Fuerteventura: Small-group Magic Deluxe Catamaran Cruise

Absolutely amazing, this was the highlight of our holiday, very well organised from the start with collection/drop off from/too our hotel, the crew on our catamaran were exceptional, friendly and very accommodating, my wife loved how close we were to dolphins during the trip (within touching distance), drinks available throughout and lunch served by the crew, we had an option to swim after lunch then cruised for about 1/2 hour before returning, overall 4 hrs that's well worth the money! If your captain is Pedro you will be in great hands (what a guy)

What an amazing afternoon out. The catamaran was spotless. Albert was extremely friendly, very knowledgable about history, marine life and his English was first class! The captain (Luis) knew his stuff! He found the dolphins for us and what a magnificent display they gave us! Food on board was delicious. We would highly recommend, value for money. We had a wonderful afternoon on a catamaran with George and johan. We were well catered for, plenty of flowing drinks and lunch was tasty. George looked after us so well and was the perfect host. We really enjoyed it and will definitely be back next time!

just now New Did a delux catamaran tour with Jorge and Franco- both absolutely amazing staff, super attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Did not see dolphins but still had a fantastic time seeing the island from the sea, chatting to the staff and drinking and eating. My grandmothers first time on a boat and they made her feel very safe. Treated her like their own. 10/10 lovely staff, deserve a pay rice! Thank you.

We booked the Magic Deluxe Catamaran Cruise in a small group and had an absolutely amazing time! Albert and Diego were both super friendly and made us feel welcome from the start. The food was really good, there were plenty of drinks, and we were lucky enough to see dolphins! We also learned a lot about dolphins and whales during the tour, which made the experience even better. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this tour. One of the highlights of our holiday in Fuerteventura!

We went on the Magic Deluxe Catamaran with Javier and Franco today (13/08/26). I do not always write reviews but I felt this needed one! The entire experience was AMAZING! 10/10, would 100% recommend! We chose the Magic Deluxe as we wanted to be in a smaller group with only 12 passengers on board! We had ice cold drinks, including soft drinks, beers and wine and not forgetting the shots! During the trip, our expert sailors explained all about the animals we may see and how to respect their habitat! We were fortunate enough to see so many Dolphins - we lost count of how many! The dolphins seemed to enjoy the company of the catamaran and swam alongside us, giving us a beautiful display! We stopped off close to Morro Jable for a swim and lunch and we cannot fault either of these! There were options to wear life jackets and if you were more nervous, you could use the floating ring which was attached to the boat! Javier and Franco, for us, made the trip what it was! We are fortunate enough to have been on similar trips in, Portugal, Gran Canaria and more recently Mexico and to be honest, we were unsure how this would compete with the Mexican Carribean Coast BUT it was by far the best experience out of them all! Our children all commented on how it was their favourite board ride. Javier brought so much enjoyment to the sailing experience ensuring that the waves crashed alongside us, getting us all wet! He gave an option of where we could sit to avoid this but all the families on board had children and they LOVED this part! It was thrilling! For our youngest daughter, she was able to have a go at sailing the catamaran alongside Javier and was given a certificate to celebrate at the end! It is things like this that make these trips life long memories! If we ever come back to the island we will 100% be doing this trip again! Thank you Javi and Franco!

We felt safe during the whole trip and we really enjoyed the view and the boat cruise 🌊🇪🇸 We even could see a little bit of a whale - that was breathtaking. 100000/10! would book it again. I booked the deluxe because it was less people. Franco and Pedro were the crew and they were amazing. We saw a whale, some pilot whales and lots of dolphins on the trip and Franco explain each one for us. The food was very good and the wine flowed freely all day. Thank you Franco and Pedro for a wonderful trip.

Absolutely superb experience. Pick-up was on time. Diego and Philipp (captain and crew) were friendly, informative, approachable, really lovely people. They fully explained the rules of the boat and what the plan of the trip was. The food and drinks were superb. We saw a couple of Beaked Whales, a Fin Whale, Flying Fish and even a Hammerhead Shark. When we stopped for lunch and a swim, Diego threw some fish food into the sea, to show us the beauty of the area. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip and Diego and Philipp were a credit to their company.

Sailed with Luca and Javier and we all had the best time. Saw 2 different pods of dolphins. Luca and Javier were amazing crew, so glad we had them.

This was a fabulous excursion (on a rather blustery day), so much fun. It was a small group which meant we all got chatting throughout the day and there was enough space for everyone to spread out on the catamaran. We stopped to watch dolphins, flying fish and a turtle. The staff (Pedro & Ailin) were fantastic. Food and drink was awesome, too. Highly recommended!

Our Magic Deluxe Catamaran experience was very exciting. It was my first time aboard a ship. I was little anxious if I won't experience sea sickness but the crew informed us about dos and donts which helped me a lot. The catamaran was luxurious ship with many cool places to sit or relax and enjoy the ride. Our crew consisting of Javier and Albert was very cool, I spent a lot of time just talking with them, both guys are very friendly, helpful and careful, you can tell right away they love what they do and they're very good at it. It doesn't matter if you speak Spanish, French, English or German, they'll understand and satisfy your curiosity. It was very windy and we experienced some big waves on the open sea, that was very cool to watch from the web on the ships bow. We were lucky and saw many dolphins in their natural environment during their feeding time. The trip was comfortable, long enough to enjoy the sceneries and new feelings. Ship is intended for small groups only so it wasn't overfilled and we had many opportunities to choose where to rest and enjoy. There was no shortage of tasty drinks and the meal was good. I highly recommend this experience and our crew. Thank you guys, it was beautiful.

Great trip, very relaxing! We went on a very hot day so it was lovely to be in the sea and be able to have a swim. I would like to personally thank Diego and Franco who were wonderful, very kind and informative!

The tour was really great. Pedro and Franco were super friendly and accommodating, and seemed to genuinely care about the marine life. We went on the 10am tour and it was overcast to begin with which, when combined with the wind rolling off the island, made it quite a chilly affair for the first couple hours. Of course we don't blame them for the weather, but when the info pack recommends you take a jacket, I strongly advise you do so (thanks to my partner for convincing me). It was much warmer when the sun did eventually come out for us but the Fuerteventura wind is even more real out at sea. We did see dolphins on our tour after an hour or so of searching, and the only downside I would say is that we seemed to be the only boat without the necessary permission to get within 100 meters of them. We watched from a distance whilst other boats went right up to them. That's not necessarily great for the dolphins, but it felt a little strange to be the only one of 10 or so boats held back whilst the other 9 got up close and personal with the dolphins. We've done a few small-group catamaran experiences around the world, and my partner pointed out that usually at this price point, the crew are slightly more attentive when it comes to beverages. In our previous experiences, we have had drinks brought to us on tap - even when sunbathing at the front - and our glasses rarely run dry. It was a little more DIY on this experience, but drinks were provided, so that's not a major thing to mark them down on. Regardless, we would highly recommend to everyone.

My trip didn’t happen as you took my money and then I got a message saying the trip was over booked it was your error and I go to day’s later but we go home on that day and I can’t get my money back can you help me with that

Pedro and Katie made our experience fun and unforgettable. It was a fabulous day out that I would highly recommend. Multilingual crew members made everyone feel welcome and they awarded special certificates for the children. Half way though we stopped for the opportunity for a swim in the shallower water, followed by a delicious meal prepared by a Michelin starred restaurant that consisted of a starter of couscous and tzatziki topping and a main meal of steak and new potatoes with a mushroom sauce, finished with a shot of rum. The day was made complete by spotting several pods of dolphins swimming by. As a bonus transport was provided that picked up and dropped off on our hotel doorstep.

We had a fantastic sailing trip with Javier and Alessandro. They both took excellent care of us. We saw pilot whales. That was truly something very special.

Had an amazing afternoon yesterday aboard the magic deluxe catamaran with great hosts Javi and Rut, nothing was too much trouble, plenty drinks laughing and food, had a lovely swim in the sea and we also saw dolphins which swam right up to the boat, absolutely fantastic day. The highlight was seeing several pods of dolphins swimming alongside the boat, which was truly unforgettable. Our daughters (aged 9 and 12) were thrilled when the captain let them try piloting the catamaran, and he even gave them certificates afterwards — such a thoughtful touch that made them feel so special. The lunch was lovely, the drinks kept flowing throughout the trip, and the captain expertly took us into a calm cove away from the rougher sea so we could enjoy a swim off the back of the boat in beautiful surroundings. The whole crew were fantastic and made this a really memorable four-hour experience for our family. We would highly recommend this trip to anyone visiting Fuerteventura!

The crew (Adan & Ailin) made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole experience .Everything was great, and the atmosphere on board was really warm and pleasant. They were genuinely kind and kept checking on us the entire time, asking if we needed anything or if something was missing. I even got seasick, and one of them immediately took care of me and showed me what to do so I would feel better. The overall atmosphere was lovely, and the food was good as well. I can honestly highly recommend them , both of them were absolutely amazing.

A lovely trip with friends. Great Catamaran with friendly staff on board. Unfortenately the food was't great, but there was plenty to drink. I would do this excursion again anytime.

Amazing experience with Alex and Pedro .Alex was an amazing host /cook /photographer/friend haha ,he made everyone feel special and very welcome he even wrote a list of things for me and my mum to do around the island and he let me be the dJ for the day and Pedro was the best captain couldn’t fault him it was really good best experience I have ever had highly recommend

The accommodation was appalling. Damp, plaster falling off the walls. Dirty sofa. Bedspread dirty. Contacted reception, tried to assist us but no availability to swop. Contacted Love Holidays who handled the situation amazingly.

Worth paying that bit extra for a smaller group, especially for my daughter who has social anxiety. It was my birthday and the crew made me feel special and really wanted us all to get the full experience! We saw Dolphins, Whales and had a lovely meal. Thank you Katy and crew!

We went on the catamaran with host Philipp and captain Pedro and although we weren't lucky to see dolphins or other sea creatures, probably because of the weather, this crew made sure we had a beautiful day, did everything that was promised and they sailed us safety through. The passengers came from all different countries and still we all had mutual enthusiasm. It was awesome. For my friend and I it was our 5th luxe catamaran trip with Magic & Sailing and we definitly will go again next year!

Absolutely Fantastic. This excursion was incredible from start to finish. The Captain and Crew were warm, welcoming and made a maximum effort to ensure we were cared for. (shout out to Karolina). Ambiance was incredible, the lunch was delicious and the overall vibe was calm and relaxed. Highly recommended.

We had a great tour and we enjoyed the food and variety of available drinks, perfectly cooled on ice. Alex was a perfect host and made the whole experience really enjoyable.

A fantastic 4 hours on board with our brilliant hosts Jose and Dani. They were very attentive, friendly and good fun to be around. Delicious lunch, beers and wine throughout the trip, we would highly recommend this trip.

Was a wonderful experience from the start to finish, the pick up on coach went with no hick ups. We arrived at the port and was greeted by the company staff and was directed to our boat. We was greeted by Karolina with a glass of bubbly, she went through all the safety things and explained about the trip. She introduced us all the the captains Erol and Ramon, all 3 of them could not do enough for you. We went out you see dolphins then went to a bay where we stopped to have a swim and lunch. My wife is a fussy eater but the food was perfect and done very well she loved everything. You was left to enjoy the trip sitting at different spots on the boat with dolphins alongside you. Karolina was always at hand to help you asking if you wanted any more drinks and having a laugh with everyone. I would say that this has been the best of all our boat trips anywhere and the crew made the trip. Well worth paying the little extra for the deluxe trip, have a small party crew will have the time to treat you like royalty

Me and my friend went on the 10 o’clock trip yesterday. We loved it. It was genuinely perfect :) it was warm, the boat was lovely, the drinks were as much as wanted and the food was great. Unfortunately I am coeliac and the travel agency I booked with didn’t allow me to detail this (not a fault of this company just the third party). But karolina and Eloy made sure I had something to eat even though it wasn’t their fault. Very grateful. Genuinely a wonderful experience and both Karolina and Eloy were SUPER hosts and just were funny, lovely, and just so so welcoming. Really appreciate it

A huge thank you to Cris and José, with whom we shared a truly enchanting time on their catamaran. Dolphins weren't guaranteed, but you went above and beyond to spot them, and it was absolutely magical. Finally, despite the cloudy skies, we were able to enjoy a stunning, blazing sunset. Magic sailing with Cris and José So this was a trip that we were made aware of on our way to our hotel in fuerteventura, as it was our honeymoon we couldn't pass up the chance to sail, see dolphins and whales and swim off a catamaran in the clear blues waters off the Canary Islands and bask in the sun, hospitality and fun offered to us by Cris and José. We had a wonderful time, and it is sure to be a truly vibrant memory for the rest of our lives. The food and drink were excellent, the talks given by Cris joyous and informative, and the quiz by José afterwards a liquid filled laugh. (The prerogative of a captain one assumes!) We cannot recommend this pairing and this trip enough. Do it, you won't be disappointed. Dive in.

This was an excellent experience from start to finish. We were welcomed on board the catamaran by Cris and captain Jose. Both were informative throughout the trip, I never knew Fuerteventura used to be split in two parts, thank you Cris! Drinks flowed all through the trip and lunch was delicious. We stopped for a swim prior to lunch and during our trip we were so lucky to see bottle nosed dolphins and pilot whales. We booked this trip for a group of 7 of us, 5 adults and 2 teens, for a birthday celebration. It was well organised collecting us from the hotel and the Catamaran was perfect. We were lucky enough to see a huge pod of Dolphins before stopping for a swim and lunch in crystal clear waters.

We enjoyed this trip on the Magic Life catamaran. Only 12 guests and lots of rooms to sunbathe and move around the boat. A welcome drink with a safety briefing before setting sail. The hosts, Cris and José, were very good at ensuring everyone was comfortable and drinks were topped up. The food was excellent and well prepared. The swim in the blue sea was amazing, and opportunities to dive off the boat or use the steps. A fantastic experience and one we will certainly do again when we return. Thank you.

We both love a boat trip and chose this luxury catamaran cruise via the Tui rep for 99 euros each. Transfers were included and we had a lovely welcome to the boat with a glass of prosecco/wine, to then be transferred to another cat before sailing. A small group of couples was ideal. We saw some dolphins and then sailed for a while in quite rough conditions before dropping anchor for a swim, IMO too far from the beach and not enjoyable, nobody stayed in the water for more than 10 mins. The food was nice but no desert. We were told it was self service but difficult to walk around the cat as so rough, it would have been nice for some service rather than struggling whilst the crew sat.
