Caldera de Bandama - from a nice viewpoint you will have great views over the island's largest volcanic crater.
Santa Brígida - a small city with a pretty historical center. Due to the water sources the place is surrounded by green areas full of lush vegetation and palm trees. You will walk its lovely streets and have a chance to grab a quick coffee in a typical old coffee shop.
Pico de las Nieves - from the highest peak of the island you will have amazing views over the mountanous countryside. Your photos will be dominated especially by two mysterious rocks in the heart of the island - Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga and if you are lucky, maybe Tenerife island will be visible far on the horizon. The weather on Gran Canaria is mostly great, but in the unlikely case of bad weather for this stop the day of your tour there might be no views from Pico de las Nieves. If that happens we would try to stop for you in other viewpoints on our drive down to the south of the island, where the weather is usually sunnier.
San Bartolomé de Tirajana - in this lovely mountain village you will visit and interesting museum created in an old house of a well positioned family. Here you will find out more about the life in the villages in the old times.The museum opens for free.
Fataga - a charming village surrounded by hundreds of palms seems like a small oasis in a canyon-like countryside. Here you will have approximately 1 hour free time that you can enjoy for having a lunch in a traditional taverna. The meals are delicious and start on 7.50 euros/person/main dish.
Sand Dunes of Maspalomas - get yourself lost in the waste sand dunes. You will have 45 minutes to spend here, so don´t forget your swimwear in case you wish to have a quick jump to the ocean. You will be dropped off and picked-up by the pretty pond of Charco de Maspalomas situated on the edge of the dunes.

We really enjoyed this tour and it gave us a great overview of the island from north to south. It was well organised and Pavel was an excellent, informative, knowledgeable and interesting guide. I particularly appreciated being able to discuss any difficulties my husband might encounter, due to some mobility problems, before booking the tour.

A really good trip. Pavel is a star. Funny and knowledgeable. You can tell he really enjoys presenting his tours. You get to see a lot of Gran Canaria without the hassle of hiring a car and driving on some very narrow roads. I'd recommend having the optional lunch in Fataga. Very good excursion - beautiful mountain landscapes finished at the Maspalomas beach and dunes. Excellent guide, Pavlo, shared a wealth of informations and background of the visited sites. Good and not too expensive lunch at a restaurant in a scenic town. Recommend this tour to see the beautiful interior of Gran Canaria.
The weather was very poor for our trip but our guide did his best to make sure we should have some good views from the mountains. We learned a lot about the history of the island stopping at interesting places, and had a pleasant lunch. I would recommend this excursion

A worthwhile day trip: good commentary by our guide. There were wonderful viewpoints and sights with enough time to enjoy, walk around and photograph yet still able to see so much. Such steep roads that I was glad not to have to drive them. Our driver did a great job.
Pavel provides a well managed, informative and attentive tour. His spoken English is excellent and he goes the extra mile to make sure everyone is happy and all questions answered. Would highly recommend this tour earlier on in your visit to Gran Canaria as provides a useful overview of the island and, in our case, a helpful guide to the some of the best hiking areas.

Good value for money tour. Quite comfortable minicoach and generally calm driver. The star of the trip is the guide, Pavel. He presents a well researched, well paced and humorous talk covering the history and culture of the island. There is some spectacular scenery that would be difficult to access without a hire car. For the optional lunch, menus are distributed on the bus, make your choice, Pavel sends the order and it's ready on arrival at the restaurant. Actually, the food was pretty good and not expensive at all. Pavel then made payment at the bar easy and accurate. Any negatives? Its personal choice but i thought Maspalmas at the end was not a nice resort at all. Also, it would be nice if travellers with really heavy colds either wore a face mask on the bus or maybe cancelled out of courtesy to others.
I’m 62, travel solo quite often and had never in all my life booked a guided tour before What can I say - as an intro Pavel has certainly set the bar high! Had an absolutely brilliant day, full of information and history and amusing anecdotes, all delivered beautifully. I even took notes! Saw loads and even though I felt ridiculous taking so much stuff with me (because I didn’t know what I’d need), I used pretty much all of it - a thick hoodie for up in the mountains, a fine knit for further down, an umbrella for the short time it rained, and flip flops and a sundress for the south of the island and the sand dunes. Saw and learnt so much. I highly recommend this tour with Pavel (hurry hurry hurry, it’s only once a week, on Wednesdays if you want Pavel as your guide!) Great day, great value, great memories made. I now understand why this excursion has such great reviews. Pawel is an excellent guide. He is friendly, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour. I was greeted with a big smile (that never left his face) on meeting him. The places we visited were breathtaking and the whole tour was very well organised. Absolutely amazing experience. I couldn't fault it at all. Pavel is an exceptional guide, making friends with everyone in the group regardless of country or background. He had great stories/jokes to tell during transit, plus a few bonuses (no spoilers). The sights were breathtaking and he really knew the best spots for all those photo ops. Even jumping into the fray and helping the restaurant serve us food! I would definitely recommend this trip to any and everyone, as we had an exceptional trip. Might have to make it an annual thing. All in all 10/10 for the experience, 15/10 for the guide.

Went on the Full Day Across the Island tour. It's a guided day bus trip with Angor as the driver and Pavel as our guide. Both were friendly and welcoming. Pavels funny and great fun and his commentary throughout the trip was interesting, engaging and informative – he really brought each place to life and added lovely personal touches, including facts related to where some guests were from. The day was very well organised, especially around lunch – Pavel handed out menus and took our orders ahead of time so everything ran smoothly. The stops and villages we visited were fantastic, with just the right amount of free time to explore. The viewpoints we stopped at were absolutely stunning – some truly out-of-this-world scenery. A brilliant day out all round.
This is really good but only on days where you do not have low clouds/too much cloud cover. Our Guide had an interesting point of view and humour but this didn’t affect the trip too much.

We had a lovely full day trip. Expectation was to see beautiful scenery and experience different sides of the island. This was fully met. The tour guide was excellent, and we heard interesting historical and modern day facts of Gran Canaria and its people. One of the stops was to have lunch, and local food was a nice experience as well. Last stop of the trip was at sand dunes - what a beautiful place.
Me and my partner did this tour a couple of weeks ago and had a great time. Pavel was a great guide, so knowledgeable enthusiastic. I can highly recommend this tour. We had an excellent lunch at the half way point at the restaurant (Labrador) and my partner who is an enthusiastic wildlife photographer enjoyed the final stop at the Maspalomas nature reserve so much, that we went back by bus a couple of days later! Fantastic day visiting so many different parts of the island! Plus I learned things that I wouldn’t have known had I not had an amazing tour guide! Pavel was so knowledgeable & kind - answered all questions& gave recommendations on other things to do as well! The price was amazing considering all the places we visited - plus we had time to explore each destination. Honestly, you can’t beat this trip - just be sure to bring something if you get car sickness - lots of twisty roads!

This was the the only tour we took on the island. The rest of the stay we traveled on local buses which were excellent. This tour however was worth it. We saw a lot of areas in one day and our host Paul was fantastic. Great personality and full of funny stories and interesting information. I highly recommend.

Everything was well organised, including a fabulous lunch in Fataga, and communication in advance with Pavel was excellent. A very interesting and different day out with Pavel (from Czechia) our guide and Barbara the excellent driver. She coped with those narrow winding roads and parking that coach in the smallest of spaces. We saw lots of pretty white housed villages and stunning landscapes. I learnt about the indigenous people and subsequent ancestors x their economy has changed from sugar cane x cochineal and wine to tourism on a grand scale x lovely lunch of Canarian stew x
Best day of the holiday! The guide told us the history of Gran Canaria, Las palmas and all the tiny mountain villages with great jokes. We had lunch together at a pretty restaurant.
Such an interesting tour, covered so much of the Island. Our guide was very special. His knowledge of and passion for what he was doing was a huge part of the enjoyable day. He also supplied local cookies and alcohol for the whole group to try. The roads are very winding and at times I was nervous as we felt so close to the edge. The professionalism and skill of our driver Barbara was inspiring. Our guide Pavel was so well organised. He had menus for us all to select our lunch, called the order in ahead and everything was ready as we arrived for lunch. It was all delicious and a good price. We visited places we would never have had the opportunity to on our own. Thoroughly recommend this tour.
Pavel hosted a fabulous trip around the island It’s a big day on the bus and we covered so many different viewpoints of the island Pavel imparted his incredible knowledge The restaurant recommended for lunch had delicious food at good value Barbara the driver was amazing in navigating very very small windy roads My only suggestion if you suffer a little travel sickness this may not be the tour for you

Pavel is the the best! He response email promptly. Answered all my questions prior the tour. Send me photo of the pickup location. He has full knowledge of the Gran Canarias and other islands in Canarias area. Both history and environmental. Very knowledgeable. I learned a lot during the day. During the tour he helped tour bus driver in parking places. In lunch time he helped the restaurant. He has a kind heart. Very impressive day tour in his tour team.
Was so lovely, the tour guide was marvelous and so friendly. He made us feel so comfortable and took a real interest in us, in order to make the experience more personal.He told us so many interesting facts about the entire island. It was a great choise to go on to this tour on my very first day on Gran Canaria. I got a very good overall understanding and overview what the island has to offer and could later plan my trip accordingly. Also, it is a great choise to tansfer to southern part of the island from Las Palmas! As the sightseeing part of the tour ends in Maspalomas. The guide was very engaging and humorous. A must have tour for first time visitors!
