This is the 3rd year we have been parasailing- great fun as always. Great views.

My son and I done the jet ski and para sailing in one package all I can say is what an amazing time we had staff excellent we both had such an amazing time and when we come back next year we are doing it again ty to all the staff who took care of us and lunar the dog

We had a great experience at Paracraft, very well organised, the crew on the boat were brilliant, funny and put us at ease. The length of time in the air was just right as I was getting a bit queasy. In all we had about an hour and half on the boat while everyone went up. Would recommend

We tried to book jet skiing with this company. They took the fee in GBP even though we said Euro. They then tried to refund the money in Euro and left us over 400 euro down and no booking! They tried taking more money which failed. The guy in charge who is driving the boat in the pictures was rude to the point of being aggressive. We got a translator on the phone who said he was so angry with us! Why us, it was their fault. I received a call from their booking centre - nice touch. Promised a call back once the person has spoken to the manager. Still waiting for a call which I guess is not coming. Unless you have cash I would avoid. I have met some rude people over the years but this guy didn’t careless about customers.

Great experience. All stuffs very helpfull, professional and friendly from receptionist, skipper and instructor. Highly recommend.

Fab morning out on the boat for my sons (16,13) and I and hubby as a passenger - the boys and I took off out by Papagayo Beach! It was such a great experience and the crew took some amazing photos that we were able to buy at a reasonable prices - no rip offs like we’ve had with other activities!

Great fun parascending had by both my sons , guys were great on just made it fun for them , highly recommended activity to do with Paracraft. Digital photo package was fabulous photos were crystal clear & much better than pictures I took whilst on boat with them .

Highly recommend this company.We booked parasailing online and had a great experience with them. Phillipe the company Newfoundland was chilling at the office as my kids were getting ready for the parasailing. A big thanks to both of the guys that took us out. My wife and I enjoyed the boat ride and our kids loved the parasailing experience. Felt very safe and in good hands with this company. Thanks again❤️

Super Parasailing experience for our 2 sons. Myself & my husband were also able to spectate from the speedboat. The crew onboard were professional & friendly and ensured we felt safe & secure. Our lads said the views were spectacular & they enjoyed every minute of it. Would recommend!

Take care they advertise 30 mins however our kids had to share with another family so in fact they got < 15 mins allowing for change overs

Amazing experience. The crew is very friendly also. We arrived 5 mins later but still we could join. The flying went super entertaining and exciting. The captain Benito is also a very friendly guy!

Fantastic experience for the kids. Three of mine did the triple parascending and loved it. The wife went out on the boat to spectate it too and also loved it. The guys who ran it were very welcoming and friendly. They took loads of professional quality photos too which we bought at the end for a small reasonable fee. Kids loved it and we will be doing it again next year when we come back to Lanzarote.

Everything was perfect. We all had a ball and the staff on the boat encouraged my son to do it. Which was brilliant. Definitely well worth it.

This was my second time using this company the first being last year. This year my daughter decided to join me, I must say we both absolutely loved it! This is an amazing experience where you will enjoy stunning views of Playa Blanca. It was very windy the day we 'flew' however we were made to feel safe at all times. My wife and daughters partner travelled on the boat as passengers which is also amazing....

Booked for my two sons. They both really enjoyed the boat ride and the Parascending. We bought the photos they let you download to your phone after. Brilliant !

Do not use this company. My two teenage children had a horrific experience when they fell at speed in to the water after Paracraft equipment failed while they were parascending above Marina Rubicon in Playa Blanca. Having seen them fall we were then lied to about the reason for their fall as a member of staff raced out with new equipment. They were kept on the boat for a further 50 mins whilst distressed rather than being returned to us. On return no-one spoke to us other than Debra who checks people in. She did her best in the circumstances, but no-one offered an honest explanation. We booked through Viator who were excellent and told us that Paracraft had not even responded to their attempts to contact them. They have also not had the decency to respond to my emails. Unsafe. Negligent. Dangerous. Avoid.

We did parascending with Leroy and Carlos. They were very kind and helpful. Very amusing. Seeing Lanzarote from up high, gives you an amazing view over the beach and mountains. Carlos and Leroy were very professional. They will comfort you and make you feel at ease. It was a great experience with them. Would recommend! Thank you Leroy and Carlos!

Absolutely brilliant the guys on the boat are so friendly and funny didn't stop laughing and joking around with us from the minute we got there which made the whole experience amazing. We turned up as 3 dad and 2 sons age 21 and 13 and then took my 10yr old aswell which he really enjoyed would recommend this for all ages . Guys well done hope to see you again

Fantastic morning parascending in marina rubicon with my 3 children aged 19, 14 and 12. I went as a spectator on the boat and had such fun. Definitely recommend

Fantastic experience. Leroy was a great host. To top off the parascending experience we saw a large group of dolphins out in the water and the team took the time to allow us to make the most of the experience as well as sending us a video afterwards for free. Would highly recommend.

Did this with my son on 21st April, collected from he beach at Plays Blanca. It was a very enjoyable, professional and safe experience, with the 2 men on the boat in charge. The process of "taking off" and "landing" is very simple and no need to be concerned about how to do it ! We also got photographs after the "flight" send by Whats App - additional € 20 and good quality too ! It's a fun and memorable experience, and would highly recommend !

It was an amazing experience & the lady at the office & two guys on the board were so nice. We nearly missed our slot though because the departure details given were for Kualalampur stores rather meeting at the base. However, they waited for us & it was so worth it. Will be back for more!

We met the rudest, unfriendliest man in the reception to start off the experience, who made us buy a t-shirt there having not told us to bring one by email, saying we had to wear one for parascending. The feeling about this man was mutual amongst everyone. We were told it would start at 12 and had to wait 45 minutes to just get on the boat. Being up in the air was lovely until we were coming back down to the boat and they lost control of the parachute, causing me to smash into the side of the boat, on the waterside, having to pull myself back on. The boat trip went on longer than planned also as they allowed 2 extra people to go up in the air, causing many people to become sea sick. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Everything was so much fun! I did paraascending and UFO. I loved both of them and I truly recommend everyone to try it! Both amazing experiences I want to repeat

I absolutely loved this! The guy on the boat managed to get some amazing photos of us in the air which we bought for just 20euros for all of them! It's such a weird feeling being so high up but it's so smooth and fun! I would definitely do this again! Only problem was that our booking was at 11 and we arrived about 10 minutes early and it looked like the centre was closed. We ended up asking other centres around us and the information centre who had to call them to tell them we were waiting so it ended up being a little later than expected but not a huge problem. Would definitely do it again regardless

We had a fantastic experience with paracraft. I booked over the phone as we were visiting lanzarote for the day from Feuteventura. We arrived early and the hosts were fantastic, taking my partner and our eight year old on a fantastic trip. The staff were friendly and proffessional, the equipment was clean and well maintained. I emailed the staff following this asking for a copy of the photographs and they were very obliging. We would absolutely go again. I only hope next time that I get a turn!

Accueil très sympathique du monsieur et du pilote , comme c'était pour un anniversaire ils nous ont fait tous monté dans le bateau alors que normalement c'est payant. A faire belle expérience, merci aux propriétaires

Nous avions rdv à 11h. On nous écrit pour nous dire que le rdv est décalé à 12.15. Lorsqu'on arrive, le monsieur n'était pas au courant que notre rdv avait été dévalé par sa collègue. Nous nous sommes retrouvés à faire l'activité en 5mn avec deux moniteurs qui n'avaient absolument pas envie de travailler. Ils ne nous ont pas parlé ni donné d'explications. Clairement, on les dérangeait! On ne recommande pas du tout cet endroit.

For us the best part was the ascent and descent finishing with our feet in the water... but the whole experience was great..and the staff very professional and responsible at all times.
