Fuerteventura North With Tapas

Brilliant tour and a brilliant tour guide! had an amazing time credit to Luke he was very flexible and was a good laugh throughout. Would definitely recommend, we saw some of the most beautiful places and the tapas was lovely! (sorry for the late review Luke!)

One of the best trips we’ve ever done. If you don’t do any other trips do this one. ‘Lucky’ Luke will pick you up from your hotel and drop you off back there. His itinerary is done with the customer in mind and can be ‘tweaked’ depending on what you have in mind or where you have already been. Good communication at all parts of the booking process. Very thorough tour seeing parts of North Fuerteventura that we would have totally missed and which gave a totally different outlook and perception of the island than if we’d have just stayed in Corralejo. We learnt about the history of the island, the formation of it, the way of life, crops, wildlife, visited natural wonders, like the sand dunes and volcanic craters, and learnt so much more about these as well as passing through various little towns and learning more about their history too. Luke was extremely enthusiastic and a joy to listen to and be in the company of. Towards the end of the tour we visited a stunning town called El Cotillo on the west coast and shared Tapas which was authentic and delicious. So good in fact that we visited again the following day and spent time on the stunning beach before having Tapas again at the same restaurant. Visiting El Cotillo was a highlight of our 1st time in Fuerteventura and somewhere we wouldn’t have known about had it not been for our fabulous tour with ‘Lucky’ Luke. He also does jeep and motorbike tours as well and I believe he will arrange tours to other parts of the island, which is exactly what we plan to book when we return. I cannot recommend this tour highly enough.

Lucky Luke was really nice guide for this North Fuerteventura tour. He is such an energetic, enthusiastic guy that he left us with positive vibes and positive emotions after this tour. We travelled from the middle island until the north island passing through the Parque Natural Reserve of the big Dunes, reaching the lovely city of Corralejo, with his amazing Popcorn beach, the Piscinas naturales de Playa de Los Charcos with his Faro de Tostón until the fantastic town of El Cotillo. Thank you very much to Luke that he showed us so many beautiful, wild and uncontaminated places in this amazing island.

Private tour, just the two of us and our friendly guide. Saw a variety of sites across the north of the island and had a splendid lunch overlooking the sea.

Lucky Luke exceeded all expectations. We feel like was got exposed to best of the island in the short time we had in port. He took us to locations away from tourists, had a private swim in the water and experienced local cuisine with an unbeatable view. This could have been done through an excursion or YouTube videos alone. Lucky Luke is very social and out going, the more social and fun you are the better time you’ll have. He was very accommodating in changing the tour, so if there is something you want to do or see, make sure you bring it to his attention. Don’t hesitate with this tour, it will exceed your expectations and you’ll want you to come back. What are you waiting for ?! Book!

A delightful experience with “Lucky Luke”, a charismatic and engaging Scouser! Luke enthuses about and shares his delight of living on the beautiful island of Fuerteventura. A day of seeing nature and stunning landscape awaits you, which should definitely form part of any trip to the north of the island. If this was not enough, Luke then ends the tour with a visit to an excellent local bar/restaurant for some delicious tapas. Drinks are extra, and up to personal choice, but are very well priced. It’s rare to find a person who appears to have found his truly happy place these days! I’m sure you’ll enjoy the experience of meeting.

Quite simply a brilliant tour and worth every cent. Luke absolutely made it. The tour was a personalised experience for us and tweaked to take into account the things we wanted to do the most. Luke was really helpful and informative but the tour also had time for you on your own to explore. Since the tour we've also been to some of the restaurants recommended by Luke and had some fantastic tapas. Looking forward to another tour with Luke on a future visit.

Such an amazing experience! RDV made us feel welcome from the start. The sand dunes, volcano hike, and Cotillo lagoons were all amazing. each place showed a different side of Fuerteventura. Lucky Luke was friendly, fun, and full of local knowledge. We ended the day with delicious tapas at a local spot. Perfect mix of adventure, nature, and local flavor. Highly recommend this VIP tour!

We had an excellent excursion, touring around the north of the island with Lucky Luke. Yesterday I would have said I wouldn’t return to Fuerteventura, but after this trip we definitely would. Our guide had excellent knowledge of the area and its history, and he was clearly passionate about what he does.

Absolutely fantastic tour! This is by far the best trip I have ever done abroad! The whole experience start to finish was epic! Everyone, if you really want to see and learn about the island, then get Luke as your guide! You will not get a better experience anywhere else! The highlight of my time in fuerteventura! Luke was amazing! He was knowledgeable and also very fun to be round. We explored many parts of the north, from the beautiful beaches by the dunes and hiking up the volcano Crater, to the amazing Tapas in El Cotillo. Luke always made sure that we are comfortable and would tailor the trip fully to your likings. The Tapas in the end were the ending to a perfect day. We can only recommend the tour to anyone wanting to explore the north of Fuerteventura and experience the local food.

You get to see the sand dunes, volcanoes, windmills, old town, north coast and have the best Tapas on the island! It was such a great experience! Was told lots about all the scenery and learnt a lot of things about the island and land. Luke was a great guide, he had lots of facts and was great fun to talk to! Totally recommend booking with him. Lots of fun!

As a first-time visitor to the island, I could have done with booking this trip at the start instead of the end of our holiday Like was polite , friendly, and full of chat, which made this a very pleasant day out. He took us to some stunning areas that I would never have thought of going to and even some sights where we were staying that we missed. Helpful , knowledgeable, and an all-around de ent bloke. Give the trip a try , you won't be disappointed you might also be surprised what he can suggest for the rest of your stay

It was amazing! Due to our extraordinary guide we really felt the true identity of the island. He took us in some amazing places, he talked about the island, the people, the history. We finished the excursion with a magnificent local restaurant where we had the best tapas ❤️. I totally recomend this excursion!

Luke was very kind, helpful and went above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble. Was happy to let us decide what we wanted to see. Allowed us to stop when we wanted photos. Amazing tapas, explained all about the foods we were eating. The tour was set at our pace, nothing was rushed everything was at our own speed. An off the track tour at times, so you get to see things you wouldnt usually see. Would highly recommend.

Lucky Luke really made our trip to the island so special. He really took his time with us and made us feel welcome. He picked us up right outside the cruise terminal and was even willing to drop us off wherever we wanted. The locations he took us gave us a great familiarity with the island and he really has a lot of knowledge. He even provided drone footage of us on our trip that showed us walking along the sand dunes and on top of a volcano. I even considered hiring him for tours of other islands. The provided tapas had an amazing water view and the food was great too!

Luke proved to be a passionate and engaging guide; he has produced photos and videos that can be purchased as a unique souvenir.

Luke was an absolute character! We had a very pleasant and interesting tour around the northern part of the island. Weather was not on our side (hazy and windy - not rainy though) but we still managed to enjoy the scenery (dunes were amazing), the volcanic landscape and the cute but also rather dramatic (all that lava…) village of El Cotillo! Luke was knowledgeable and very accommodating and made the tour hassle free - it even lasted for an extra hour without any problem or rush. The finale was a nice lunch (Spanish tapas) at a restaurant with a view, which was included in the price: we payed for our drinks and a couple of extra dishes we ordered. The prawns were absolutely fantastic, by the way! Highly recommended tour - keep up the good work Luke!

Really interesting and relaxed tour - it was lovely to see the North of the island including the sand dunes on the way to Corralejo and the small fishing villages. Luke was a great, fun guide.

We had a great day with our guide Lucky Luke! He picked us up at the desired location and explained what to expect. The tour is 100% at your own request; you can indicate what your wishes are and Luke takes them into account! We got to know super beautiful places on Fuerteventura where you would otherwise never go. We visited dunes, white coral beaches, a tourist town centre, drank a delicious coffee in a local bar, hiked up a volcano, got nuts from Luke to feed to the chipmunks, visited a beautiful lagoon with a lighthouse and ended up in a fishing village with great tapas! We were given plenty of time to take pictures and walk around everywhere and we had nowhere to rush. Luke speaks fluent English and Spanish and explained the interesting places very enthusiastically everywhere! An absolute top experience with Luke on Fuerteventura, recommended to anyone who wants to see more than the tourist side of the island!

What an amazing experience! Luke took us on a great tour of Fuerteventura. From the first moment we felt immediately at ease. He not only knows the island but also loves it. He talks enthusiastically with the right dose of humor and all the local facts. During the trip Luke takes the effort to take nice pictures so we could enjoy the view! We ate some great tapas in a beautiful location. The whole day felt relaxed, well organized and passed far too quickly.
