the pushchair, to prove, yes she was indeed under 12. With a rather disgruntled look I was thrust the tickets ‘you go to gate one’ And that was it It wasn’t gate one, it was more like gate 21, another 15 minute walk around the commercial fishing habour, down a rickety gangplank onto a floating pontoon towards the boat The boat itself was fine, as was the captain, the deckhand, and the tour leader. No safety measures, no life jackets, pumping house music, off we went Needless to say there were no dolphins, just a few people being sea sick. The ‘champagne and pastries’ were a cheap hotel of hiperdino plonk in a polistyrene cup and a lump of stale cake We cruised around for a 1.5 hours, not the 2.5 hours advertised, with absolute zero talk if any dolphins. Then up the rickety pontoon to await the bus which arrived 40 minutes later A total rip off and tourist trap, avoid
The weather was so hot that even the air conditioned coach to the port was brilliant. The trip on the boat was brilliant. The island looks stunning from the water. The hosts were really friendly and good fun. A great day out!
Had to have been the worst boat trip ever! Did not see 1 dolphin/whale! 3 people on board took sea sick as the people on charge sailing the boat were erratic, I did not book a party boat, myself and 3 kids were terrified! I have done this excursion before reason for booking again but been put off for life now!
Worth every penny. The crew were amazing, the boat is like a big speed boat and I usually get very sea sick on bigger boats so I was dubious, but it was absolutely fine albeit choppy in parts but we were more concerned with trying to find the dolphins! The champagne and cake after was just the cherry on top. I would do this 100 x over, definitely the best part of our trip.
The transfer from and back to the hotel was seamless and on time. When boarding the boat we were told to go the first gate, which was incorrect and we were queuing for the wrong one. We then made it to the right boat and were unable to sit together which was a shame. The boat was very choppy and fast, lots of people being sick. The member of staff was very entertaining but there wasn't any commentary unfortunately. The drink you get is a paper cup and you get half a cup to drink. The cake was small but good. I was ready (and many others) to get off after about an hour.
The people working the boat were really nice, didn’t see any wildlife but obviously not their fault. Overall we all had a good time.
Lovely boat ride but don't expect it to be romantic as advertised.. Too many people on board to be romantic. But we saw dolphins which was amazing and the sunset from the water was gorgeous. Free drinks and snacks on board which was a nice touch. Good price. And the captain and staff were friendly. Would definitely do again.
Absolutely awful. The Company should not take people out on such weather conditions. It was freezing to say the least, the boat does not have any shelter and passengers were getting sick from the strong wind. Some long 2.5 hrs- could not wait to get off. The crew was very loud in making continuous announcements in three different languages and there was never a moment of silence. The pastry they offer is so tiny they may as well have skipped it all together. Cold wine in that frozen temperatures was also out of place. Over all the worst time in total honesty.
Was an enjoyable trip. Seen loads of Dolphins. There was a great atmosphere leaving the harbor and coming back into the Harbor. Would be great if they could keep the momentum going throughout the trip.
The experience has been incredible, the guide Tyler has been very good, he made the experience very fun and enriching, during the tour they gave us candy and champagne and it was very beautiful while we watched the sunset And on top of that we were lucky because we were able to see many short-finned pilot whales, so it is a great experience and I highly recommend it! Once again thank you very much Tyler for all your attention and the great work you do
A little disappointed with the service, didn't see any dolphins and no explanation about the island
We didn't see any dolphins, as the day was very stormy, but we had an incredibly great trip at sunset instead. Because of the strong waves, we really zoomed and jumped through the sea; the tour guide was simply great! Such a kind-hearted and funny person! We looked in many places but, as I said, didn't spot any dolphins, but that didn't matter. We were even allowed to stand right at the front of the boat and at full speed I felt like I was in Titanic :D. To finish, there was plenty of cake, sparkling wine for the adults, and apple juice boxes for the children. After that, we still had the opportunity to take family photos at the front of the boat's bow at sunset and then we headed back. Those were 2 great hours on the sea, a unique experience.
If you are expecting a romantic excursion, this is not the case despite the very attractive poster. We boarded and found ourselves with families with children. Not very pleasant and not at all romantic. However, it remains an unforgettable excursion with many dolphins that we didn't know where to look. Teddy the guide, not Freddy, to avoid ending up at sea, was the fifth star of my review. He is very charismatic. Extremely funny. He knows mammals perfectly and speaks several languages. Antonio the captain was able to lead us to the dolphins, and the drinks and cake for the finale at sunset, along with the little anecdotes, made for a good time. The only regret I have is choosing the seat at the front of the boat because of the children and parents who couldn't stay seated. We finished at the back, and it was significantly more pleasant. Thank you very much. Very good organization.
Beautiful excursion and magic of dolphins...super nice animators, especially Teddy...the end with champagne and cake...we loved
We did not get to enjoy the experience because the previous day I was informed that our place on the boat was not available and invited to go 9 days later (not taking into account that, like almost everyone else, we were on vacation for a limited period of time...). Deal and nefarious management!!
We were promised a sunset, dolphins, an aperitif on board, good humor and absolutely nothing was missing from what was announced, top notch!
It can happen that we didn't see any dolphins. But the fact that we didn't get to see a sunset either was more than annoying. The tour was over before the sun could even scratch the horizon. It really wasn't worth the money. No explanations, just unfriendly staff. It was stupid of us not to react to the negative reviews and to stay away from this offer.
Peu de 🐬 mais un guide au top des sensations beaucoup d'humour un groupe agréable un super couché de soleil
