Wonderful day out. Our host Pierre had a great blend of knowledge and humour. He was obviously very proud of his home on the island. A special mention to Kenzo also- a lovely companion A great day seeing the sights away from the beaches. Would not hesitate to recommend both this trip and this company. Many thanks

Itinerary
Explore the Caves. Walk (if you like) to the spectacular Ajuy caves, which are the oldest formations in the Canaries. They belong to the basal complex of Fuerteventura, created by the submarine flow of lava and sediment that rose to the surface and began to form the island 100 million years ago in the Cretaceous period. The rocks emerged from a depth of 3,000 metres and started to form the base that these days supports this island and that of Lanzarote. The caves are extremely important from a geological and paleontological perspective and are among the 150 sites of primary geological interest in the world. Visiting them means travelling back in time to the very origins of Fuerteventura and the Canary Islands themselves. Did you knew? • Walk to Ajuy caves are one of these examples of nature. Declared a Natural Monument in 1987, they are part of Betancuria Rural Park. If the weather conditions permit, we will also visit the caves on the west sea coast.
AN other great Panoramic View on this daytrip. From the Las Peñitas viewpoint, in Betancuria, you will see an evocative view: a green oasis in the middle of the desert. The underground river that flows under the Las Peñitas ravine is created by human hands and forms a small lake dotted with native plants. The open esplanade of the viewpoint is the perfect place for taking quality photos. Home of the local inhabitants, the chipmunks.
Known for the film Exodus and the Church de la Pena. Your guide will tell you all about the village and his famous Madonna….
National Geographic Reward winner! The N1 beach in the world in 2025. We will stop for to take pictures.
The holy volcano Tindaya and his historic background. It is here where we can admire the 501-metre-high anthracite volcano Tindaya… For the pre-Hispanic Canary Islanders, the village and volcano of Tindaya on Fuerteventura was a sacred place, because they created a kind of open-air temple on the top, where they performed all kinds of rituals. With these rites they summoned the rain or predicted astrological phenomena.
Park Natural Betancuria: Enjoy scenic mountain roads and spectacular panoramic viewpoints & Photostops.
Lunch Time! Authentic Canarian Cuisine: Lunch on Volcanic Beache A lunch at a traditional Canarian restaurant on a jet-black volcanic beach offers a unique combination of gastronomy and nature. The Canary Islands archipelago is known for its impressive volcanic landscapes and a rich, pure culinary culture. Local gastronomy excels in simplicity and the high quality of daily fresh products, with a leading role for fresh fish, local goat meat, and artisanal cheeses.
Puerto del Rosario is the capital of the Canary Island of Fuerteventura. We drive through the center so that you have a good impression. This city was founded around 1800 as a port for the export of soda and grain. Before 1957, the town was named Puerto de Cabras (Spanish for "goat port"), because of the nearby watering hole. Today the port serves passengers and goods. There is also a large barracks of the Spanish Legion here. You will also find the Nuestra Senora del Rosario Church and opposite it the Casa Museo de Unamuno (Spanish Literature).
Driving south, we have the viewpoint on Monte Sicasumbre… A panoramic and scenic view of the Jandia nature park in good weather.

This is without doubt the best tour company in fuerteventura. Fantastic trip which took in sotovento beach. The booking process was excellent and very easy. The tour was very historical and gave me a lot of knowledge about the island. I would use this company again
****I was very disappointed as the trip was cancelled just the day before. But atleast the money was refunded.********
Brilliant tour with Pierre, we started at 9am and we finished around 4pm. We were able to travel the whole island from Ajui to Betancuria, to the pebble beaches in Corralejo. Pierre was so knowledgeable about the island with so many fun facts. We stopped for lunch at an amazing restaurant that I would highly recommend. The opportunities for photos and touring visits were brilliant, and interspaced with knowledge about the history of all of the islands. This was a great tour that I would do again and would totally recommend.
Good choice of places to go, good level of commentary and information. Nice to be in a small group and nice to NOT visit any shops!
This is a great tour. Pierre & Kenzo are great duo tour guides. Pierre was very informative about all aspects of Fuertuventura and his furry companion Kenzo kept us entertained chasing his rocks!! Highly recommend the smaller intimate tour as got to go to places the big coaches are unable to get to.
The statues of the brothers and the story the guide told us very disappointed with the rest of the trip
Very energetic guide who will be sure you don’t miss anything! Bring the enthusiasm and good vibes to make it a fun experience!
Fantastic tour with a pro guide. Knowledge of the island superb. Lovely clean air con van, and superb locations. Good quality stops at great locations for breaks. Id recommend this to anyone. Something for everyone on the tour
Went out with Pierre who is an amazing driver, what a laugh. Knew all sorts about everything and has enthusiasm about everything. From the 1st goat to the 8000th, everything pointed out. Lovely little Kenzo accompanying him everywhere. Most of the important sights in the northern area of the island, nothing too far south as there isn’t much to see. Decent time for stop offs, not being rushed at all. The stop offs were pretty good, hills everywhere so of course be careful, but overall a really good way to see 99% of the island.
There were 19 of us in the tour and we took 3 vans. Pierre, Andre and Lola were amazing. They were so well coordinated and made sure we’re altogether the whole time. Everyone in each van were pleased with the service and knowledge of the island that they shared with us. We saw the best spots in Fuerteventura. The scenery is breathtaking. A must if you’re visiting Fuerteventura!
Pierre is a super fun and enthusiastic guide together with his co-host Kenzo 🐶 He knows a lot about the island but also about many other things, and he does that too 😁. The tour takes you along a number of highlights, but also leaves room to discover the island itself even further. The way back from the south we found a bit long. A nice quick stop along the way would have been a good distraction. The only really critical point is that Pierre likes to drive on. It may be the local driving style, but we don't mind overtaking in the mountains here and there. All in all a very successful day, thank you Pierre for your good care!
A family outing, Pierre gave us a lot of explanations about the island. A beautiful day of discovery, beautiful panoramas, lunar landscapes to pirate caves.
Incredible and complete tour of the island through mountains and volcanoes! We were able to discover all the curiosities of the island with breathtaking photos and all the information about the history and culture of the island was very useful and appreciated. Thanks again to Pierre and Kenzo for a fantastic day!!!
