Captain was friendly, snacks and drinks that were provided was a nice touch. We saw lots of dolphins, whales and turtles, swam in the sea briefly. The boat itself is quite small, the seated area at the front is uncomfortable but a good overall trip for the price.

It was very good the guide was a gent a good Irish man aswell I got a lot of good infromation off him and he had great facts. The Wales’s were very good and the jumping in of the boat it is worth all the money

We booked a boat trip for our family of 6 to try and see some whales, and we weren't disappointed. Our guide Diego was amazing, really friendly and told us some information about the island. We got refreshments on board and had a swim in the ocean. The highlight of our trip was the amount of pilot whales we seen. Unreal day and would highly recommend to do this while visiting tenerife. Definitely do it again. Thank you for an amazing day.

Booked this for us and our kids, with the hope of seeing whales. This was an amazing morning. Patrick 🇮🇪 was a wonderful host and captain. He made us feel welcome and put us all at ease with great banter. The boat was perfect. We were very lucky to see lots of things on a beautiful day. If you get a chance book this! It was worth every euro. An experience we will never forget.

We went out on a private charter with Patrick at sunset time. Highly recommend Patrick and his boat 👌 We have been out to sea in Tenerife many times but they have never been as relaxed as this one. We played our own music, had a few drinks and were able to chill out without being squashed up with strangers! We sailed out at 7pm to a nice little spot (La Caletta). Patrick makes a fab little picnic too! If you want a private charter with a relaxed, friendly captain, then you wont be disappointed 🙂

We have really enjoyed our trip onto the sea with Patrick, our Irish captain, a very professional gentleman sailor who instill a relax ambiance on board. The boat is perfectly sized for a small group or a family. We have been lucky to watch the pilot whales swimming close to the boat. A wonderful experience. We definitely recommend this trip.

Captain Patrick took my family of 7 out for an afternoon to see the pilot whales and then on to a beautiful swimming spot with lunch, cannot thank captain enough for an amazing afternoon, very experienced sailor with a hive of information to keep up with my 5 children’s questions he was being bombarding with, had a great laugh will definitely be booking another trip soon

Went on the Galatea on Wednesday evening for the sunset tour with another couple who proposed whilst on the boat , perfect setting and amazing trip. It was perfect! The captain was fantastic couldn’t ask for better had a right laugh and made the evening so special for them as she said yes! Would highly recommend booking this amazing experience.

Ami took us out for three hours which included whale watching, unlimited drinks, a sandwich lunch and a chance to swim in a cove. We had a fantastic time. Pilot whales made an appearance which was amazing! Ami was very informative as well as being entertaining with a great sense of humour. Definitely a highlight of our holiday.

This was the worse trip ever, seats held together with gaffer tape, cheap beer not even properly cooled, sandwiches that even the fish wouldn’t eat. Ami was probably the most unsociable person in the world. Probably we should have checked it out a bit more before we booked, the booking agent showed a picture of a lovely looking boat with a nice buffet laid out, but we got a few sandwiches in plastic boxes, when it came to swimming no snorkeling masks were provided. A complete waste of money. Stay clear of this.

We had such an amazing experience, we were celebrating my friends birthday and she felt very special, captain was amazing, treated us with Prosecco, drinks for kids and snacks ,was very friendly and attentive. Highly recommended.

Went out on Christmas Day afternoon. Was such a lovely trip. The captain of the boat is such a lovely, friendly and welcoming man. The buffet and drinks was perfect. Saw some whales and had a swim in the cove. Feeding the fish was a little mean lol 😂 but gave us all such a laugh. Would highly recommend this boat trip.

Great experience! We had an amazing skipper Diego, he was very open hearted, funny and knowledgable. He knows plenty about the island and was ready to answer all of our questions. He was also generous with beer, wine and snacks. We went in the morning and saw a group of whales really close to the boat, and swam near a lovely beach with natural sand.

We did a private boat trip with Ami driving us. He interacted with us throughout the trip and made the experience really fun. He got us really up close with the whales which was amazing overall an amazing experience I would highly recommend.

Had a fantastic trip with Patrick as captain. He had a great welcome for us and was very knowledgeable of the area and the pilot whales, of which we saw 2 pods. There was a family of 4 with us so 6 in total, the boat takes 7 max. It is very personable and relaxing with such a small number. We stopped for a swim off the boat in a small cove and the water was full of fish. Patrick supplied snorkeling gear to anyone who wanted to have a go. After this there was a selection of sandwiches and snacks provided as well as wine, beer and soft drinks which was much appreciated. The other family had 2 young boys who got a chance to steer the boat and were provided with a certificate at the end of the trip, needless to say they were singing Patrick's praises by the time we got back to shore. Overall a very enjoyable trip which we would definitely repeat,

If you want a "exclusive" boat excursion this is the one for you. We had this booked but unfortunately we decided to postpone on the captains advice, he was happy to take us out on the day booked but wanted us to enjoy ourselves and most people were coming off boat excursions with sea sickness due to the rough sea. The captain gave us 3 choices, go out, postpone or cancel with a full refund, luckily we were in Tenerife for 2 weeks so rebooked and so glad we did! Captain was great, informative and helpful - trip included unlimited soft drinks, water, beer and wine. A tray of sandwiches were provided along with snacks and crisps for the kids and sweets. We got to see some whales and the chance to have a dip in the water with snorkeling gear provided if you wanted to use it I would 100% do this trip again and would highly recommend, great boat and company booked via Tenerife First Excusions but sure you could go direct :)

Had an amazing time on the boat today! Staff were amazing, food and drinks provided were lovely. Managed to get an amazing view of the whales and turtles and even got a glance at the dolphins. Couldn’t recommend this boat trip enough. Best day so far of our holiday!

Fantastic experience with Galatea Sailing. Patrick was wonderful and looked after us superbly! We were very lucky to see a turtle and a family of pilot whales on our way out. Lunch stop was beautiful and the sandwiches and snacks were delicious and just what we needed after an hour or so on the water. Then swimming with the fish was a highlight. We took the 9:30am boat and paid for a private charter if you are a family of between 4-7 people I would highly recommend this! Thank you for a memorable experience for all the family!

We booked with Patrick, and one sales rep told us it's nice small boat for great experience. The boat is very old no taps working the toilets was broke the sailing don't even work! The Italy captain was amazing and he's very experienced what he does the fin broke and i helped him fix the rod boat needs updating for extra 15 euros could went on bigger boat with more Morden facilities won't be back but would definitely like to say the Italy captain made the day its not even correct boat in the business card

What a brilliant morning. The skipper was a great crack and even managed to find us loads of pilot whales. The lunch and open bar was an added bonus! Overall a stunning experience I would highly recommend.

Fabulous trip 🥰 Saw pilot whales and our skipper explained all about the whale and dolphin population Then a stop in a gorgeous cove where we were served drinks and a picnic with the chance to also swim with the abundant fish x Finished with a lovely sail down the coast x Couldn’t beat this trip and well worth paying the 45euros pp xx Ps tip the skipper as he’s really good and the photos were also worth the money xxx

We went on a semi private yacht trip with this branch and for €60 each, it was worth every penny. Patrick was the perfect captain. Kept us informed of all the islands history and laughing throughout. If you’re a bit like us - not a veggie or a snowflake - this excursion is perfect for you. When we come back next year, we will be asking for Patrick. My wife was the first to spot a pod of Whales and was rewarded with the first free beer! We were lucky enough to see plenty of Pilot Whale Pods. Was a magical experience and would highly recommend the 7 seater + Patrick as captain. We had 5 others with us who spoke minimal English and still all had a fantastic day. Lovely few hours on the water with our Captain David. Saw some pilot whales and spent some time in a bay swimming/jumping off the side of the boat and a modest lunch of crisps, sandwiches and beer. A good time was had by all of our family.

Fantastic private charter with Patrick at the wheel. We had great experience, on this lovely boat and even the whales popped up to see us. Patrick was a great host, we had a lovely selection of sandwiches snacks and drinks. Definitely recommend this as a great afternoon trip with family and friends.

Fabulous afternoon cruise with the family. Managed to see the pod of whales thanks to Patrick local knowledge. Lunch was delightful and our nine year old daughter loved the tuna sandwiches. Patrick sense of humour kept as all smiling throughout especially my husband and his certified 20 stone life jacket! Definitely recommend this cruise and will be doing it again next year.

Patrick was a great captain. We saw a huge pod of Pilot Whales and he was knowledgeable regarding them. We stopped for snorkeling and saw loads of fish in the bay. Good snacks, altogether great experience!!

Patrick was the perfect host giving us a brilliant morning on the water with close up whale encounter (the whales choice, not ours!) followed by a cruise up the coast, great swim spot & lunch on the return leg....beer, wine & water freely available. Very chilled morning - perfect way to escape the tourist traps.

We had a great trip with Captain Patrick, who took us to see some whales. Which we also did see, a couple of whales right next to the boat! After which we went snorkeling in a bay during which time Patrick prepared a nice lunch for us. All in all we had a great time and would recommend this trip to everyone, especially for smaller groups who (like us) don't like to join the massive tours.

Wow now that the best boat trip I’ve ever done. It’s a max of 7 but when we turned up it’s was only us two so we had the boat to our selves! Everyone was so lovely we seen a lot and dolphins and whales. They took us to el puertito for a swim the water is so blue and clear! I definitely recommend for couples!! Very romantic. They also serve food and any drink you want.
