Highly recommend this company. Location and ease of booking. Kids loved the activities.

First time doing jet skis so not sure what to expect, Checked out the venue the day before and was told just simply turn up as they have groups going every 20 minutes. You can pay when you arrive direct, so don’t bother booking through an agent and paying a booking fee, They have secure lockers where you can leave all your belongings before your session When arrived we were in a group of 5 and taken out to the jet skis on a RIB, Rules and where the actual course was is shown on your way to the jet skis, Once there it is a simple this button turns it on, this lever makes it go fast, keep 100mts away from person in front and remember to go anti clockwise 🤷‍♂️ As soon as you are on the jetski you completely forget which way is anticlockwise, best rule is follow the person in front of you. Whilst on the skis, the guides will take multiple pics of you in various stages of distress, from “ oh my god I don’t what I am doing” To “ Yeah baby faster, faster” These can be purchased in the sales hut for 20 Euro all loaded up onto your phone. A great experience and adrenaline rush, definitely worth the €60

The venue was easy to find at Playa Chica. We were greeted by friendly staff. Personal belongings can be left with staff whilst you are out in the sea. You are taken out to the Jet Skis in a speed boat where staff explain all the dos and don’t. Great time racing around the triangle of markers. 20 mins seemed like just the right amount of time.

Jet Ski, one per individual, 20 mins going as fast or slow as you like, was long enough, excellent activity, fun, well organised and safe.

Absolutely brilliant experience. Professional, friendly and safe set up. My husband and I did jet skiing, paracending and banana boat. We had a great time. Book directly with the company not through ticket venders for better price. They took photos which they down loaded on our phone.

Easy to book online, and a fair price compared to similar places we've visited in the past. The process for getting us all out to sea and boarded on the jetskis was very easy and efficient. We chose the 20 mins option which was just comfortable enough for us. You basically go round in a large circle, out to sea and back - going out against the waves was bumpy going, but heading back you could go full throttle! All skis need to stay 100m apart, and your engine will cut out for safety if that distance is breached. All in all, a fun time. If you wear a hat, make sure it's tied on tight!

Definitely recommend doing so! Friendly staff. Pics cost €20 for around 20+ (if getting photos transferred to your phone)

Brilliant Jet ski experience! Loved that we were left to go round the ‘track’ as we pleased. Very efficient process in booking online then at the kiosk getting life jackets and locker, then boat out to the water - all so quick and on time. No waiting about in the hot sun. The photos were brilliant! Great price at €20 for our pics directly to my iPhone. Again, so efficient and everyone involved super friendly. Only point to improve, I would say, is that the accelerating on the jet skis is a little tricky (have to build up the momentum slowly) and could be explained more at the start. My husband and son-in-law had a fantastic time this morning on the jet ski’s. What a brilliant experience. The staff down at Playa Chica are all great. Certainly recommend this place to anyone looking at trying them out 🙂

I would like to have given these guys a higher rating because it does look like a decent business but I paid a lot of money and don't consider I got value for it. They said they never had any other complaints about the same issue I describe below but if you read reviews on Google you will see that they do. Ultimately they did offer to give us some more time but we declined as had other things to move on to. We took out jet skis on 2/11/23 and paid over 200 euro for 40 mins. They don't tell you in advance that they have a GPS speed control system on the skis that is flawed and doesn't work properly. You spend half the time on the course drifting about with the engine idling. This is supposed to prevent the jet skis running at high speed within 50 mtrs of each other but reality is the GPS doesn't refresh its positioning anywhere near quickly enough and you can be 100 metres or more away from other people and still your throttle doesn't work and you are left drifting about in the ocean bobbing about like a cork. You are taken to a rectangular course marked out by 4 yellow buoys. Each leg of the course is well over 100mtrs long. For the first part of our session there was only two of us out on the course often on different legs of the course but for large amounts of time the throttle response on the jets was zero!!!They will say they don't care about your complaint because its a safety issue. I get that and am all for professional management of safety but please be consistent then!! If you aim to be hot on safety please give a proper briefing at the start instead of rushing everyone out to the course. I wasn't even briefed on the controls and had to ask them to be clear!!!! They should make sure people know what to do in all circumstances such as falling off or a breakdown. For a large amount on time I was on their Jet Ski I thought it had broken down or had a fuel problem as it just didn't respond. Make sure people understand about the GPS system and how it works. The 50 mtr thing is clearly flawed as well. I had another user passing by me within 50 Mtrs at full speed several times. Your are a long way of shore and you will only see the operators when they come back at the end of the session when they will shout at you for not coming in quickly enough despite the throttle on your jet now working!!. We were left feeling taken advantage of. At the end I complained and did not feel they where taking me seriously at all. Would I use again? Probably not and if their response to my review is similar to how they have responded to other reviews I have read it will probably miss the point completely. In stead of finding fault with my review they should spend the time making the GPS system work properly. Its a good idea in principle but flawed in practice.

I was delighted to find I could do this experience solo. My first time doing it alone so I was a bit nervous but the guys were great and made me feel at ease. I felt very safe and i thoroughly enjoyed the experience I will book it again next time I'm back there

Spent a lot of money on a jet ski that constantly slows down due to gps, even when you try get away from them they’d till slow down, pretty crap experience. Staff at the marina ought to try be more pleasant, even fake it. Other reviews they blame the sun all day, load of crap they just want your money with no interaction. I won’t be back as the experience definitely wasn’t worth the money I spent.

Teenage boys had so much fun doing jet skis. Easy to arrange and in safe environment. €55 per person for 20 minutes not cheap but overall worth it

Me friend and I went jetsking here as an impulse decision on our holiday. When we arrived we had to buy t-shirts for €4 as we had arrived in biki tops. The top was great quality and was just a plain t-shirt so I would wear it again anyway The Jetskiing itself was brilliant fun and we were fortunate enough to be the only two people out at that time. For safety reasons the jet skis lose power if you are too close to eachother but fortunately we didn't have the problem. While we were out there they took plenty of photos and we had the option to by all of the photos at the end for €20. When we bought them they were electronically transfered onto our phones.

Great fun. We bought the double package. It was very well organised, staff were very friendly and safety was paramount throughout

Staff ruined the entire thing. We arrived 15 minutes early for our time slot and it was chaos. Mostly people trying to book rather than show up for a booking. We were ignored for most the time. When it came to life jackets my partner got an L, he looked me up and down and gave me an XXL. I tried it on and it was massive. I said to him it was too big and he looked at me like pfft. So I put it on and showed him. He gave it to another guy and left me again. He told the jet skiers to come over and I said I still don't have a life jacket. He went and got me another XXL.... I had to swap with my boyfriend. Extremely triggering for people with eating disorders. Absolutely horrible. If I hadn't paid I would of been asking to not go and not pay. The L was still too big by the way. The jet ski experience was fine. You can't see half the time and it wad very choppy. Horrible staff. Wouldn't go back or recommend.

Very good experience, and great treatment of the workers, was my first time and they were very attentive to me for my fear of falling, Latins I assure you that nothing would happen and so it was, Great Pro and excellent person as I assisted in the crazzy ufo with him and the same, very attentive every time asking if we were okay. We were able to rent 3 jet skis at the same time. So nice. Staff was friendly and everything was well explained. Men had to wear a T-shirt under their life jacket. For women, a bikini was sufficient. All in all it was great!!

I loved riding a jet ski in Varadero, it is a wonderful experience that I will soon experience again.

Having been a jet ski owner in the past, having done errands, hikes, I know from where I speak. Turning around 4 buoys is a good experience to learn, still it is necessary that the jets are not equipped with trackers (the jets slow down as soon as you get closer to another or get caught! Trackers work wonderfully for this!!! Personally I had the chance to launch with Only my son 17 years who starts to master the jet, on the circuit for about 30 minutes.Arrival 4 jets and the cut on cut ....in short null!!! So if you’re lucky it’s not bad and if you don’t, it’s null and void.......

Very very happy with this Enterprise. With the treatment of the staff, very friendly and close, with the Service itself (motorcycles and circuit) and with the detail of giving us some photos. They behaved very well at a brother's birthday celebration. I recommend it 100%.
