Excellent tour, the place and La Francesa beach were beautiful. Excellent customer service, I came by a cruise and they gave me options to participate. The food according to my husband, is the best paella eaten in Spain. It’s a must-do.

I book quite a lot of boat excursions when I travel and this was easily my favorite! Felt like I was crashing a wedding reception on a boat - this was so much fun!! Amazing vibes, music, food, drinks, and staff :)
Prompt pick up. Welll organised and friendly team. Plenty to eat and drink. Clean cattermeran. Lovely day out
Very enjoyable day. Staff very experienced, food good…
It was amazing experience and all the team were very friendly and welcoming. We had a lot of fun.
Boat felt crowded. Seating is not comfortable (At least on top deck.) Beer was flowing, food plentiful and edible. Staff were great.
Mediocre at best. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not the worse but there are so many things they could do to make it a better experience. The food is simply bad. Excursions are basic. No lines or clear instructions onboard so it’s a mess during lunch time. No beach access. Considered the price, the tour delivered what it could do. It’s better than going on your own, buy the ferry ticket and 4x4/bike. But you also missed the real beach time.
The boat ride was the best one us as a family have done. We have done 8 over the last few years. The staff were incredible. The experience was beautiful and the fun was exceptional. We stayed in playa Blanca and the coach journey was long. Nearly 2 hours. But that we were first pick up. But when you got to the experience of this amazing catamaran. Wow. You would want to go again straight away. My girls said can we do it again. And for the big guys dancing. Just stole the show. If you don’t do this in Lanzarote. Then it’s not worth coming here.
What an amazing trip! From start to finish, everything was well organised and the crew were friendly, professional, and made the whole experience really enjoyable. It was also fantastic for children—both my kids, aged 9 and 6, absolutely loved it. Don't let the negative food reviews put you off. They cater for everyone, even fussy eaters like me, with simple options such as pasta with tomato sauce. The crossing over to the other island was a little choppy, but that's down to the sea conditions, not the crew, who handled it brilliantly and made us feel safe throughout. The snorkelling was definitely the highlight. The fish were absolutely incredible—it genuinely felt like swimming through an aquarium. I would have loved a second snorkelling stop, but it was still fantastic. Unfortunately, we couldn't do the kayaking and some of the other activities because of the weather, but that's completely outside of the crew's control, and I'd much rather they put safety first. Overall, this trip was absolutely worth every penny. We had a fantastic day, made some great memories, and I'd happily book it again. Highly recommended!
Not the greatest experience. Initially there was an issue with the pick up, I made a mistake and read the wrong time for the pick up point, however I was only informed and told that I had missed the pick up time after the person had already left and was made to make my own way or change days. It would have been nice to have been given a discretion call or message to check where I was before leaving as I was only 5 mins away from the meeting point, ended up having to drive 45 mins. The food on board wasn’t great. Prawns weren’t clean, were tasteless and the food didn’t have much salt either. Rice was undercooked. Music was only played for about 30 mins through out the whole trip, was expecting a better atmosphere. Value for money can definitely improve.
I have always wanted to visit La Graciosa, so that box was ticked. The rest of the trip was an extremely pleasant mix of boat trip, swimming, music, food, drink and entertainment. The staff were really nice and helpful, the paella was good and plentiful, a lovely welcome mojito and snack of papas canarias/arrugadas with mojo sauces, mainly free drink. The total time of 5 and a half hours felt about right too. The only thing that could have been improved was the ability to hear the guides clearly.
Me and my family were sceptical about this trip, however we had a lovely time. We were picked up via coach at approx 9am from the bus stop outside of the hotel and it roughly took about 30 minutes to get to the harbour. The boat journey to the first stop was a little annoying; purely for the fact that the bar for soft drinks was not open and the first stop was only for 40 minutes which seemed very pointless. However, we understood that the boat clearly brings business to the small island so just dealt with it. The boat was clean, the staff were lovely & the drinks were great. They stopped off and provided kayaks and swimming which was lovely. Music was always playing and it was a good sign that Spanish people attended the trip also (you know it’s good if locals are using it). The only downside was the food. It was probably our fault but we were advised that if you were vegetarian you had to let the staff know and you would have pasta. If you weren’t, you’d receive paella. However, we weren’t informed that it would have fish in. So the kids ended up asking for the pasta which you could tell annoyed staff, which is understandable but also a little annoying because they weren’t transparent about the meat dish. I will say again, the staff were brilliant. The vibes were great & I would say it was worth it. Just be mindful about the food (if you don’t like fish, go for the veggie dish)
Great excursion. Catamaran was lovely but most importantly, it wasn’t too busy so didn’t feel overcrowded which made a huge difference. The paella we had for lunch was one of our favourite meals of the holiday (and we’re in a 5*, all inclusive so that says something)! All the crew were really friendly and energetic throughout the day - it was quite a lively trip with music played throughout the day so if you’re looking for something more peaceful, it may not be the excursion for you. A minor point here would be there was A LOT of energetic, Spanish music being played which was a bit repetitive/boring for us Brits! Everyone seemed to be enjoying the atmosphere and they did play more of a mix towards the end of the day. In terms of the stops, we found the first stop slightly boring. We were told there was a church to look at which ended up being closed and there were minimal bars and restaurants, but we only had 40 minutes to kill so it wasn’t too bad. The second stop was lovely although no access to the beach. Overall a lovely day out and highly recommended!
We got picked up at the first stop in Puerto del Carmen 9am and the coach journey was about 1.5hr to the port. We then got a ferry to Caleto del Sebo where we had just under an hour to kill before boarding the catamaran. The boat trip was lovely with great views of Lanzarote and La Graciosa. We then anchored for a while and had plenty time to swim and relax with sangria/beer on an open bar and delicious fresh cooked mixed paella. The crew and tour guides were very friendly and helpful and kept us entertained with music and dance routines near the end of the trip! The catamaran took us back to the port at Órzola so the return ferry wasn’t needed, we got back to puerto del Carmen at around 6pm.
Better than expected. I enjoyed admiring the scenery during the coach transfer. Helpful, multi-lingual guides on hand to direct us to and from the correct boat. Free time to wander round Caleta Del Sebo on La Graciosa. Snack and Mojito when getting back aboard. Sails up for proper sailing to the stop for swimming or kayaking then plentiful, delicious paella for lunch and unlimited beer and wine. Music and optional dancing on the way back.
Booked last minute. Very well organised. We were a large family group. Food and drink were plentiful. Staff did a great job of keeping us entertained. La Graciosa Island is interesting too see for a few hours. Great value. I would highly recommend.
It was just amazing! The scenery, the vibes, the music. It was just lovely. We first got on a ferry at orzan, we got to graciosa and were given free time for exploring, then we went on the catamaran and did some kayaking and swimming! The guy handing out the kayaks on march 31st was so nice as well, give him a raise 😂 . They served paella or tomato pasta and it was delicious. If your looking for an excursion, definitely book this one!!
It is our first time and we will repeat this. The cruise was an amazing experience , starting from the pick up point. Travelled for about 45mins to the harbour, saw some interesting landscapes on the way. We were welcome on board by very friendly staff. Had alot to drink. It was my husband's birthday and the crew were just so wonderful. They announced my husband's birthday on board after lunch and we had lots of group dancing and choreography to music by passengers on board led my Maddy and crew. We were all elated. I recommend this crew 💯. It was fun all the way
Great excursion. Friendly team all the way through and great entertainment. Good value for money with nice food and drinks.
Pick up and drop off from our hotel, a short ferry crossing to La Graciosa and then almost an hour to have a look around the small but lovely port. Then onto the catamaran we were greeted with a drink and a snack. The boat was full but not over crowded. There was an open bar of beer, sangria and soft drinks. It sailed briefly then stopped for a couple of hours; we could swim, snorkel and kayak around the boat. Then the lunch of paella was very tasty, pasta for those who didn’t want it. We sailed back to the mainland ferry port with lots of music and dancing, great fun. It was good value and I’d recommend as a way to see the dramatic north of the island.
The boat experience was a lot of fun! Loved going in and out of the water. Also enjoyed having a walk around the island La Graciosa and a dip in the sea at the beach. The food was nice and drinks good too. Kayaks were a nice touch and everyone was very welcoming. Only complaint would be the bus back was completely overbooked and there wasn’t enough room for everyone so family’s were being pressured to put their children in their laps without seatbelts which needless to say is very unsafe. Not fair to publicly pressure people to do this due to the company’s mistake.
From the moment we stepped aboard the beautiful catamaran, the crew was fantastic, friendly and ensuring everyone had a great time. The boat itself was immaculate and very comfortable, with plenty of space to lounge in the sun or relax in the shade. It's a perfect balance between relaxation and adventure. I spent a wonderful hour kayaking, enjoying the stunning clear water and peaceful scenery, while other enjoyed swimming or snorkeling! Lunch was delightful! I enjoyed a lot a fresh made paella! I highly recommend to everyone! It's excellent value for money and a genuinely lovely day out!
What a wonderful day highly recommend we loved every moment the food was delicious and plenty for all the crew were amazing made our day so great fun the catamaran was fantastic we had so much fun doing the water sports kayaking was great we had never done it before it’s a day not to miss can recommend it highly enough great value day out will remember it always
I have given this a 5 rating, but in reality, the day for us was only really worth a 3. But it wasn't due to anything the company could have changed, just unfortunate for the day we picked. The pick-up and bus transfer was brilliant and handy, so we could both enjoy a couple of drinks on the cruise. The ferry over was busy, and due to the windy and choppy conditions, we were advised not to sit on the right side of the ferry due to getting splashed. Lots of people moved which gave us better seats and spectacular views. We are thrilled seekers so happy to see the choppy sea and it was quite a nice crossing for us. Others not so much but us more than happy. The views of the coastline of Lanzarote & the scenes coming into La Graciosa were breathtaking and on a better day, picture perfect! It was nice to have a bit of time exploring the "capital city" of the Island. We had the best coffee we had on our whole holiday in a little cafe with such gorgeous views. It is a proper little timeless village which next time we will explore some more. The catamaran wasn't as big as I was expecting after seeing how many people were queuing to get on & seating was limited. This was my first gripe as we sat in a vacant seat next to a family who loudly said it was their area & we couldn't sit. They had already put their towels down where they were and yes it was directly next to them but due to the lack of space we still sat ourselves down as there was room enough for all of us. All throughout the trip, we were given bad looks and bad energy but didn't let it bother us. The drinks flowed freely and the sangria was actually quite nice whilst we were cruising around the coast of the island. It was just so unfortunate that the clouds had decided they would stay for the whole trip, and the wind just didn't let up. Despite this, the swim stop was lovely and we were straight off for a swim and snorkel. Unfortunately the conditions weren't good enough to use the kayaks but it still was a great little stop. The lunch was lovely. Paella was cooked perfectly and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We were so happy that the catamaran sailed straight back to Orzola on such wonderfully rough water. It really was the highlight for me. Playing I will survive as we turned from the strait to the open water was brilliant. The staff and crew were very interactive and a credit to the company. I wish the weather would have been a bit sunnier and warmer & a few other passengers not being there would have been good but overall, it was a nice way to spend the day.
Amazing experience - pick up and drop off clear. Great food and great drinks. Staff were amazing and a great experience and a great view of the island
We had an amazing trip and the crew and service on board was really friendly and fantastic. La Graciosa is magical
A great trip! Wasn’t prepared for the choppy crossing, so seasickness pills are an idea if you suffer at all. Exploring the newest independent island, some swimming in the sea and a delicious lunch!
This was a lovely day out. Went as a solo traveller and felt very comfortable. There was plenty of space on board - both in and out of the sun. The stop at the island was pleasant and there are a few little shops and stalls with drinks, ice cream and souvenirs. It's a quaint little place. The food served on the boat was delicious. The portions were huge and plenty of shell fish in the paella. The crew were all lovely and jolly. I would recommend this trip but be mindful of the transfers - it took a fair while from Papagayo.
We were so excited for this trip but have been left disappointed. We were a party of 5 (one mum and 4 teenage girls). Firstly, nothing the company could do about: it was far too cold & overcast for this time of the year. Definitely bring warm jackets & jumpers. Our guide said it’s always like this in the north - great if they would mention that on their website! First stop on La Capriosa was short and sweet. Just perfect to get a feel for the island & coffee by their harbour beach. Back on board it was great to see the sails being hoisted. We only went a short distance along the island and turned back (sadly under motor) to anchor off Playa de Francesca, which wasn’t as spectacular as promised. We expected a trip to an unspoiled beach but weren’t even allowed to swim to the beach. The staff on board were friendly but not very accommodating. If it wasn’t for the great Food & complimentary drinks and the girls having fun snorkelling in the (too cold) water, I would have scored this trip sadly even lower. But it didn’t feel as touristy as these things can do but would suggest: if you’d like to explore the island, take the ferry and hire a bike to enjoy the secluded beaches.
That's was a lot a fun. Nice boattrip along the coast and great place to go for anker. We had more then enough time to enjoy snorkeling, canoe and swim. Friendly staff that made the trip safe, extra attention for the little kids in the water.
The weather was overcast. We had a great boat trip, great staff lots of drinks and a good portion of paella which I could not eat. We were dancing and singing. I can say the 2 ladies from North London got everyone going. Great trip!
Overall was an amazing experience!! We booked this through our hotel and we paid cash on the day. The only thing I would say is that the pickup from Morromar was a bit difficult as there was a lot of coaches there at the same time. However, when our coach did arrive, our tour guide was very clear and we carried on with ease. We enjoyed this experience from start to finish, the food was lovely, the staff were really friendly and we had a brilliant time! We had time to explore the little place of La Graciosa, plenty of time to get off the boat and swim in the sea, use the kayaks and watch the fish. Thank you for such an incredible experience!
This read a great trip with nice food and drinks provided. The staff were friendly and fun. The opportunity for everyone to try kayaking in the sea made it worthwhile. Overall, a really nice, relaxed but fun day that I would definitely recommend.
The bus was 50 minutes that was not great, the small 25 minute boat trip to the island was horrible freezing and stuffed full. When we got to the island and stopped for 30 minutes it was lovely. We then got on the sail boat and it was great fun, drinks were great staff were brilliant and the boat was great. We stopped for 2 hours and relaxed then back to the island and 25 minutes on the small horrible boat but don't let this let you down.
Friendly crew Paella and Spanish Omlette beautiful Lovely day on the boat However, I don’t feel we explored La Graciosa at all. Snorkelling wasn’t great as water, understandably, very deep where the boat can stop. But fun afternoon out and all professionally done.
Disappointed as we did not go to the beach. We were looking forward to it. No fun on the way back music very quiet no interaction at all with the crew.
Had the best time! Came for our baby moon and wasn’t sure what I would be able to safely enjoy but this was great! I even got into a kayak and went for a swim . Brilliant crew and value for money.
Island hopping, sun and sea air, local food and activity experience. I would recommend this day trip for all age groups.
Don't waste your money. This was the worst trip ever. Its not a party boat, it was full of pensioners taking pictures of mountains. There is not much to see. Paella was under cooked. Don't get me started on the drinks, what they call mojito was basically water with lemon and 3day old mint. Water activities is basically kayaking. No jet ski .
We had a fantastic day on the boat with the crew. Pick up on time and fantastic multi lingual guide. We were give a snack and delicious mojito on arrival and given plenty of time to see the sights and swim. Paella was delicious 😋
The trip was well organised. The staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. The food delicious and the drinks plentiful.
This day was unreal - I was picked up from my hotel, taken to the port and onto the boat for what was an unforgettable day. The staff are superb, the catamaran is amazing and for one day you really feel like a millionaire on your own yacht. The trip included a stop at the Graciosa island as well time in the sea to try kayaking and swimming. Food and unlimited drinks are included in the price. I did this on my own and met some lovely people. For the price it was worth every penny. I'd do it again without hesitation. Five stars!
Nice boat. Really good length of day. Extremely good value for money including transfers, food and drinks. Friendly crew. One of the very best paellas I've ever tasted made fresh in front of us. Massively generous portion served. The alternative for those who didn't fancy paella was pasta and tomato sauce. Well balanced trip with chance to get off boat twice to visit nice wee village and lovely beach. They wait until everyone's off the boat at the first stop before giving the introductory spiel, which makes sense. Bar doesn't open until after the first stop, so the beginning of the trip felt a little uncertain like everyone was waiting to know what was going to happen. In contrast by the time we got off at the end most people had a right good glow about them and seemed proper happy and content.
Had a wonderful birthday celebration yesterday with very helpful team on this trip . Would highly recommend it .it was a full day of great service beautiful scenery and good food and drinks
Wonderful day out and really good value for money. Crew were really helpful, made sure we all enjoyed the day. Would not hesitate to go again.
This stinks ! I booked with confirmed pick up from viator. Which have not been at all helpful , I am going to have to pursue a fraud claim as I did not get any service, an the tour operator in Spanish I foretold of the hotel was no longer available for hotel pick up. As I would not know where the meeting point would be, as thier false claim of no show is absolute insult. As speaking prior this event to shed light on as the hotel paid for the taxi to Thier other hotel which completely out of my hands on arrival so informing viator the belief of refund as not able to go to Thier meeting point an the refund after event had occurred said tour operator had refused to return my money. As told no show as ridiculous an lies typical as these are meant to be enjoyable memories not thievery . As not only did they waste my time they could not be bothered to pick up from the hotel which is appalling really spoilt it I will pursue this an gave a very dum view now of staff employed by viator , as they cannot claim as refund was sent due to the original booking unfortunately it was not my responsibility but the hotel at least paid for taxi to there other hotel in Puerto del Carmen as this tour operator could not be bothered to rectify the pick up an the original was from original booking as none of this was intentional
Canceled our excursion with minimum notice. Yes, VIATOR used an old credit card that didn't go through, but when I tried to correct with another card our tour was no longer available
We had such a wonderful time , the rep on our bus and the staff on the boat were superb, and the food and drink was fantastic
Really good day, food and driinks good, the cruise was smooth and great sights crew did a great job,
Great day all round. Wonderful experience on the island . Crew were exceptional and great fun on our way back. 10 out of 10
