Great experience end to end! The tour picked us up right at the hotel, brought us to a great dinner and then up to Mountain .

Please read the bad reviews, they are all true. The whole experience was overly priced considering the national park is very accessible for the general public. You can genuinely get to the location in a car or a public bus. The experience of looking through a telescope was quite bad - it's all blurry. Pickup time is a lot earlier (2 hours earlier) than what is advertised as we need to get to the view point at 5:30 pm. Nothing is coordinated properly and some astronomy facts that were told were wrong. If you are going with kids bear in mind you will be out for quite late.

Very enjoyable experience, dinner on the way up, then on to the sunset and stargazing. Ozzie was great, very knowledgeable and made sure everyone was involved. I took my own smart telescope up with me and got some great shots. Well worth the money if you like to look at the sky.

Overall, great experience. The guide is very knowledgeable, super entertaining, passionate about astronomy, speaks at least 5 languages. I was very impressed. Total trip took almost 7hrs - this depends where you getting picked up from. The bus was good. Kudos to Santi, the driver, for getting us to the location and back on those narrow roads in safe manner. The food in restaurant was... Well, I'd say, I was expecting a little better food. Local wine was good to my taste (I'm not really a wine expert :) so don't blame me) If I can recommend something, that'd be get a blanket from your hotel. You'll thank me later. It is cold up there, cold and windy. Star gazing experience - very knowledgeable guide, but please slow down your expectations on seeing anything through telescopes. Most of those images were taken on long shutter speed, it is not like that in reality. I'm big fan of astronomy, so for me it was a superb experience. For my wife and son it wasn't the same. However, the guide makes the experience worth it. His pocket lasers, pointing at the exact stars and constellations - man, I've never seen it like that. This was impressive. Absolutely amazing experience, a must do. We booked this as a trip for our first wedding anniversary, the meal provided on the way up was really tasty and authentic, in a rustic restaurant, the sunset part of the tour was just breathtaking, then we headed up to over 2000ft to gaze at the stars, planets and satellites in the perfectly clear sky, Ozzie was extremely knowledgeable, and quite clearly passionate about what he does, I could write more, but il let the photos attached make your mind up, the photos of the moon and Saturn are genuine photos from the night, taken through the telescope

Very disappointing experience – not worth the money. I booked this excursion as a special birthday surprise for my mother, hoping to give us a memorable experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the biggest disappointments of our trip. We paid €89 per person for a three-course meal, sunset viewing and photography near Mount Teide, stargazing through telescopes, and transportation back to Costa Adeje. The restaurant was very old and, in my opinion, not particularly clean. The food was extremely disappointing: the pumpkin soup had almost no taste, the main course was burnt, and the dessert was tasteless. We never saw the sunset, and the actual viewpoint was completely different from what I expected from the company's promotional photos. The sunset and Mount Teide were on opposite sides of the road, making it impossible to take the type of photograph shown in the advertising. The stargazing experience was even worse. It was around 8°C, and we were left waiting outside for a long time. We were told to wait 10 minutes while the telescopes were prepared, but this became around 20 minutes. I was freezing and went back to the bus, while my mother did not even get off because of the cold. The bus was also cold, with the doors open and the engine turned off. Many people eventually gave up on the stargazing and wanted to leave. I personally did not see a single star or look through any telescope, despite paying for this experience. The excursion had originally been scheduled for another day but was moved because of supposedly poor weather conditions. Considering the conditions we experienced and how clear the weather was the following day, I was very disappointed with this decision. This was supposed to be a special birthday experience for my mother. Instead, we paid €178 for two people and received a very disappointing meal, no proper sunset experience, and no stargazing experience. I believe we deserve a partial or significant refund because important parts of what we paid for were not delivered or could not reasonably be enjoyed. I would not book this excursion again and cannot recommend it. I will also attach a photo I personally took during the excursion showing what we actually saw instead of the sunset experience we expected.

The experience was great from start to finish! The food was wonderful and the guides were excellent! Pablo our drive was great! The guides at mount teide were fun and gave so much information. We seen a nebula, Saturn and Andromeda

We were a group of five, and we absolutely loved this experience! First of all, the stargazing itself was exceptional. The location is truly magical, and seeing the wonders of our universe with our own eyes was simply breathtaking. The team was fantastic: friendly, passionate, organized, multilingual, and incredibly knowledgeable. They guided us through the night sky using laser pointers, sharing fascinating facts about what we could see with the naked eye, before giving us the opportunity to observe celestial objects through their telescopes. Time absolutely flew by, even though it was a little chilly! We honestly wished we could have stayed much longer. We felt that the meeting time was a bit too close to sunset, leaving us very little time to fully enjoy that beautiful moment. For us, the most magical part was simply looking up and realising how extraordinary our universe is, especially being able to admire our neighbouring galaxy Andromeda with our own eyes. Highly recommended! A huge thank you to the entire team for sharing your knowledge and passion and making this unique experience possible in such a special place. Keep doing what you love — it truly shows! ❤️🔭

The stargazing tour was a wonderful experience! Our guide was absolutely fantastic and made the night unforgettable. The only minor recommendation I have is that the guide should learn a few words of Serbian—it would make the experience even more perfect!

The whole event was very well organised. Unfortunately, it was way too cloudy to watch the sunset, however, stargazing was so incredibly amazing, one quickly forgot about the missed sunset. The guide could also have been a world-class comedian, his great sense of humour and sarcasm made him a pure pleasure to follow. Watching stars and planets through a telescope is simply awesome, so thankful i finally got the chance to do so. I can definitely recommend this to everybody.

This was a great trip, some breathtaking views on the way up Mount Teide, Ausie, our tour guide was very knowledgeable and gave us loads of information in an entertaining way. The views from the telescope were fantastic and we all had plenty of time to have a look at the constellations, planets, nebula and stars seen. I thoroughly enjoyed.

Very clear instructions on where to meet. Restaurant is ok, basic but nice. The sunset experience is amazing, so good that I actually proposed to my now fiance 😄 then a short drive up to the mountain. Ozzy's knowledge is literally crazy and the amount of languages he knows blew my mind. Once at the site it took 20mins to set everything up which is ok. Ozzy made everyone feel comfortable and the way he tells everyone about the stars ,you can tell that he's very passionate. Seeing new stars being born through a telescope was truly breathtaking. We both absolutely loved the experience and can't rate it high enough. Definitely take warm weather gear tho as once the sun goes down it's surprising how cold it gets but definitely 10/10

The only highlight was being out in the mountain and using high powered telescopes. If you are to do this, skip dinner and drive yourself. There were too many people and you waited a very long time for an average experience.

Amazing trip would recommend to all ages and abilities not much walking very easy, the guide ozzie made the trip interesting and fun, best trip of the holiday, really good value for money, the meal is very nice worth the extra. Don't forget to leave a tip at the end of trip a lot of work must go in to this and for the cost a tip is more than reasonable.

From the outset, the organization was impeccable and everyone involved was incredibly friendly. My partner and I had a fantastic time! The whole team is kind, funny and very knowledgeable. From pick up to drop off it roughly took 6 hours. As the coeliac of the group I was extremely happy with the way I was treated towards the meal. I have had no issues so i would like to thank you again for your support towards my allergy it is really appreciated The overall experience was wonderful and I highly recommend this trip with your specific company. The guide himself was excellent that evening — engaging, knowledgeable, and doing a great job with a large group. The experience itself was truly breathtaking, and it’s absolutely worth recommending. A couple of points for anyone booking via GetYourGuide/TFS Stars, though: groups are quite large, so there’s no 1:1 attention — smaller, more personal tours are available but at a higher price. We also booked specifically because a German-speaking guide was advertised, which was important traveling with our two kids (8 and 16), but much of the tour was actually in English, leaving our youngest disengaged. We contacted the company afterward, and they responded promptly, committing to improve this in future listings. Nice evening overall — but once is enough.

Booked this excursion after being told that we would be able to see the milkyway and Saturn. The sunset views and meal were good no complaints about that, however the actual star gazing experience is overly exaggerated and is not what they made it out to be. You are unable to see anything, the blind eye can see better than through the telescope. Our guide also chose certain groups of people with whom he was more friendly with, however when we asked a question about the planets or stars we’d get a blunt short answer in return. Throughout the 2 and a bit hours that we were star gazing I’d say a total combined time of 1 minute 30 seconds were spent looking inside the telescope. I do not recommend for the price that is charged, very disappointed, coming from someone who never usually has issues with any excursions or how the guides behave.

This tour was absolute perfection from start to finish. Everything was seamlessly organized, making the entire evening run smoothly. ​The meal was delicious. What truly set the evening apart, though, was our tour guide. They were hilarious, exceptionally knowledgeable, and warm and welcoming to everyone. Taking in the views and transitioning to stargazing under their expert guidance made for an incredible night. ​I couldn't recommend this experience enough!

The excursion was absolutely brilliant!! The meal was lovely too! Ozzy was just unreal, so funny, friendly and knowledgeable. He made the excursion for us. The photographers were both so lovely and looked after us so well. I cannot recommend these guys enough!! We did this excursion on our last night of our holiday and it was perfect!! When we come back to Tenerife we will definitely be doing this again.

Wow! I highly recommend this excursion! This was the highlight of my holiday! This trip was perfect from start to finish. The views were breathtaking. Ozzi the tour guide is charismatic and funny and his knowledge about the stars is second to none! I learned so much from him. I will definitely be booking on to this again. We arrived at the pick up location at 1730 as we missed the text sent that day to say pick up was 1820, we did try to contact the company by phone, by message centre and no reply. a coach full of people arrived and we were made aware that we were in the minority who had not booked the meal element of the trip as suggested by their advert with dietary issues. On the final pick up the coach was full and only then were we told we had a 25 minute drive to the restaurant, for us and the others who did not book the meal (we were identified individually) we would have to sit and wait for the others to eat their 3 course meal, guide suggested a coffee while we wait would be a good solution. We decided along with others to get off the bus and get an uber back to the hotel. This is falsely sold and not what the Viator add says, spend your money elsewere.

This trip was a waste of time, a waste of money and a waste of a perfectly good evening on holiday. Whilst the guide wasvery friendly and quite informative, the evening was a bit of a waste, lots of waiting around, you share a telescope with around 15 people when it is your turn and you do get to look through the telescope, for about a minute, You just see white speckles, if you are expecting to actually see detail then don’t waste your money. I genuinely could see better with own eyes just looking up at the sky, I asked the guide why I couldn’t see much and he said it’s because the stars are far away, I really thought I was actually going to see something, don’t waste your money and don’t waste your evening .

We (a family of four, with a 5yo and a 3yo) had a great time on the tour. Our guide was extremely well-organised, well-informed, and amusing. We chose the self-drive option, as we had young children with us, which worked well (except for some slight difficulty finding parking at the sunset spot). The meal was tasty, with some authentic Canarian food, and good options for the little ones. The sunset was beautiful. It was interesting to look through the telescopes, but the best bit was simply being out in the National Park at night, and seeing the moon rise over the incredible volcanic landscape.

Hello, We are vers satisfied. The driver Pablo and his playlist was very nice. And at time. The place for observation is amazing. The guide is fun and very interesting. The moon was full. It was finally a bad lucky because i hoped to see the maximum of stars in the sky . I will take care about this the next time. I recommend sincerely this excursion. The sunset veiwing point was beautiful but overcrowded with two tours in a small spot. The guide was great and friendly and knowledgable but had way too many people and languages on his own to do anything swiftly. After doing a stargazing experience in Egypt in the desert I was disappointed to find this one is held in a car park with lots of lights around from the local church and cars driving past. I’d hoped it would be in a darker more secluded spot. With only 5 telescopes to what felt like 60 people ish it felt chaotic and badly organised. The guide needed someone to help him organise. The moon looked fantastic but by 11.15pm that’s all we had seen and to be standing that whole time in a car park we gave up and left. Just too many people for one person to keep them all engaged. The tour would be worth it if maybe one family shared a telescope and then the amount of time stood around is less. Also it took 20mins to send a moon picture by airdrop to everyone which felt very strange. Surely that could be done at the end or sent to email or by WhatsApp. Or if it’s airdropped for quality the guide needs a helper! Great knowledgable guide but overall wouldn’t recommend

The guy leading the tour was super knowledgeable but there were so many people around 5 telescopes that wasn’t organised into groups that it took a long time for viewing The view of the moon was amazing I think an extra person to help organise people or fewer guests would make this a really good tour.

Absolutely fascinating evening, from the minute the coach collected us, right through to being dropped off at the end of the night. Ozzie was very good and incredibly knowledgeable. The food at Casa Sira was brilliant and the sunset view point was spectacular. The coach driver was very happy on the way back down from Teide due to Spain winning the World Cup whilst we were up the top.

I had a wonderful experience last night, absolutely loved it, the guide Ozzy was amazing and informative of every single detail, the meal was fantastic, the sunset was unbelievable and the stargazing at the end was so much fun, Ozzy was fantastic during the stargazing with all of the info and facts he provided, and explaining exactly what we were viewing, I would recommend to anyone coming to Tenerife, fantastic overall.

It’s my first time in Tenerife So far it was the best experience we’ve had. The place itself it was stunning but I have to speak about the people were there with us. The driver ,the photographers and of course the guide each one of them were incredible . Smiling , happy , talkative, friendly. We made a stop for food that I have to admit that I was not expecting that. They had amazing food and they were so quick . I’m definitely coming back thanks for the lovely experience that you gave us !!!
