Lanzarote Catamaran Sailing To Papagayo With Lunch & Drinks

Fantastic. Best afternoon of the week. Karl and he’s crew were very accommodating, food was great, beautiful weather.

After going to los lobos last year we decided to go to Papagayo this year,we left peurto Calero and from the off we were taken care of by the lovely crew who were lively and attentive,nothing was to much trouble,drinks on tap if you wanted and the food was amazing,kayaking snorkelling and paddle boards were on offer and a slide on the boat,really friendly vibe on the boat as well with everyone on board,if you haven’t tried this before and you can afford it I would highly recommend,we went in the morning and the day before it was raining and the day after the wind was horrendous so you need a bit of luck with the weather,all in all 5 stars for everything.

Today was absolutely 100% perfect. The scenery..boat..fantastic crew who were friendly..attentive and fun. Chef adapted lunch for my intolerance. Fun kayaking..swimming in the sea..slide. everything we hoped for and more. Highly recommend. Apparently morning one suits adults best and afternoon for children. So chilled and relaxing. A very memorable experience. A must if visiting lanzarote.

Generally a good trip with excellent staff on board. It was expensive for the duration of the trip.

This tour was great fun and worth every single penny!! The crew were amazing and friendly, and helped our friend who can't swim but was determined to conquer her fear and use the kayak and slide! Lunch was excellent, so fresh and so so much more than we expected. Drinks were plentiful and varied and kept flowing the entire trip. I came away saying I could have genuinely booked it for every day of my trip and not been disappointed!

Fantastic 4 hour cruise, with kayaking paddle boarding snorkelling and swimming. Open bar, food simple but extremely tasty. Crew were fantastic. Brilliant value for money. Would recommend

This was the highlight of our holiday - the team are all so exceptionally professional but still so friendly, honestly we would go back tomorrow and probably will before we go home.

Every time we go to Lanzarote🇪🇸 we book a trip on the Catlanza as we love it so much!We had another amazing morning on the Catlanza this week🙏🌞.We enjoyed it all from start to finish as always.The staff/crew were lovely.We enjoyed the delicious food...two of us are coeliacs and they always have a gluten free option which is great!We also enjoyed the kayaking 🛶 and swimming to cool down before lunch.We'll be back again the next time we're in Lanzarote again.You can't beat that beautiful balmy sea breeze feeling on the Catlanza.See you again soon.😊⛵️

I had such a lovely trip! Thank you to everyone for being so welcoming! My friend was unwell so i had to go on my own. I met lots of people and the drinks were great, the food was great and they made me some rice as i cannot eat gluten. The crew were excellent! Gorgeous views and so much fun going down the slide! While the boat was very enjoyable there are things about this trip that simply do not meet the 5 star rating it has. First we were met by a guide from the previous trip who was quite arrogant and provided no detail about what to expect or even welcome us. Once onboard we were divided into groups for a briefing where we were told to move multiple times because it was just disorganized and felt like hearing cattle. The boat ride to the snorkeling location was nice and there where drinks and fruit provided which was good. At the stop location we were briefly told we have 2 hours stop then head back. The paddle board and other gear included was a free for all and basically there is no chance of getting an opportunity to share given the group is 40 in size and there is no organization. The food for lunch was basic. It was just pasta and a spoon of sauce from a supermarket with a basic salad and some boiled potatoes. When getting ready to return the crew got angry at people getting in their way and at the end of the trip they helped people who had reserved a coach back but everyone else was just left to their own devices with no questions asked. If you want to charge nearly 200 euro for a family of 3 at least be welcoming, be proactive to ensure everyone is ok and ask if anyone needs help. I have been on m any boats around the globe and this one needs improvement on the hospitality side for sure.

The crew was extraordinary , super helpful and nice . The snorkeling could be better . The food was sound. And the boat was really neat .

We booked the Catamaran boat trip as a family of 15. We had adults, elderly people, teenagers, and young children in our group and every one of us had an amazing experience. The boat was not overly packed, which was great. We had so much space to lounge around while sailing the ocean. However, the thing that made this boat trip different to every other boat trip I've been on, was that it was not just a boat trip that you sit down and stare into the ocean for 4 hours. They had activities on board! This made a normal boat trip into something different. A lot of fun! We kayaked from the boat, we paddle boarded from the boat, and we snorkelled from the boat. Oh yeah, and the boat had a slide too. So of course we slid into the ocean many times. We also had food and drinks on board, which were very nice. So much to do! So much fun! Highly recommend!

This is a brilliant excursion with a great amount of time stationary to swim, slide and jump off the boat ect. The crew are amazing and the food was great. However do be aware you stop off of Plays Mujeres and not papagayo itself.

Absolutely brilliant excursion, well worth the money! Great crew, we felt safe (unlike other excursions we’ve done in other countries). The lunch was lovely, drinks galore and you can have a snorkel, have a go on paddle board or kayak. This had to be the highlight of our week holiday. Thank you to all the crew!

Really loved this experience, I took myself and my 16 year old daughter, whom also enjoyed the experience too! We booked directly with the operator and were picked up on an air conditioned coach, upon areival we started off with a safety briefing and introduction to staff and areas onboard. We set off sail and some fruit was offered, bread and cheese and the drinks were flowing. A gentle yoga exercise was performed for 10 minutes, which you could partake in should you wish. Once we had got to the area to attach the anchor, which is near the beaches. The slide and steps were lowered. The opportunity to jump or slide in from varying points of the catamaran was attractive to all ages! Snorkels (sanitised) paddle boards and kayaks were provided. The bell rang indicating lunch was ready, this consisted of pasta with a home cooked tasty tomato sauce, salad, bread, new potatoes and a very delicious garlic butter (mojo) Followed by watermelon to finish, many went up for seconds and there were many clear plates. Nothing was too much trouble for the crew, the catamaran was spotless and it was a really brilliant experience that I’d recommend to anyone!

Just got back down to earth after an amazing afternoon with catlanza. The whole thing was fantastic. The immediate communication after booking on line was great. It was nice to be able to pay a deposit first rather than the whole amount. Great communication about bus pick up which was 5 mins from our accomadation. Fantastic air conditioned bus. The catermeran was awesome, the crew amazing and the food fantastic. I was slightly dubious about the offer of food but it was amazing. Unlimited drinks too. Mooring just off the golden beaches and being able to jump in and swim with the fish was amazing. All equipment provided for snorkeling etc. The crew were attentive throughout. All in all we were out for about 4 hours with 2 moored. On our trip back into the marina we were lucky enough to see dolphin pods....the crew stopped the bot to let us watch. All in all I cant recommend this trip enough. It has been the highlight of our holiday. Such good value for money too. I did it with my two teenage daughters who haven't stopped talking about it. Thankyou.

One of the best boat trips I have ever booked! From start to finish we had a lovely time. At first I thought there was going to be to bang on boat to relax but not at all! Everyone spreads out. The food was fresh and delicious. My son loved the paddle boards. We all enjoyed swimming with all the colourful fish. Be cautious on nets coming back, you will get wet, but my son loved it! We enjoyed it so much, we went again a few days later! The staff were fabulous, thank you.

Excellent, well run trip. Boat is immaculate, food great and the guys running it are very friendly and informative. Would highly recommend a trip!

What an amazing day we all had. First boat of many I have been on and it is spotless also the first boot that has done a safety talk The day started with fresh fruit and drinks followed by rice and sauce ( I am celiac and this was take care off) beers and wine where available but for us we stuck to the soft drinks and fruit juices We then stopped close to a bay but far enough away for privacy had some fun in the water with snorkelling , canoes , pedal boats were availble Free which made the day so much fun also a slide in board for fun. We headed back water was a little chopping but the crew took care of us - we were very sick. The crew all of the team the boat and the facilities 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if I could give more I would. May be a little more expensive than others but was well worth th extra few pounds

If you are reading this and wondering if you should book.....HIT THAT BUTTON. If I could only recommend two things to do in Lanzarote, then for sure the Catlanza and the National Park. Catlanza was amazing. Every crew member is brilliant, so fun and so polite and helpful. This boat trip(we did family sailing at 14.30hrs), is brilliant. Lovely sailing out where you will see flying fish and if you are lucky, dolphins. 2 hours anchored at beach surrounded by fish and the food/lunch is top class. A truly fabulous experience. An hour sailing back to marina highlighted by breaking waves and splash across the nets and deck. We will 100% be booking Catlanza when we come back to Lanzarote. Thanks so much to all the crew and their beautiful catamaran for this excellent experience. Excellent value for money.

The excursion was fun and well managed. The food was nice, staff very friendly and helpful with safety in mind which I liked. It was a rather busy day but still plenty of space to sit/ lay on the boat. Snorkels provided, kayaks and paddle boards which were easy to use and get a turn on. The only negative was it said transfers were included but I had no option for pick up to take us there/ nowhere to leave my hotel name so we missed out on the pick up.

If your looking for a well organised, family friendly boat trip, then this is it! We were picked up at a nearby hotel and taken to the boat, the crew were really friendly and professional, served fruit on arrival and a lovely lunch and unlimited drinks, they provided snorkeling, kayaks and paddle boards, it was well worth every penny, would highly recommend it

Amazing day out on a lovely catamaran. Drinks were plentiful and food was delicious. Spent a lovely hour swimming with lots of fish and paddle boarding. All the crew were amazing - Alhambra (captain), Roberto (chef), Karl and Adriana. They catered for our gluten free needs and lots of fruit throughout the day. Toilets were fine and accessible via a ladder. Would go again

Great for families of all ages! Staff were lovely and so accommodating and helpful. Top marks to the chef on board food was lovely and well presented. Fantastic experience! Lovely staff and food. We booked the adults only and the drinks were flowing! We really enjoyed our time, the weather was perfect and the trip overall made our visit to Lanzarote a 10/10. Would recommend!

What a wonderful day! This was without a doubt one of the highlights of our holiday in Lanzarote. I came with my two daughters, and we all had an amazing time from beginning to end. The crew were so warm, friendly and welcoming, making everyone feel relaxed and included. You could tell they genuinely enjoyed what they do, and that made the whole experience even more special. The lunch was delicious, there were plenty of drinks, and everything was organised so well. The swimming stop was beautiful, and one of my favourite moments was kayaking with my eldest daughter. We had so much fun together and made memories we’ll always treasure. A lovely surprise was discovering that one of the crew had taken a photo of me while I was quietly admiring the scenery. I didn’t even realise they had taken it, and it’s now one of my favourite photos from our holiday. Thank you to the entire team for giving us such a fantastic day. If you’re visiting Lanzarote and looking for a relaxing, fun and memorable experience, I couldn’t recommend this trip more highly. We left with happy hearts, wonderful memories, and two very happy daughters!

Not the best trip with have taken, food not good and drinks worse.

We went on this trip on 29th May and, although the weather was a little cloudy, it honestly didn’t matter at all the whole experience was fantastic. The boat wasn’t overcrowded like some trips we’ve been on, which made such a difference. People could move around freely, lie down, sit wherever they wanted, and just properly relax. The food and drink were exceptional. As soon as we set off, we were served fresh fruit along with cheese and bread drizzled in a gorgeous dressing. Lunch was delicious too so good that my daughter went back for seconds. The crew were lovely from start to finish, always smiling and happy to help with anything. Nothing was too much trouble. We stopped for a swim and the boat’s slide was a huge hit everyone loved it. It added so much fun to the day. Overall, a brilliant trip from start to finish. Relaxed, well‑organised, great food, and a crew who genuinely care. Would absolutely recommend.

We had an absolutely fantastic trip with Catlanza in Lanzarote. The whole experience from start to finish was brilliant. The crew were friendly, professional, and created such a fun atmosphere throughout the day. Special mention to Andre, who was excellent and really made the trip memorable with his energy and humour. The food and drinks were delicious and plentiful, and the activities kept everyone entertained and involved. The swimming and snorkelling were great fun too. Ana at the kiosk was also incredibly helpful when booking and even arranged convenient pick-ups close to our hotels, which made everything so easy and stress-free. The catamaran itself was beautiful and the views out on the water were stunning. One of the highlights of our holiday and something we would highly recommend to anyone visiting Lanzarote. We booked the adult cruise for my son's birthday, and so glad we did. What a fantastic experience from being picked up to drop off. The crew are amazing and ensured that everyone one on board had a fantastic time ( about 15 people). Food excellent and drinks flowing. While we didn't have the best of weather (very cloudy) this didn't spoil the experience. Can't recommend enough, a must if you visit Lanzarote, in fact my son wants to go back to Lanzarote just to do the catamaran cruise again!

We sail on Catlanza every time we are here and it’s always our favourite day. The crew are excellent, the food is fantastic and it’s always so relaxing. You get lunch and drinks included and you can swim, snorkel and paddle board. We even got married onboard!! Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

The trip was amazing, very relaxed and easy going. The crew was super helpful and friendly. I could communicate with the office for any questions or needs. Good food, plenty to drink, and great views of an amazing island.

We booked a cruise as it's something we usually do on on our travels..the staff were friendly and food and drink was nice. We don't drink alcohol but sadly some people drunk too much. It was spoilt for us by some rather loud girls, wearing next to nothin, gyrating their large bodies around filming themselves. I'm certainly no prude, but didn't need this sort of 'entertainment' on what we thought would be a nice day out. Trying to find a spot away from them stomping all over us, flinging their long hair around and squealing was difficult..sadly I guess the crew don't have control of who will book. Think we just unlucky on this occasion. We would like to try again maybe with more respectful guests.

had an amazing time with my wife on this trip. Staff were friendly, funny and made the experience feel personal. The food was really good, drinks were nice and cold. We had lots of fun during the trip and also using the different equiptment provided (kayaks, snorkelling, slide!) definitely would recommend. Totally worth the price. We even got to see some dolphins and whales on the way back to port (spotted by the captain) so that was a great cherry on top if the trip.

Took a ride out with these guys today on a catamaran from Puerto Calero. This was an afternoon cruise to Papagayo beach area for swimming and lunch. Friendly happy crew met us and we travelled for an hour to Papagayo where we stopped. The boat has a slide and ladders front andback to get to the sea. Masks and snorkels were available as were 2 kayaks and 2 paddleboards. Plenty of time before a lovely fresh lunch of pasta, sauce, cheese, salad and bread with a great garlic sauce. Alcohol and soft drinks available ontap. 2 toilets on board. Then on the way back we were lucky enough to see lots if dolphins and 4 or 5 whales. All in all great value for money and a great trip with great staff. Highly recommend this trip. Thanks

Great day with a fantastic crew. Unlimited drinks and food and snacks were great. Had the good fortune to meet the 13th Duke of Wybourne onboard. A rowdy group onboard made the trip. Will return.

Really friendly staff who made the best of a bad weather situation for us.

From boarding to leaving such a great experience. Collected by minibus and taken directly to marina. Crew were amazing very attentive and helpful especially Carl. Lovely food and endless drinks. Stop off for swimming/snorkelling and they had paddle boards and kayaks available. We had booked on an adults only but were informed that they’d amalgamated 2 sailings and there would be children on board which wasn’t a problem but we were given the option to rebook.
