A very, cold ,unwelcoming and business like reception when we arrived .no hello small talk whatsoever on 10min walk to the boat .same reception when we got to the boat ,no smiling no happy to see us or get our custom ,it all appeared that it was all a big inconvenience for them.very odd atmosphere between the staff....unhappiness all round. No thankyou at the end.....just at the end the mood slightly lifted when it came to buying the photos .....the experience in the water was faultless pity about the staff......

Incredible parascending experience at a beautiful location, the staff were swift to respond to enquiries and at location, they do speak good English, so we're able to understand what we were saying. The flight is only a 10 minute ride and about 100 meters high at the limit, so if you are new to the experience, this is a great springboard before trying any 150 meter 20 minute versions you can get in other country's They offer a photo opportunity for 20 euros for all the photos they take, but if your planning on doing your own video as well get a waterproof phone case like a pelican Marine case that is completely dust and waterproof .... good tip, if you go online and book as well as pay, it's cheaper, but either way, it is a cheap way to have a great experience.

This was a fantastic experience. 1st time ever at 62 years old. I done this on March 18th to mark my birthday. Fantastic crew! So helpful! They assisted me onto the boat as I was a bit nervous. The crew were so professional, chatty and funny too. I will definitely do it again. Thank you for the experience. X

Great experience & good fun but nowhere secure to leave belongings. We booked online & didn’t realise there would be lots of groups on the boat but the benefit of that meant a longer boat trip 😁

Fantastic experience, worth the money. Plus actually get more for your money as it's also a boat ride while everyone takes there turns & we also got to see dolphins too.

My two teenagers did it and loved the experience .I was spectator on the boat. Totally worth it .we would do it again. Definitely recommend.

Would recommend paracraft. I booked paragliding online for playa blanca instead of playa chica PDC, my mistake. Could have lost booking, but they agreed to move it and an hour later than planned, we were up in the air. Thank you, it was a fantastic experience!! You never touch the water but getting in and out of the boat was an experience. Definitely recommend Paracraft !!!

Very good experience, great views and relaxing whilst in the air! I went with my brother and there were 3 other groups so we took it in turns which we weren't bothered by as we enjoyed being on the boat. Only downside was that we did not spend 10 minutes parascending, in realtiy just over 5 which makes it quite expensive.

The younger on-site staff were very friendly and helpful. The equipment, life jacket etc was brilliant and the boat trip itself was fun. The experience of the paragliding was something else - really worth doing! Two downsides were: 1) I paid for a solo paraglide but the boat captain/pilot refused and insisted I had to go up with another solo person; 2) the photos were not great.

This was a brilliant experience, the people were helpful, professional, funny and just made the experience even better, the experience it’s self was wow, definitely worth doing.

Very poor overall all blameable on the staff. Not one with a smile and everyone complaining at the shop. The parascending was a great experience, but definitely don’t bother doing it here. Staff lack the basic manners and customer service to even greet you upon arrival. We were left standing there only to be grunted at by one of the Spanish staff who either had 0 English or chose not to use it. Horrible altogether. Then they advise you must have a t shirt, which I understand is the guideline for health but please send an email too. Find another provider, don’t waste your money on these.

Paid 100 euros for a 10 to 12 minute parascending flight, but only got about 7 minutes. On arrival the whole area was in chaos, bad organisation and sort of just hurriedly told to get on that boat with 4 other couples and a couple of harnesses were thrown in. We then had to wait and watch each couple take their turn, every couple had less than 10 minutes. Whilst waiting for our turn and seeing that people were going out around 50 metres on the line I asked if we could do the 400 metre option as it clearly is advertised on their website: “50m or 400m for the brave” it says. Both the staff looked at me as if I was stupid and said, no we can’t do 400m, when I showed them their website on my phone, they just shook there heads and shrugged their shoulders. I was very disappointed as I’ve done a 50m flight in the past so only really paid for this because it was a much higher flight. When I got back I wrote to the management to complain and they said the 400m flight was “weather dependent” I argued that’s not what it says on the website but no answer came. In my opinion they haven’t even got the boat equipped to do a 400m flight and it would almost certainly take a lot more than the 7 minutes you get to extend and then retract a 400m line even if they did have the equipment! Liars and fraudsters - I recommend you spend your money elsewhere.

Throughly enjoyed parasailing. So peaceful and calm once up in the air. You’re in the air 10 mins but on the boat around 50 mins total so you get a speed boat ride chucked in too. Not cheap but worth it and highly recommended. We also did the Crazy Bull which was fun.

We Loved parasending. We’re a family of 5 with three teenagers and this was an activity we all enjoyed. When you’re in the air it’s very calm and enjoyable, and when you’re not in the air you can enjoy the speed boat ride. You don’t get wet at all on this activity so it’s not necessary to wear swimwear if you don’t want to. You do need to wear a T-shirt under the life jacket though. Id recommend booking in advance as it’s really busy. It’s a five minute walk from the end of the Main Street at Peurto Del Carmen so the location is great too.

Friendly staff and nice experience. The views up there were amazing. It felt very short, but it wasn't. It is just that time passes by fast when you are enjoying. You guys have to try. It's a very nice experience.

We booked for three kids and two adults to go parascending. Their boat and equipment seemed to be quite new and well maintained. We were given absolutely no safety instructions whatsoever except told where to sit while the harness was being attached. The driver of the boat was quite rude and sourly although the younger guy was quite friendly. The parascending itself was lots of fun but it seemed very short to myself and my husband and the 3 kids went up theirs seemed even shorter. It was advertised at 10 mins and the prices charged are quite high. When we checked the videos later we could tell that myself and my husband were up for 8 minutes and the three kids were only up for 6. So instead of twenty minutes we only got fourteen!! Would not recommend.

Amazing experience!!! Brutal!!!... The two super nice guys. The boss (Madrid), a person, super polite, attentive at all times, very helpful and above all a great professional. Amazing experience with great monitors. We were five friends to practice parascending and the boys were super friendly, they even took pictures of us! I recommend it to anyone who comes to Lanzarote! They are great and the experience is a blast!
