Sea Trek Underwater Walk In Tenerife – No Swimming Required

An absolutely fantastic experience. 2 of the friendliest lads I have ever met. We were running lace on the kept. The spot open for us, they were absolutely amazing. The 2 scuba diver guys that done the tour with us were so professional, friendly and attentive. Absolutely. Amazing experience will definitely do it again.

My husband and I did this today. It has been a wonderful experience from even before I booked it and emailed Elena to ask if they could accommodate me as a wheelchair user. She reassured me I could get the wheelchair within ten feet of the sea and then be helped into the sea. Everyone was welcoming and friendly and treated us like old friends. The safety instructions were simple and clear and we had no fear as we walked downwards on the ocean floor until we were totally submerged . If you have seen pictures and wondered if the fish were photoshopped in, let me assure you they weren’t. They swam around us the whole time. We had a little dance under the sea and held a sea urchin. Coming from Scotland the thought of being under the sea in nothing but a short wet suit seemed unlikely but Tenerife did not let us down - it was barely cooler than a warm bath. The professionalism of the staff was superb and they appeared to enjoy seeing us have this amazing experience as much as we enjoyed it. The photos and videos will be a lovely reminder of an experience that immediately shot to the absolute top of my Best Days list.

This was absolutely great fun from start to finish. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming, the briefing put your mind at ease and explained everything. The divers were particularly helpful with young children in our group. Fantastic photos to share with family and friends. An amazing experience seeing hundreds of fish right up close to the helmet. I am not a strong swimmer so diving which my husband loves is out of the question I enjoyed seeing his photos and wanted to experience it myself. The sea trek in many ways did this it was fantastic having the fish swimming around me .the divers that where with use where great and put us at ease it was a great experience and something I would do again i wish i could have stayed down there a lot longer . The talk we had before the walk was very informative and raster put us at ease . The only downside was the cost it is experience a discount for island residents or holiday makers with families would be great

This is an incredible experience that should not be missed, virtually anybody can do it and the staff are really helpful, friendly. I’ve never tried it before and was a little anxious having failed miserably at my first attempt at scuba diving earlier in the week but there really wasn’t anything to worry about. The instructions/safety guide was clearly explained prior to entering the sea and with 2 divers guiding the whole experience I had no concerns during the experience. For someone who’s never going to dive it was amazing and seeing the fish so close/clearly in their natural environment was amazing. It was great value and the photos/videos are also very reasonably priced giving you a record of a truly awesome experience. All the staff were exceptional and I can’t recommend this experience highly enough!

From start to finish it was outstanding. The staff were amazing especially rasta who put you at ease. Given s wetsuit and crocs which made walking on the bed of the sea easier. The helmets were heavy to start but once you were under thr water you hardly noticed they were on and the pumped lots of air in,really comfortable. Thd divers who were with you never left your side, guiding and pointing out things. It was an amazing experience that everyone should try in tenerife and being surrounded by large amount of fish was unbelievable. Great staff,great adventure, great value

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An absolute must-do in Tenerife — out of this world! We recently tried the Walking on the Moon underwater experience and what an incredible highlight to our holiday! From start to finish, everything was so well organised, and the team were friendly, professional and put us completely at ease. Even if you’re not a strong swimmer, they make you feel totally safe and confident before you get in the water. Floating weightlessly while walking along the seabed really does feel like you’ve stepped onto another planet — it’s such a unique, magical feeling. The water was calm and clear, and seeing the fish swim gently all around you is something I’ll never forget. It was surprisingly easy to do, great fun, and felt suitable for different ages and abilities. A special mention to the staff who looked after us so well — they really do go the extra mile to make sure everyone has a fantastic time and gets some lovely photos too! 😊 If you’re visiting Tenerife and looking for something truly memorable to do, I can’t recommend this experience enough. Worth every single penny — thank you for a wonderful adventure! 😊

OMG it was so fun I am only 10 years old it was absolutely amazing, everyone was so kind and I really thought that it was really safe they even put a bouy on my helmet to make it lighter and also I was held at the back to make me feel safe and secure and I really want to go again and if I ever get the chance to go again I definitely will

It was an hour away from our celebrity cruise port but well worth it! Much nicer beach and shopping area than the main port.

Great from start to finish. Really well looked after by Rasta. It was amazing to be underwater to see the fish. Went down approx 3.5m. The divers with you were brilliant . I could keep my glasses on. Would definitely recommend that you give it a go. I'm coming back in March with my husband who doesn't swim.

What a experience i never thought I'd do something like this but oh my god it was amazing and so easy to understand the instructions given i gelt totally safe and i was able to wear my glasses great from the first meeting and in the water

I booked this for my sons (8 and 22) and I (40). Loved it. The guys in the office and the guys who lead the walk were all so lovely. I had the tiniest of flaps when I went under and they put the helmet on (the kids were absolutely fine) but they calmed me straight away. They really were lovely. We saw lots of fish (small) and held a sea urchin. They took photos and videos which were great (€30) The only thing that could be improved, is if it was for a little longer and a bit deeper. I would definitely recommend. I would happily book with them again when we come back.

What a fantastic experience. We love snorkelling but this takes it to a whole new level. So safe and easy, with 2 guides with you the whole time pointing out things to see. I will be recommending this to everyone. Staff were friendly and informative. Rasta even gave us a recommendation of a restaurant on a banana plantation, so we had a lovely lunch there to finish off the trip.

Booked this for my wife and son to experience the underwater life as I have done many times before as a scuba diver. The wife was quite anxious im sure, but didn't let on. The support divers were very clear with the dive briefing, and very professional with how they carried out their duties. We had a very pleasant experience from start to finish, we the added service of underwater pictures and videos taken. I would definitely recommend this experience for people that may like an insight into the underwater world in a very safe and closed environment. Shout out to Rasta from Donegal Town 😂☘️

The experience, tour and staff were absolutely fantastic. Never tried anything like this before but I would definitely recommend it. The staff were very friendly, funny and helpful. If you've not tried this before, you 100% should.

Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing. It took us longer to reach the location and get fitted into our wetsuits than we actually spent participating in the underwater experience. No sooner had we become comfortable with the equipment and gotten the hang of it than the activity was over. The underwater portion felt extremely rushed. From our perspective, it seemed as though we were in the water just long enough for the team to take pictures that could be offered for purchase afterward, rather than being given enough time to fully enjoy the experience itself. I had previously done a similar excursion in St. Thomas, so I had another experience for comparison. That one gave us enough time to become comfortable, explore and truly appreciate being underwater. This excursion did not provide that same value. The concept is fun, and with more actual time underwater, it could be a memorable activity. Unfortunately, the amount of preparation and transportation required for such a brief experience made this one difficult to recommend.

Great fun on a hot summer day. It’s worth challenging yourself and experiencing life underwater. The session duration is a bit short; I would liked to experience ocean life for longer. Definitely recommend.

A unique experience, but unfortunately not a very scenic location. There's not much to see but fish and a couple rocks. Also, the site suggested this would be about 90 minutes, but that included transit and the safety briefing. The underwater portion was closer to 30 minutes. I'm glad I tried it, I just wish I'd tried it somewhere else. The guides were great, though.

Decided to do this with my grown up daughter - very out of my comfort zone! But we had a great time. The staff were friendly and professional. They delivered a thorough safety brief and ensured we were ready to go in the water. Wet suits and shoes were supplied. The underwater experience was great; we saw plenty of fish, which swam just in front of the helmets, and we got to hold a sea urchin. Photos were taken throughout the experience and we were able to buy photos (online download) at the end. The underwater guides were great fun and helped us throughout the trip. Great experience, easy to book. Bit of a trek from golf del sur. But, well worth it. All staff were great, short safety brief then off under the sea. Pictures and videos of the dive were very reasonably priced and very good quality. Would highly recommend.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by a very welcoming Elena, we did some paperwork before meeting Rasta for the safety briefing. He was both knowledgeable and friendly with a great sense of humour. He accompanied us to the beach where we met Matias and Johnathan in the water. They guided us through the most amazing experience of underwater exploration. This trip is definitely a great experience for non swimmers. Thanks to a great bunch of people.

It was an amazing experience for us, we were a little stressed at the beginning, but the people who work there are wonderful. You feel taken care of from start to finish, everything is explained in great detail, lots of positivity and laughter. I highly recommend this place for both adults and children. It is not a problem that you cannot swim, this type of activity/attraction does not require it. I highly recommend it!

This was an absolutely amazing experience, the staff from the first meet to the end were great. The two drivers really made you feel at easy. They made the experience enjoyable and my wife and I enjoyed it so much it really made our holiday.

First of all, I give 5 stars to the instructor and the team for their professionalism and the work done during the excursion.That was my son's and my first underwater walk. This was something new, something never experienced before.I was able to overcome my mild claustrophobia, while my son felt perfectly at ease—like a fish in water.Life is short, so I wish for everyone to try what they haven't tried yet.

No ability to swim needed, just confidence to walk out to sea, and stop at chest level water, then the tank will be put on and you go in small groups. Photos/video taken and it’s €35 to purchase them via email link.

One of the best beach experiences there, and in my opinion, the best experience available in Tenerife😁! Very fun to get into diving, an easy to understand briefing, and an entertaining session walking around the beach. Very safe as with 2 experienced divers and with professional GoPro photos and videos (the gold standard of underwater/action cameras, very high quality if you don’t know what a GoPro is). Would definitely recommend this to you if you ever come to Tenerife!

This was such an amazing experience. I took my 12 and 15 year old sons who are not so confident in water but really enjoyed it. There was a guide with us at all points and they felt safe the explore. They have never seen fish up so close and it was definitely something to remember. Great for those who want to see the ocean but may not be up for full scuba diving. We also got the best pictures to treasure. Would highly recommend!

I did this with my 14 year old son, we literally had the BEST time!! The guides were fantastic, everything was explained brilliantly. We managed to see so many fish and it was fantastic as the guides were given the fish 🐟 food so they swam with us all the time. My son and I would highly recommend this activity!! Thank you 😎
