Amazing, saw turtles, dolphins and whales and got to swim in the sea.

We had a fantastic trip out and loved seeing pilot whales and a family of dolphins! The hydraulic ramp was excellent and my wheelchair user boyfriend thought about going in the sea but decided not to because there wasn’t a place he could lie down to get changed afterwards. The sea was quite choppy and I felt a bit sick as a result. Over all we had a wonderful time and we loved being able to experience the boat trip together. Thank you!

The only business on Tenerife that I'm aware of who cater for people with mobility problems or who are in wheelchairs. They have my vote as it meant I could actually go on this trip. There were only 3 of us on my trip, although the boat caters for a max of 10. We were met by the gate to Los Cristianos marina and helped onboard. We saw quite a few pods of dolphins and pilot whales, some of which chose to come very near the boat. Some food and drink was included in the trip when the boat moored by the Vistas beach. Personally I would have preferred this time to be used looking at the natural wildlife, but it was still pleasant. Would definitely recommend. Although pricier than trips catering for the able-bodied, it was far nicer due to the limited number of people allowed per trip, which in itself would cost more. They do a trip to the Teide National Park too. Wish they did one to do Star Gazing.

Great trip! Great people! I love that they offer this trip for people in wheelchair, people with mobility issues, and everyone who wants to come along. You receive full guidance and can even go swimming with assistance as a wheelchair user!

First time in Tenerife with my carer. I'm in a wheelchair. I've lost the ability to swim so couldn’t just jump in like one of of the other passengers did. I transferred to the boats own wheelchair and given a life jacket to wear and lowered into the water on the movable ramp and floated off and was moved by Fabio on the boat, don’t need to swim. The only other passenger who was in a wheelchair didn’t want to go into the ocean. After I came out I was rinsed in fresh water. We saw lots of dolphins before but as the swimming was in much calmer waters we aren’t swimming with dolphins. Food was fairly good, I’m highly allergic to fish and we explained this beforehand so they made a version that used Cheese instead. I enjoyed it and left a nearly clear plate which is unusual for me. It was fairly inexpensive at €60 per person and there were only 5 passengers including us two. If I came to Tenerife again I’d definitely consider doing this.

So great to see the dolphins and when you are sitting in a wheelchair you can also in te see. I will never forget it.

Found out about this disability friendly trip by accident Initially I was sceptical but once we arrived my fears were put to rest. Although I didn't go swimming, my wife who has a failed knee replacement did. Crew were fantastic helping her on & off the submersible wheelchair hoist. Even got an excellent view of the dolphins & whales light lunch & soft drinks were included.

This is a fantastic tour. The boat was very well equipped and the staff were all amazing and very helpful. My daughter was in a manual wheelchair and was able to experience everything offered. It is a shame there are not more accessible trips available around the world, particular on the water, such as this one, Well done and thanks

Wow what a beautiful 3 hours we had on this trip! Mimi & fabio ( sorry if I’ve spelt it wrong) we’re so welcoming and easy to talk too. We chose this boat as my mum is wheelchair - bound, she found it so easy to transfer onto the boat and into the water using the accessible lift and chair. They treated her with respect and kindness. The toilet was also accessible for all. We managed to see dolphins and whales, which was incredible. The swim in the water was lovely, with various floats/ life jackets available. We were treated to soft drinks, bruschetta and pasta! 10/10 would recommend for wheelchair users, family’s and couples.

The boat is wheelchair accessible, both for boarding at the dock and for swimming in the sea; the guys were charming, attentive, helpful, and true professionals. They are attentive to the user at all times, both during the excursions and with anything else that might be needed. Everything was perfect and the excursion was wonderful. After the advice of Barrera Cero known by chance when I booked the hotel I made an expulsion with my family with a boat and two sailors who showed us starting from the port of Los Cristianos giant turtles dolphins and then for those who also wanted disabled people made us swim in the Atlantic Ocean... assisted by one of the two very good sailors and then once back on board was also included lunch with cold pasta Indescribable emotion especially to people with disabilities like me who would like to swim in the ocean good guys

We've been treated very well. Very familiar. Small boat = few people, we saw other boats doing the same tour, very large and crowded. I'm moving in a wheelchair. The boat is fully adapted, to enter and to bathe! They have put us a Brunch (pasta and drink sandwich plate, included in the price). Both Fabio and his assistant (I don’t remember the name), very kind and attentive to us. Highly recommended!

Beautiful day with Fabio. He and his original initiative; that of allows people with disabilities to live the experience of visiting the wonders of the ocean of tenerife. A well-kept and unique excursion. Thanks to Fabio and his team, we spent three beautiful hours between the dives from the boat and the delicious lunch, not to mention the sympathy and humanity of Fabio who has shown with his project.

A very friendly and caring team, we were provided with drinks, there was a salad snack during the break, and we were also told a lot about the sea, nature and animals. We can recommend this unforgettable trip to anyone who is seaworthy.

A wonderful opportunity for those with mobility difficulties, but also for those accompanying them! Friendliness, availability and cheerfulness make the trip very pleasant in the bay of Los Cristianos, where you can easily meet sea turtles, dolphins and whales. The boat is equipped with a particular slide that takes guests into the water for a regenerating dip😊

Hello, we enjoyed our boat trip very much. We were 2 adults and 2 children 6 and 10 years old. Our 10-year-old daughter is in an electric wheelchair. Accessibility was good but if access to the pontoon was steep and an additional ramp could have helped. The installation in the boat is comfortable but if wheelchair users can stay only at the back of the boat. The companions are very welcoming and kind. The tour lasted 3 hours it was just the right duration, the whole family enjoyed it, we were able to see dolphins and the children were not bored. We highly recommend this excursion whether or not you are disabled.
