Great trip on the ferry. Very comfortable with lots of choice of seating , inside or out and shaded areas
Got to port and booked in. I was dealing with an English chap and he could not do enough for us . Do not recall his name but a thorough gent . It was the 1st of August Thank you so much
Really nice ferry trip over to Fuerteventura for the day. Would recommend. Easy to find and good value.
Very good experience with the Lineas Romera Ferry!
Finding the meeting point is difficult , in fact we gave up . In the end we were allowed to board but it was stressful .,
Staff were friendly and pointed in the right direction we didn’t need to print off our tickets we just used our barcode that was sent through trip advisor we saw flying fish which was a first for us
Great easy journey from Lanzarote to fuerteventura! Ferry's left on time and had toilet facilities. Would recommend!
It was a lovely ferry trip to Corralejo in Fuerteventura. We took the 9:30 ferry out and returned on the 17:30 ferry. This gave us plenty of time to explore Corralejo, do some shopping and get some lunch. We had a nice walk along the beach front and in the town. The only issue was that TripAdvisor didn't give a proper location of where to claim our tickets or where the ferry was. It gave the general address of the port. The Lineas Romero office was in a white building about a 5 minutes walk from the ferry. We ended up going directly to the ferry and the staff there told us where to get the tickets. We had just enough time to get our tickets and get back to the ferry. Also there didn't seem to be any free WiFi.
Prompt departure and arrival, clean ferry, well organised and with friendly and professional staff. We departed Playa Blanca on the 9:30am Ferry and had a few enjoyable hours exploring Corralejo before returning on the afternoon sailing.
I was very grateful that the company were able to refund me as I made a mistake on the travel date the first time round.
All went very smoothly. We looked one way after landing and we’re worried what we would do for the day, turned and went the other way and everything from pubs and cafes, to harbour and beach were beautiful. Well worth the day trip from lanzarote, so pleased we went
Outstanding travel service. This is an excellent trip and highly recommended. By far the best thing we did on holiday. Staff are helpful and friendly. The boat is clean and tidy, with drinks if needed. The view is incredible and we all loved it.
Enjoyed the ferry. Nice crossing on the ferry . Lots of walking to the shops. Very nice beach,a bit small but very clean . Ferry was very clean and tidy
Didn’t end up going but think it was decent price for ferry ticket to another island and back. Would possibly rebook and try go next time
Great staff great value trip, we had a fantastic day. Collecting tickets and boarding was really well organised
The ferry company have a small ticket booth in the Playa Blanca port. They were very helpful and we got a flexible ticket for any outward and return crossing times. The ticket was 35 euros each. The crossing takes 30 mins and you can sit on the top deck or downstairs inside. Where you berth in the port, it’s a very short walk to Corralejo. We had a fantastic trip and would recommend it.
excursion Ferry from Lanzarote to Fuerteventura is a must for anyone stopping in Lanzarote looking for a day trip to another island We booked through travelon.world the process was so simple would 100% recommend these guys as well We were picked up and dropped off in puerto del carmen
Booked this as we wanted to visit fuerterventura for the day with the freedom to go and come back whenever without being tied to a tour group. Very straightforward get a ticket online arrive at the harbour and redeem the ticket and then get on the ferry. Amazing views and a nice breeze whilst onboard. There was wi-fi and a bar onboard too. Only takes 30 ‘mins ans then once you arrive at fuerterventura it is about a 5 min walk into corralejo. The cheapest we found too !
Very clean facilities and value for money at the bar. Staff on board Very friendly and welcoming. Would use this ferry in the future.
Good, quick crossing to neighbouring island. Clean and plenty of seats available. Would definitely use again.
Easy. Booked online and got confirmation of time price etc. Walked down in the morning spoke to the lady in the ticket booth and told us exactly where to wait, by the cafe. Sat in the sun with a drink while it arrived. Was good value and quick.
The cheapest ferry service across to Fuerteventura from Playa Blanca 38 euros each return. The ferry terminal is in Playa Blanca where the port is currently being transformed into a cruise liner port there is a small cabin which sells tickets for all the ferries we booked ours through our hotel left a deposit then picked them up and paid the remainder of the fare from the cabin, make sure you have you booking confirmation code. You may or may not need masks and passports to travel? we never got asked for any and if your in the fresh air top deck you don't need masks. The trip takes about 30 mins and can be choppy depending on wind force. We had 4 hours in Fuerteventura before the ferry back enough to have a good look around and there's plenty to look at much more shopping than Playa Blanca and many more bars and restaurants, but IMO not as beautiful and clean as Playa Blanca. So for 78 euros and nearly a 6 hour day trip adventure it was well worth it. The ship is a lot smaller than its competition but big enough and comfortable enough and is actually bigger than it looks. Be aware where the ship leaves from, we and others were waiting by a broken ship ( the same company ) next to the waiting room, eventually I asked a café worker where the proper ship was, then we had to rush around the port to where the actual ship was.......more signage please !
Staff were friendly, easy to purchase and obtain tickets, enjoyable ride would recommend to anyone wanting. Change of scenery for the day.
Really good, booked with the rep in resort but quickly learnt we could have just turned up on the day and bought a ticket! Cheapest, most efficient and friendliest way to go between the islands! Staff were helpful and polite. The boat itself was spot on time wise and for only 35 euros open return it makes it a fraction of what you pay for the larger ferries. Just remember to bring your passport!
Due to a massive shortage of hire cars on Lanzarote, we decided instead to take a ferry trip from Playa Blanca to Corralejo, Fuerteventura for the day. We had seen from local timetables that there was a sailing at 11am on the Monday we wanted to go. So we rocked up at the ticket office for the fast ferry (lineas romero) only to be told that the next crossing was 12:30. Then we heard another passenger say there was a crossing at 11:00 with Armas, so we walked to their ticket office. Armas quoted us €170 for two return tickets!!! Also we had to specify the time of our return crossing. Not wanting to pay that much we returned to the lineas romero ticket office and despite the extra 90 minute wait, two return tickets were only €70 and we could return on whatever return sailing they had even the following day if we wished. The crossing itself was about 25-30 mins and all the crew were polite and friendly. Pays to shop around people.
Excellent trip! The staff was amazing, very professional. They even lent a helping hand at boarding with small children. Great value all around Will not hesitate to use this company again and cannot recommend them more
We bought our ferry tickets in our hotel as it was more convenient for us with a small child. When we got to the ticket office (to exchange the receipt they gave us in the hotel for the ferry tickets) the guy told us off for not buying the tickets with him as he won't get the commission now. And this was in rather aggressive way.I just want to warn the other holidaymakers
Quick 40 minute trip to another Island, whats not to like. Spotless clean ferry and toilets, and also the cheapest fare to Fuertaventura. We saw flying fish which was pretty cool considering I'd never seen them before. :-D you have to wear your face mask but that's ok, we all have to do this covid thing together.
For 35 euros (18 for children) you can buy a return ticket from the tiny ticket office at the port of Playa Blanca, although you do need to show them photo ID / passport before they'll allow you to book. No need to pre-book, just turn up on the day and buy your ticket(s) Ferries sail several times a day (depending on weather conditions of course) and will get you across the water in just over 30 minutes. It can get a little choppy and if you don't travel well it might be an idea to take sea sickness tablets beforehand if the sea looks rough. You'll pass quite close to the island of Lobos en route. Plenty of seats inside or you can enjoy the views from the top deck if you prefer. There are toilets on board as well as a bar. I was lucky enough to see a sunset during my early evening trip back to Lanzarote. This is a very cheap and easy way to explore Fuerteventura when staying in Lanzarote, and I can highly recommend it.
This isn’t just a quick cheap ferry across to Fuerteventura - it’s a bit of a luxury doing this. We paid €70 for 2 of us, 45mins each way. We saw someone else’s ticket (assuming a local) they pay €8 - which is understandable as they’ll be using the service more regularly... but that just shows how much they rip visitors off. Also there’s nowhere on google search that states you need a passport or driving license to do this trip - would have been useful if it came up as a warning. Birthday day out that left us with no money :’(
Playa Blanca to Fuerteventura. Good valve for money, super efficient service and a way of seeing an other island. Ferry arrived and left on time, plenty of room and a cafe on board and unexpectedly clean.
Decided to have an afternoon in Lanzarote so jumped on the ferry. Only just over 30 euros return and what a great experience. Snacks and drinks on board and only took about 40 minutes. We like the quieter resorts but spending time in correlejo and playa blanca was great for a change
We caught the ferry from Playa Blanca in Lanzarote to Correlejo in Fuenteventura. Brilliant day trip. Great crossing. Would recommend doing this.
As the cheapest ferry company, they do not disappoint. In fact there brilliant. Very smooth company, 45 minutes to get to fuerteventura, very comfortable. Spend the best part of the day exploring, and seeing another part of the canaries. Would recommend very highly.
We booked a return ticket for their regular ferry service to Fuerteventura and were very satisfied with the service, comfort and pricing of the trip - all went very smoothly ...
Friendly staff. Punctual departures and good value for money. Quiet crossing. Anytime again.
returning to the Vallicella inn to feast, the innkeeper knew how to share his delicate dishes, we were nourished, our bellies were hungry. The feasts were well watered, the light spirit prevailed over us, our carriages waiting to return soon the artist
I recommend this trip by ferry to spend a day in fuerteventura, the crossing lasts 30 min super boat..team on board very smiling, vs also have inside a bar, very clean toilet and especially the boat respects the schedules Go / return.. beautiful beach and good restaurant in fuerteventura.. to recommend..we went there at the end of April super nice weather!! The locals are so welcoming, helpful.everything is done with a smile..nothing is complicated there, they please tourists and appreciate that you can make the effort to speak in their language...Spanish..! It literally changes us from French tourism...smiling .. it does not exist, Welcoming idem, helpfulness and availability zero..friendliness zero..l hotel and restaurant in France c is a disaster .. we should consider moving schools hotel and restaurant to foreign countries!!! It's much more formative.
Good multilingual guide and bus driver. They drop us off at the foot of the ferry. Pick up at 8.35 for a ferry at 10.30 with only 45 minutes of direct travel, due to stops for others. Same for the return trip.
Nave facile da trovare, viaggio tutto sommato rapido, attraversata tranquilla, prezzo modico. Sedute comode e ben disposte, vista ottima.
Comfortable and fast travel, all very professional. The staff at the ticket office and on the boat very friendly. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended
All right, Welcoming, on time.Don't forget the ID cards for all passengers including children otherwise you don't get on board.
We used it to transfer from one island to another (Lanzarote / Fuerteventura). Bought the ticket online. Staff courteous and helpful. Departure time respected. Everything is perfect. Advice.
I really liked it, it was very comfortable and relaxing... no one told us anything about the luggage and what I liked the most was that when we got off the Ferry we were given sweets hahahaha ❤️❤️😘
We arrived 5 minutes before the departure of the ferry Romero, we paid 3€75 one way (price for residents) ... very good trip and fast! Do it again!
The cost of the crossing is unbeatable! The boat is well maintained, comfort summary but correct. Schedules are kept. However, it should be noted that it is not a "big" ferry but a much smaller boat and therefore moves much more. Because the crossing is sometimes quite hectic, the 45 minutes can seem very long to people prone to seasickness. For these you will have to give preference to the other 2 companies that operate between Lanzarote and Fuerteventura and that offer a more comfortable and significantly faster, but more expensive, trip. (20 minutes for Fred Olsen and 35 minutes for Armas)
