Wonderful day out from start to finish, from pick up outside hotel to arrival at Órzola then a short ferry (very much fun with the kids waves ) and then arriving at la gracioso island for short wander around to them board the catamaran, The boat anchored mid sea and we enjoyed snorkelling and paddling around the boat and there was mojitos sangria and beer as well as soft drinks all included in the price, freshly cooked paella with plenty of meat and fish was an added bonus again included in the fee. The multilingual guides were all fantastic and they operate the day and guide you to perfection making the whole day fun stress free and very enjoyable. Some of the views are stunning during the ferry journey and catamaran. Well worth the money and was a highlight of the holiday well done to their team

Family of 7, including 2 children, were collected from our hotel in Costa Teguise at 9.40 am. Coach took us to Orzola to board the ferry for 11 am crossing. We then transferred to the catamaran after 40 minutes in the village, and had a wonderful 2 hours or so sailing. Sangria and San Miguel were all free as part of the booking, as was lunch of paella or pasta. The multi-lingual guides were tremendous throughout, serving the drinks, and giving information during the trip. We returned to our hotel at about 5.30 pm. Cannot recommend this company enough. First class all the way.
Convenient schedules, clean, well maintened ferries and professional crew. We stayed on La Graciosa for a few days and have got the round-trip tickets. Plenty of parking spaces near the terminal for your hired car. The ferry on the way back was noticeably bigger, due to the swells that day. One of two companies offering rides to La Graciosa.
Very pleasant and formal all the staff, mutuals in the pick-ups and departures of the activities during the experience, the catamaran facilities very well, as an opportunity to improve the experience, if after the food that there is that space until the starting oven activities should be done which generate integration and is a unique experience
Island is extremely quiet. One restaurant and one bar open and two shops, one of which closed for hour when we there. Unless you want to hire a bike or 4 x 4 safari which cost around £100 not the best trip for Lanzarote. Much better value on other trips
It was great to have a pick up and ferry right there for us and not have to worry about getting the timings right with public buses. Not alot to do on the island apart from walk (which I did) or hire a bike (electric recommended as there's no roads to speak of) I found an isolated beach and sat and enjoyed the views and quiet. It might have been nice if there was abit of information shared about the island on the bus by the tour guides, I felt that was lacking. Ferry ride was fun as we rode the crazy cross currents. Nice trip
Hotel pick up. Smooth journey. Good value. Not much to do on the island so plan an excursion in advance. Roads very very bumpy so cycling difficult. Jeep tour probably the best.
Visited the island of La Graciosa in May. It’s a nice little excursion to take just off the northern coast of Lanzarote. Head north to the ferry port at Orzola. Go by bus or car. If by car there are several car parks handy - but leave a little time as if it’s busy you might be directed a couple of hundred yards to where spaces are free. No charge. Then refresh yourself from a nice little cafe just opposite the terminal while you wait for the ferry. Two ferry services serve La Graciosa. They’re independent and when we went, the services were staggered with each going about hourly. You’re advised to book in advance but we got on by paying at the terminal. You can’t pay for one operator then catch the other’s ferry. Last one back 7.00pm. Little to choose between the services. Just under a half-hour crossing. €27pp return - possible small discount for on-line booking in advance. Careful! If you sit at the front to the side of the deck you can get splashed - the start of crossing can be choppy. Boat docks at Caleta del Sabo where there are nice restaurants and a decent beach. Best to see the island by bike. We hired an electric bike from La Molina - about €35pp for the day - nice bikes, good service! The guide books say there are 4-5 island circuits you can take but on any given day drifting sands block some routes. They’re then “no-go!” and when we went the south-west beaches were off-limits. The main routes are an experience. It’s as if a tank has left wide caterpillar tracks which you rattle across - a right bum-bruising experience. Don’t let this put you off. (If it does, there are plenty of jeep tours). We took the northern route. After about a 7mile ride we got to a glorious quiet and pristine beach - Playa de Los Conchos - with fabulous views. I then scaled Montaña Bermeja just opposite. I’m 75 but managed the 35degree climb. (The wife chickened out!). Bit slippery on loose stones approaching the peak but a great view from the top. Watch the drop! Then back to port. All in all about an 11mile frequently bone-shaking round trip. (We got stuck in sand for a few miles in the island’s north-east quadrant - so be careful if you’ve a ferry to catch). All in all, glad we went and quite exhilarating. Lanzarote’s great and we’re going back again shortly. But now we’ve done La Graciosa and probably won’t be repeating the trip! Check out the photos. Hope they help!
Brilliant day from start to finish. Very well organised. Wasn’t expecting the boat to be quite as rocky but just added to the fun. Definitely recommend this trip well worth the money.
Fantastic trip. Well organised, ran smoothly. Was great to have the independent time on La Graciosa where I could go for iced coffee and walk round to the beach on the south of the island. Truly a paradise. Would recommend this specific trip as one to definitely do whilst in Lanzarote. Seeing the spectacular cliffs of Lanzarote are an added bonus. The coach was well air conditioned, picked up on time and left on time. I had to get picked up at one of four locations in Teguise, but it seemed that other hotels had hotel-specific pick ups which would have been nice to know (as Playa Roca not able to be booked via TripAdvisor / Viator, but would have been favoured over Barcel Activ). I guess this minimises pick ups but favours excursion booking via agencies rather than TripAdvisor / Viator
Fantastic day with your team, who were so friendly & entertaining. Very well organised & professional service from start to finish. Very tasty food & plentiful drink. Well worth what it cost, Thankyou
A great opportunity to visit Graciosa island, which is an unspoilt gem. We did an additional 4x4 tour which took you to playa de las conchas, Caleton de los archos and Pedro Barba in 90 minutes. Even in January the sun is quite strong and there is limited shade so head protection is useful. I thought the whole point of going in an organized tour is having a guide but if we had one I didn’t notice them. Also beware that the meeting point for the coach wasn’t the same as drop off and this wasn’t made clear.
Everything perfect : the whole day, the explanations, the tour, the food, the sun and the French beach !! We would go back for sure.
Booked and paid online, very easy. The following morning we received online ticket/confirmation and instructions when and where the pick was. We were picked up on time, ferry tickets handed to us and then we were given instructions about our return. Had some questions, but they were all answered in WhatsApp where we got the confirmation. Very good journey would recommend. Not much shade so be prepared it does get hot!!
Crew super professional and friendly. Experience unforgettable and many amazing views. Fun Party on the way back to the port!!!!! Highly recommended…
Easy booking and paying process. The lady that met us at the pick up point was welcoming and communicative. We enjoyed the trip and would recommend it to others. The only thing we’d recommend is being clearer about the pick-up point. We didn’t stay in a hotel so had a pick up at the bus terminal in Arrecife. We couldn’t find a drop down for intercambiador. We contacted the tour provider for confirmation of pickup and because there are many buses at the station, how we would recognise the bus we were to get.
We were in Lanzarote on a bike tour and for the "rest day" we booked the La Graciosa day tour through Líneas Romero. The organization was perfect, information provided was very clear (before and during the trip) and the staff was nice. I recommend the tour highly.
In all the years we’ve spent holidaying on Lanzarote until now never got to take the boat over to La Graciosa island and wow we were pleasantly surprised as it’s beautiful, it had a small market , a few cafe bars to get lunch and of course a beer which wasn’t expensive either, well worth the day trip, would go again in a heartbeat.
Very well organized! They bring you to la graciosa and you have 5 hours to decide what to do in complete freedom and without stress!
Amazing views, friendly crew, great food and drinks, worth every penny. Thank you. I would highly recommend.
Amazing trip, we had loads of entertainment with the crew , even though when booked it will be Spanish language only the guide spoke 4 languages, amazing food and plenty of drinks. Would highly recommend.
AMAZING !!!!! Everything was perfect thanks to the entire crew ! The music on board, the activities (kayak...), the lunch.... MANY THANKS for this incredible day!! We recommend absolutely this Company and this day cruise to Graciosa
The bus to the boat and the boat trip were fine seeing aal the surroundings. However nothing was explained in English. All in Spanish which meant we almost missed are get off point as the boat carried on to another stop. We wanted to do a 4x4 round the island tour but after waiting for more than an hour and having to pay €25pp in a crowded jeep, we decided to eventually give that a miss. Also no one spoke a word of English. I don't speak Spanish myself but fluent in Dutch and can get by in German and French.
Very organised, welcoming and friendly staff. Nice sightseeing places, the boat can get packed as maximum passengers is 190, but kind of enough room for everyone. Food portion sizes good (paella with pork chicken and seafood), vegetarian option is poor (pasta with tomato) Overall very nice day out, do recommend.
Worst experience ever. Zero stars if possible. We booked the la graciosa tour with bus transfer on their website but our booking didn’t go through. It took many emails and calls and therefore a lot of effort until we finally got the tour we were charged for! The customer service was very unprofessional and unfriendly. The tour itself was very bad either. If you like super crowed buses and tourist spots this is something for you. The island itself is beautiful but since there is a ferry every few minutes it’s full of tourists even on weekdays. I recommend renting a car and choose the other ferry company if you want to get to the island. This company just advertises so much for itself and can’t even manage to make a reliable payment system and the employees are super rude. Definitely not worth 52€ nor a vacation day!!
The staff were very helpful as I have a disability. The bus was on time, the ferry was a nice smooth sailing. The island is beautiful. Great trip
The experience has been great. I was picked up at my nearby station and taken up all the way to Orzola boarded the ferry and had time to explore Graciosa. Even had time to have a very nice pulpo in a local restaurant. I forgot my sunglasses in the bus and they actually helped me recover them (I am a better traveller otherwise :)
The tour did what it said on the tin. The 'guide' greeted us and gave us our ferry tickets. We eventually arrived at the ferry and the switch from bus to ferry was fine, then the bus returned us to our pick up points, be sure to recognise your pick up point as the 'guide' said nothing and even left the bus before all drop offs were completed. She was completely superfluous. Otherwise fine.
The island visit to La Graciosa is a must do if you are in Lanzarote! It is beautiful and the beach we were taken to on our cruise was pristine. The catamaran boat staff was friendly and the food and drinks were great. Definitely the best way to see this island!
We decided to visit La Graciosa whilst on holiday in Lanzarote , we booked with Lineas Romero through trip advisor on the internet because we had seen that company at the port offices and felt safer booking through them and trip advisor than the many trips offered on the walks through the town. The trip costs 29€ per person which was excellent value, we were picked up by coach from about 10 minutes away from our accommodation and taken to Orzola where we were escorted onto the ferry to La Graciosa. You have a guide who speaks several languages and gives you information along the way, and then you have about four hours to explore the island. Some people had paid for an additional trip around the island on a catamaran but we decided to explore on foot. You can hire bikes at the port if you wish, and there are restaurants and a few shops there but otherwise it is either swimming, sunbathing or walking but it is a lovely island to discover, very clean water and beaches. Make sure you take sun cream and also towels etc if you like swimming but also a jacket as it did get quite windy. Great value for the money , as you get dropped off near to your hotel afterwards also.
This is truly a stunning Island, not to be missed, we will definitely be back.Make sure to have proper shoes as others have stated, the track to the beach is just that, very stony in places. We had plenty of time on the Island to have a coffee and then a lovely swim. As there is no shelter fro the sun make sure to have a hat and plenty of sunscreen. The only fault we found was the lenght of time we spent on the bus picking up other passengers.
Convenient hotel pick up, really lovely boat ride across to the island, the island itself is amazing. Not a huge amount of choice for restaurants but it really doesn't matter because what's there is good and it doesnt feel touristy or tacky. The little streets are so memorable, very authentic and quiet, as it's mostly just residential anyway. Theres a beach which is really quiet, really nice wildlife like lizards and ospreys. Can walk right out into the sea. Would definitely recommend
We took the coach and ferry excursion option to La Graciosa and really enjoyed ourselves, walking the southern beaches and dining at one of the two restaurants. We had 4.5 hours on the island, so never felt rushed.
We visited la graciosa island on our trip to Lanzarote. We chose the ferry trip with coach transfers. It all went very smoothly on an air conditioned coach to the port of Orzola. The tour guide showed us where to board the ferry and the time of the ferry to come back. It was very uncomplicated and the guide spoke about 5 languages. The island is really beautiful. We chose to walk along the coast and had a swim in the sea. There are several restaurants in the port area selling fresh fish 🐟 dishes . We chose to have a sandwich and cake from the bakery which was very reasonably priced. All in all we had a very relaxing day in a beautiful place. Do remember lots of suncream as it’s deceptively hot on the island as there is a good breeze. We will be returning to the island on our next trip to Lanzarote.
The name says it all. We bought our tickets online and received email saying we will be picked up from another hotel which was luckily just 2 min away. On the way back we got dropped off at our hotel. The bus we had the transfer with was clean and the air condition was working of full so nice and fresh. Our tour guide said hello in about 10 languages. Then we were told about the transfer and the return times. The transfer took about 40 min. The ferry was quick but if you suffer like me from sea sickness take sweets or whatever helps you. The time spent on the island is about 4 hours but when you leave you will feel like you could have stayed more.
Trip is good, location is excellent. Support staffs are okay. However, the outgoing trip was with boat not with a Ferry, even though we paid for Ferry. Due to the boat, the outward journey was very bumpy and the kids did not enjoy. Thanks to them to have the inward journey with ferry but the bottom glass was so dirty that you hardly view across.
Decided to book as done some of the main trips coach ferry then boarded the catamaran great experience all around amazing scenery unspoilt quiet food very good onboard plenty of drinks snorkelled and did kayaking when on the island a must !

Worth it worth it worth it!
Amazing island with sandy roads! Peaceful, beautiful and great beaches to explore by walking.
Great service and well organised.

Very enjoyable trip to the island.Had good weather so a calm crossing.Had a tour around the island, excellent tour guide.Lunch was provided, but not any choice.Just Paella.daughter vegetarian they could only offer pasta and tomato sauce.Banana for pudding, also wine or soft drinks, water.Boat staff were lovely and friendly .
Take a trip on the ferry, enjoy the scenery and relax. Probably the best e20 I spent all week on the return trip to La Graciosa which is well worth the trip.
great ferry service on time. people friendly helpful and cheap, staff. great. very reliable comfey and clean

Excellent trip and looked after you from start to finish.

About a thirty minute trip and the day we went it was warm and fairly calm. Graciosa is a lovely place to go we walked into the countryside for about an hour and the found a harbour side restaurant for lunch a pleasant place to take a day trip
It was a seriously wet and windy Wednesday in Lanzarote..an excursion around the island that included a short ferry ride to the island of La Graciosa. I was more than a bit worried that the ferry wouldnt run....it was going to be more than a bit lumpy...like riding the big dipper for about 30 minutes...... Too rough than to really look at the landscape. In mill pond conditions..this would have been a good opportunity to look around more. I am so glad I did visit. Have found at the dock on La Graciosa..the view of a Spanish island that I have seen on artwork many times...and not known where it was....and now I do... Would recommend in decent weather...
We took the ferry to La Graciosa. It cost €15 each and the trip takes about 25 minutes. The sea was quite rough but the boat captain expertly got us to the island. The boats run every hour from Orzola

Great island to visit, wish we had stayed overnight there! Journey time is a little bit long with the transfer pick up at 920am, boat at 11, so you get there at 11.30 but once you have that in mind and just relax and enjoy the scenery, you will have a great day! Lovely beach, little bars/restaurants.

We chose the option (via GetYourGuide) of a ferry with transfer. Very comfortable and good value for money (given that it was 40€ and on our own, we would have had to get to the port and it would have cost us 29€ per person). They picked us up a few minutes' walk from our accommodation in Costa Teguise around 10 a.m., a tad late, to get to the northern port of Órzola to catch the 11 a.m. ferry. We arrived a bit tight on time, but everything went without any problems. The same for the return on the 4 p.m. ferry, always with a guide who spoke several languages and told us where we needed to go. The ferry takes barely 30 min. The downside is that once there, since it was the Fiesta del Carmen (July 14-16), there were barely any bikes or 4x4 taxis to rent and tour the island. Finally, an hour or so later, we managed to get almost the only company working, which picked up at the El Veril restaurant, to take us for 10€ round trip to the paradisiacal and cool Playa Francesa (depending on the beaches it costs 10-30€ per person, with routes through the north for 30€ and through the south for 40€). He picked us up on time despite all the work he had, so we had no problems catching the return ferry. We returned to the meeting point again around 5 p.m. It was finally worth it, but it was chaos. Perhaps that should have been notified when booking, because bikes or 4x4s are the only practical way to get out of Caleta del Sebo, where the ferry drops us off, given the high temperatures and that La Graciosa is not even paved. Keep in mind that you can only eat in Caleta del Sebo (bring food or buy a picnic at the local supermarket) and that on the beaches there is not even any shade or anything to buy something if it were necessary.
Unfortunately, contrary to the announcement, no transport that was initially planned was provided to us (not on Sunday)... The Romero agency expressed regret and invited us to make our own way to the boarding port (thus, car rental) and additional costs... Upon arrival on site, the agency did not recognize the tickets provided by Tripadvisor... We still boarded the ferry. Nice crossing. On the island, it is indeed necessary to walk nicely or rent a means of transport. Very noisy port and, above all, the only place on the island where one can eat... In summary, do this last on Lanzarote guides regarding Tripadvisor, clarify with the Romero agency.
The bus tour was well arranged, also crossing by ferry was nice. However, you have to think carefully about what you want to do there. Because there are not many shops, but cycling, beach, canal tour or something is also possible. You also have to take the heat into account, fortunately we had some clouds 50% of the time and there was the occasional breeze.
Me ha encantado la graciosa, y la ruta en autobús pasando por los viñedos, el guía muy majo y el transporte muy bien
