Personal Chef At Your Villa

Chef Roberto cooked for our family during our stay in Tenerife, and the experience was truly exceptional. The food was exactly what we had dreamed of — perfectly seasoned, prepared with fresh, carefully selected ingredients, and presented beautifully. Every dish was refined, balanced, and absolutely delicious. What made the evening even more special was Roberto himself. He joined us during dinner, and his warm presence and engaging company made the meal taste even better. It was not only a wonderful culinary experience, but also a memorable and joyful evening for our whole family. We couldn’t have asked for more.

We spent my husband’s 60th birthday in Tenerife with family and booked Roberto to make the night of his birthday extra special. The communication from the start with Roberto was fantastic, helping us chose the best menu to suit. We went for an 8 course tasting menu and every course was fabulous. Roberto chatted with us, explaining the dishes and happy to share some special chef tips with us! We had a fantastic night and it was an experience we will never forget, thank you for making it such a special occasion.

Mr. Medda is a wonderful chef. His focus is on making the best dinner possible. All his dishes taste of gourmet quality and have artistic appeal. Mr. Medda is totally reliable, punctual and works efficiently. At the same time he is very nice person to be around with. Having Mr Medda as a chef is both a privilege and a lovely experience.

Last night we experienced something truly special — an incredible private dinner prepared by Chef Roberto in our villa, paired with outstanding wines from Sardinia and Tenerife. It was our first time ever having a chef come to cook for us, and we could not have imagined a more perfect introduction to the experience. Chef Roberto arrived several hours before the meal, bringing all of his own supplies, and quietly transformed our kitchen into a professional workspace. He moved with the calm confidence of a master — focused, graceful, and quite literally quiet as a mouse — preparing everything with such care and precision. Over the course of the evening, we were treated to seven or eight exquisite Italian courses, including a beautiful burrata and tomato salad, bright and flavorful lemon chicken, rich and comforting four-cheese gnocchi, and the most wonderful tiramisu, plus so much more. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared and absolutely delicious. What made the evening even more special was Chef Roberto himself — so kind, so thoughtful, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely delightful company. He shared stories about each dish, the preparation, and the exceptional wines he had chosen to pair with the meal. We learned so much, laughed a lot, and truly savored every moment. This was more than a dinner — it was an experience. We could not have asked for a better evening, a better chef, or a better meal. If you ever have the chance to book Chef Roberto, do not hesitate. It will be a highlight of your time here.

We had a delicious meal prepared by Roberto at our villa last week. Ahead of the meal, his communication was great and he was really friendly and accommodating of our requirements (we have 4 young children under 3 so needed specific timings). He arrived on time and very prepared - first he served the children their dinner which they absolutely loved. He then went on to serve us the Grand Land and Sea Feast meal which was outstanding. We are real foodies and the food was really delicious and unique. We especially loved Roberto’s signature dish of Sea bass. We will absolutely be booking Roberto next time we are in a villa in Tenerife. Can’t recommend enough!

Roberto organised my 40s birthday party at our place. We were 16 people, with different dietary requirements, and he was super accommodating Food was simply outstanding, he came and left the place clean spotless. All in all, I would be thrilled to have him again for any special occasion!!

Roberto was amazing! He cooked a wonderful multi course meal starting with a sections of tapas, three salads, saffron rice, fish, and a beautiful dessert. Everything was delicious and I highly recommend him!

Dinner was well organised with very fresh, locally sourced ingredients, prepared wonderfully. Great value for money and made for an amazing family evening on our balcony overlooking the Atlantic.

A dining experience to remember, thanks to Chef Roberto and his flair for creating a menu that catered for the demands of 13 sassy ladies during our stay at Villa Monaco. We sampled a wide range of culinary delights, prepared and cooked fresh at the villa, including seafood, beef, chicken, tapas, vegetables and salads. Leftover desserts were consumed the next morning for breakfast over a brew of yorkshire tea (or a cold beer). Without doubt, a first class dining experience that can be as formal or informal as you like, and I for one, am looking forward to seeing Roberto again when we return later in the year.

Chef Roberto did an excellent job all around! Very personable, great food, great service - he set up and cleaned up everything. He easily accommodated for gluten free. I would highly recommend!

Roberto was a superb asset to have at our villa! He was prompt, professional and a wonderful chef! His food was second to none. He catered for thirteen of us on a birthday holiday in the sun! He was professional, friendly and a gentleman. He brought essentials up to our villa along with a gorgeous selection of fresh food that he cooked to perfection! You made our holiday perfect by keeping us all happy with your wonderful selection of food!

We had a family holiday with friends, 9 adults aged from 28 to 64 and two children (aged 2 and 6), Roberto cooked us a fantastic dinner comprising of many dishes including wine and everybody agreed that everything was cooked very very well indeed, if fact nobody could pick a dish that that they didn’t like, which is quite a feat consider the age differences. We would recommend Roberto in a heartbeat, he is very friendly and professional, arrived on time (early in fact), prepared everything himself and cleaned up afterwards even taking his rubbish with him. I honestly could not fault him or his food, 5 stars isn’t enough he should have 7 just like the Burj Al Arab in Dubai, I wish him good luck with his business and home life in the future. If your looking for a first class chef to cook you a special dinner look no further Roberto came to our villa in Tenerife and cooked us a faultless 10 course dinner for 4 adults as a special surprise birthday treat We started with homemade bread and dips Followed by a beautiful salad and couscous Then sorrento ham on bruschetta with a veggie option of roasted peppers on bruschetta Followed by scallops which were unbelievably delicious Next Spanish tortilla Next mushroom truffle pasta Then veggie lasagna Then tempura prawns and mushrooms Then steak and canarian potatoes Next chocolate and orange dessert Finally followed by macaroons Roberto was so efficient cooking all the dishes in our kitchen serving each course with a smile answering any questions you may have Constantly cleaning up after himself We would not hesitate to recommend Roberto to anyone Top class chef Hope we meet again soon !!

Wonderful surprise from my husband to have Roberto prepare and serve an excellent dinner for us at our Villa in Costa Adeje. I would highly recommend this unique experience. Definitely a highlight of our visit to Tenerife and will book again.

I organised a Private Dining experience with Roberto Medda, via Trip Advisor, as a surprise for my step fathers birthday. Roberto could not have been more helpful with the pre planning of the event. He answered my endless questions, organised all birthday decorations, designed the cake, created an amazing menu and was super engaging on the night. Our villa had very limited kitchen space so the ability to cook and serve the five course menu was even more amazing given this! I would highly recommend! Imer

It was a surprise 70th birthday meal for my partner. A lady who came with Roberto decorated the house with balloons and gold string, it was a wonderful surprise for him. There were 6 of us and we started with champagne and the dips were supplied by Roberto. Next we had salad and mozzarella buffalo cheese, followed by risotto and then beef in a red wine sauce. Desert was fruit and sorbet, followed by a birthday cake supplied by Roberto. The icing on the cake was that the kitchen was left impeccable and it was a truly memorable evening. We would definitely recommend him.

What treat! A birthday gift for my husband for the whole family to enjoy. Can’t recommend the experience highly enough from start to finish. A delicious selection of plates, abundant in colour and fresh produce expertly prepared and beautifully presented by Roberto. Crostini with ham and tomate, scallops in garlic oil, tomato and Chorizo salad, seafood paella, lemon tart, Macaroons all served with a selection of fine wines. A a spotless kitchen to make the day end on a perfectly relaxing note.! Go ahead and treat yourself or a loved one! You won’t be disappointed .

We had Robert & Brigita cook for us in our villa on the final night of our holiday and it was such a special evening. From first contact Roberto was helpful and flexible on our menu choices and on the evening they were both so warm and welcoming. The food was fabulous and it was an evening we will all remember for a long time. I would highly recommend their services.

Roberto travelled to the North of the island to come and cook for us in our villa. We had a ten person buffet style meal with multiple dishes. Some were changed due to culinary requirements of our group - this was done with ease. Each dish was absolutely delicious and obviously fresh. Roberto was a pleasure to have around the house and even cleaned up perfectly before he left. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Roberto catered at our villa as part of a friend's hen party. We had a wonderful time, his food was fantastic. We selected the tapas menu and there was a huge variety of options which we were able to select beforehand. Roberto made everything super easy, was quick to communicate and made sure everything ran smoothly - nothing was too much trouble.

We used Roberto and Brigita’s personal chef service 3 years in a row during our winter break vacations in Tenerife. The fact that we enjoyed their service three years in a row already told you just how much we LOVED what they do. Every evening, every course brought the sound of “oohh”and “aahh”s at the table from the entire family. Basically they were serving us tasting menus totaling 10 different things for each dinner. The flavors and sauces were outstanding, and can, in fact, rival the best restaurants of the world. If you know what you want, Roberto and Brigita will find the fresh ingredients on the island, at a local market or otherwise. Carpaccio, octopus, local fish, grilled meat, you name it, they know how to make it. And then comes dessert…. Brigita’s baking is unbelievable! SOOO good!! The first year we came to Tenerife we went to an all-inclusive resort. The 2nd year we rented a vacation house, and separately the food with Roberto and Brigita….. THAT is the combination we can recommend to anybody. (They would also prepare food for breakfast and lunch the next day!) If you do it, you’ll have a very memorable week of food delight and splendid service! Thank you, Roberto and Brigita!! This is the 3rd year that we have hired Roberto for our private chef. He came everyday (for 8 nights). He made dinner for our party of 8. All local, fresh, authentic style cooking. Lots of veggies and seafood. Each night featured multiple dishes, never a repeat all week. He provides 5 star cooking in your own setting. Priceless. We are repeat customers and hope to continue in future years.

We have had an amazing experience having our own Chef Roberto and his partner cooking an amazing dinner for us. From the day one we have contacted Roberto he was very friendly, replied to all our questions, adjust the menu to all our dietary requirements and either on the day of preparing our delicious dinner made a birthday cake for my daughter on top of our other celebration. The food was amazing, the service outstanding, very professional and private and we all felt like he and his partner are part of our family. You need to taste Robertos cooking! Some of the best food we have ever eaten and wonderful service. Roberto & Brigitte helped us design a menu to cater for vegetarians & children with allergies then came to our villa to prepare and serve us a fabulous variety of local food. It was for a 50th birthday and they made it an occasion we will never forget - plus they left the kitchen spotless at the end of the evening. Not only was the food superb, comprising healthy, fresh ingredients, the service and flow of the evening couldn't have been better. Roberto came to our villa to cook a three course meal for five of us. The food was amazing and so was seeing the passion and excitement he puts into his food.
