We booked in advance for myself and my friend to enjoy a day at sea. We chose deluxe as we wanted to treat ourselves. It was fairly pricey, almost double normal standard catamaran trips. Pick up was fine, convenient from a nearby hotel. Aircon on bus. We arrived and promptly were on the boat. The only thing deluxe about it was that it was 12 people, as opposed to the 100 people you get in a standard catamaran trip. The staff was polite. We saw some dolphins in a distance. The sea was very choppy, and we got splashed a lot due to this, not just a little splash, more like someone threw a bucket of water over you. Not a fault of the crew, just choppy water. We seemed to just circle around the same bit of water like 3 times, we then did pull up for lunch and a swim. The swim, I think the crew thought we would all do for an hour, but it was cold so most people just had a quick dip and then out again. The wait for lunch was around an hour once we had parked up. Do not be deceived though, it is not good by a top chef, it is a tiny little portion. It was a little pot of cous cous with some cucumber at the top, and the ‘main’ was a piece of beef, 3 small potatoes, and some mushroom sauce. It was nice enough, but not ‘deluxe’ and barely a portion size for a small child. Also, all 12 people on board gathered around 2 tables for lunch, it was a squeeze and very intimate bearing in mind we were all strangers. We were then offered a shot of honey rum after. One lunch was done, we headed back to the harbour and a coach took us back to our pick up point. The only ‘deluxe’ aspect I would say is that it’s 12 people max. I would not book anything like this in future and would book a standard catamaran where the food is better, bigger portions, and there is more atmosphere, with some background music. Also, whilst they say drinks included, we were only offered one soft drink, and the wine is not served until lunch. It’s not worth the money. Save your money and book a standard catamaran.

Very nice boatride. Good service and the straff Dani and Erik was very nice. We saw dolphins, that was exciting.
Brilliant experience, didn’t see dolphins but saw whales so that was more than enough. Weather was perfect, cold drinks, excellent starter and main. Swimming by the Shore was fantastic. Crew (Carmen and Jesus) were 10/10. Would highly recommend, worth every penny
It was just amazing! We had the best time with Majid and Vincent :) We enjoyed lunch together, saw dolphins and had a really good time. Big thank you to the nice, warm and funny boys Vincent and Majid :) 100% enjoy!
Best thing we have done all holiday! Fantastic food and service, as well as a lovely boat, couldn't fault it, Thank you for having us.
DO NOT BOOK - Booked this trip with family and we were really looking forward to it. When we booked we received an email saying they would contact us 25/48 before departure with more info about pick up times. 24hrs before we had heard nothing so we phoned. They said “we will email you shortly with info” . We heard nothing. The next morning was the day of our trip. 2 hours before departure we getting a WhatsApp message saying “due to bad weather at sea we have had to cancel some trips” What a waste of time and effort. Save yours and book somewhere else!
The trip we booked was sold to include hotel pickup and banana boat ride neither of which were actually delivered- rip off!
1. The booked service scope was NOT fulfilled with my booking, as the booked pick-up was cancelled by the tour operator at very short notice (< 24 h).After contacting the organiser as well as Viator (booking platform) with a request for a refund, there was no response or refund from either of them. Without pick-up, the tour would have cost at least 40 EUR less with this and other tour operators. This is a rip-off. 2. The selected bay for bathing was chosen in front of Morro Jable and not at a quieter place, although this would have been possible in terms of time. Regarding COVID-19 hygiene measures, there was a bit of a lax approach to cleaning surfaces, mandatory mask wearing on board, spacing rules and regular hand hygiene. There was hand disinfection on boarding the catamaran and that was it. 3. The tour was supposed to take 4:30 hours, but lasted just 4 hours. More than disappointing.
All in all a very nice experience
It was quiet. This is not for party animals. It wasn't just the catamaran that was deluxe, for which we took off our shoes before boarding; we were also provided with sparkling wine in special glasses the entire time, and there were plenty of soft drinks like Coca-Cola and the like available for us to help ourselves. The crew consisted of only two members, and they dedicated their full attention to our well-being. It was cold that day. I had the prime spot right up front by the captain all to myself and was able to enjoy it halfway. I also didn't go swimming because I was cold, but in return we were almost spoiled culinarily, and while sitting at the table. I don't remember her name anymore, it could be Lisa. It was the end of May 2026 and she spoke many languages; Italian and German were among them. She moved the following weekend. Blond, hair more curly than just wavy, fit as a fiddle, and older than I am, she had such positive energy under her seat, impressive. She took care of everyone and everything. Ciao cara! Sorry that I'm only reviewing now, we'll see each other again soon 🙋🏻♀️ Unfortunately, I didn't take any pictures that day either. Early in the morning you should have a sweater or a track jacket with you, and on this day both would have been appropriate. Regardless of whether it's a deluxe catamaran, sailboat, or giant catamaran. In the middle of the water without shelter and with the wind from the movement, it is chilly. That wears off quickly, but nobody wants to be cold. At least that's what I think.
It is a highly recommended experience. The journey is very pleasant and the crew makes it very entertaining (in our case it was Eva and Alvaro)
A thoroughly successful trip! ⛵️🌴 Diego and Franco were incredibly friendly, attentive, and created a great atmosphere on board. Everything was relaxed, clean, and professionally organized. For us, it was a real highlight of the vacation. We would book again at any time! ☀️🌊
Great trip by catamaran Crew was super nice Unfortunately there were no whales or dolphins to see The food was supposed to be from a top chef, but he had a bad day. But that was beside the point, it was a great tour
Unfortunately the trip was cancelled due to bad weather / too much wind. But the contact was quick and nice, alternative dates unfortunately did not fit to our remaining holiday anymore. The refund came immediately. Therefore, no evaluation of the excursion, but of the provider.
For the two skippers, Majid and Andres and the time on board clearly 5 stars But: Don't expect too much. The first thing that really annoyed was the unfriendly owner (mature gentleman at the port who checked the tickets). The digital age has seemingly passed this gentleman by in a hurry. He has had the discussion with several paying customers that a digital ticket is not really a ticket. Even if you have received it this way, you have to bring it with you in a printed version and best of all via the app. So here I am forced to download the app from TripAdvisor on my phone and organize a printer? The tone was really not friendly (quote:...you don't have to tell me what a ticket looks like. I've been doing the job for a long time...quote end). We weren't the only ones he had to argue with. In the description "the food is prepared by a top chef" lies the devil in the detail. It should be called "was"! (where you don't know what top chef means). Because a top chef would know that you should not vacuum roast beef and then heat it in a water bath after some time. It was bone dry. So food is completely sealed in the vacuum bag and then heated in the cooking pot. It's not always bad but in this case not advisable. Actually, I only wanted to give 3 stars because of the circumstances described above but the tour itself with the entertaining and careful skippers Majid and Andres ripped a lot out. You should just be aware that there are only a few loops on the water and there is nothing exciting to see.
We stayed with 3 adults at Borad by Vincent and Karol. It was a dream from start to finish. We were yesterday (29.04.25) on the Magic Deluxe Tour, you were led to the matching ship and received friendly on board. The two were super nice, everything was explained. Karol also went to great lengths to understand all guests and was always available as a contact person. There was a good selection of non- and alcoholic drinks. There was a break for swimming in the sea, then there was a 3 course lunch (choice was vegetarian or with meat, it was also asked about allergies or intolerances). This was also highly recommended. We invested a few euros extra to use the catamaran with about 12 people (as this mass tourism is not for us) and this paid off completely. In addition, there were a lot of dolphins to see that day. If we come here again, this definitely belongs on the to-do list
Today I had a nice trip on the water with as Crew Francis and Igor. Very nice men Nice food. Really enjoyed
I booked the tour at short notice, should be something special for my birthday. The night before, I asked for the pick-up time, then I was informed in a mail that the tour was not taking place for me due to overbooking, my company received the same mail at the same time. I was shocked and thought to myself that could not be yet and still hope that it is a mistake and that there is a replacement, unfortunately that was a fallacy. So all plans for the day broken and at short notice you could not book anything with another provider. The crediting of the travel price was done within 24 hours, seem to have practice in rewinding!!!
All top! Very nice boat crew! Very clean! Delicious Prosseco and food:) I will recommend to anyone who wants to spend some time at sea.
We had a great tour with Laura and Francis! Laura took great care of us, even the food was very good! We were lucky and could observe many dolphins!
A really great trip, with dolphins, very good food and a great team. Many thanks to Miguel and Fran. It was an unforgettable experience and we would love to repeat it. Sandra and Jörg
We had a great time with Miguel and Lauri!!! perfect ;-) Magnificent landscapes! Everything was perfect !
I can only recommend this trip. Especially with the wonderful Laura and Captain Lois. Great service. An unforgettable experience. Saw dolphins and turtles!!!
The tour with Ide and Moha was very interesting and entertaining. Moha and Ide were very hospitable hosts and were very accommodating.
A great tour. However, you have to tolerate the sometimes heavy seas in the summer months😉...great atmosphere and with Claire and Eric a great team. Claire in particular was very concerned about her guests and always exuded a good mood! We were 13 people on the catamaran - well, 1 person more than maximum lt. Description isn't quite so bad now either...will eventually just be close to the tables for food. Otherwise there is enough space on the great catamaran. It only gets embarrassing when some of the fellow passengers think they have to recoup all the money they paid by refuelling under pressure🙈 Then, at some point, it has a shooting sensation, instead of relaxation. They didn't have a tip for the crew. Too bad! As a tip to the organizer: since you have 3 deluxe catamarans that depart at the same time: maybe you can pay a little more attention to families when sorting the guests instead of mass handling. Then everyone has more fun on the trip. We actually saw the dolphins too, which was a highlight. Afterwards we went in relaxed to a nice bay in front of Morro Jable where we could swim and also ate well. Culinary supply Top: Welcome with sparkling wine, free choice of beer, sparkling wine and various soft drinks... Also the food was very good: Couscous salad with Tzaziki as a starter and then delicious and tender beef steak with fur potatoes and a delicious sauce. Here all guests were satisfied! All in all a successful 4 hour trip!
The Tour Deluxe was really Deluxe. A wonderful guide (Miguel) on board who really takes care of everyone on the catamaran magically and has a good sense of the people and situations. And our captain Aaron, who was constantly communicating with other boats, so we actually saw dolphins swimming with our catamaran. A great experience for everyone. Then, of course, there were sparkling wines, beers, wine, and of course non-alcoholic drinks. The food was great too. Finally we swam blissfully in the turquoise waters. A magical day.
It was a great day. Inma and Alexis are great professionals and charmers. An unforgettable experience. Thank you!
The crew and support of the organization at the top really!! For the price on the other hand very pity for having only gone around the port! Seen no dolphin and not sure there is any in this place!!! Very disappointed with the circuit of this excursion! It's for me mas tourism they do!
Very disappointing! Pick-up from the hotel by bus of +50 seats, no personalized accompaniment until the catamaran. Apart from the fact that there are only 12 on the boat, no luxury. Tasteless meal, too oppressive staff. Sailing to dolphins, a known spot because several boats are already there including an overcrowded catamaran that warned our crew. Direct return to Morro Jable beach: anchorage with other boats. Swimming without interest, very few fish, facing the buildings (not great for the view). Return to the hotel with the same bus full of all the passengers of the 3 catamarans of the day. I preferred to take a shared taxi with disappointed German customers too.The ad is misleading! It's not worth the price. 178€ for 2 people. No staff speaking French as advertised. In short, you do the same thing as other catamarans, nothing exceptional.
There was no sailing while indicating that it was a sailing experience, also the 4.5 hours it would take was less than 4 hours, otherwise in terms of hygiene okay
The trip was super nice, food very good but no banana boat and salads and shrimp as described. But otherwise a super great trip.
A great tour. We saw dolphins and whales, the guides responded to all wishes, all drinks included, super delicious food, great value for money. Absolutely recommended
