The hotel needs to provide much more information about its restaurants and facilities for families. I found the dining arrangements quite divisive, as families appear to have only one restaurant option, whereas guests without children have several choices. This feels unfair and limits the options available to families. Guests should also be asked about any food allergies on arrival so that the hotel can make the necessary arrangements and ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, nobody asked us about allergies or dietary requirements at reception. We only discovered this on day two, after asking about the dessert section, that arrangements could potentially have been made. This should have been communicated from the beginning. After informing the hotel of my son’s milk allergy, we were shown around the restaurant by a member of staff, who offered us a yoghurt as a suitable food option. However, after translating the product information using an online translation tool, I discovered that the yoghurt did, in fact, contain milk. I find this extremely concerning. Having explicitly informed the hotel of my son’s allergy, I trusted that any food recommended to us would have been checked and confirmed as safe for him to consume. Had I not independently checked the ingredients, my son could have consumed a product containing his allergen, potentially resulting in a serious allergic reaction. It is unacceptable that we were offered a product containing milk after making the hotel fully aware of his allergy. This incident has significantly undermined our confidence in the hotel’s ability to take appropriate precautions and provide accurate allergen information. We had been informed that a couple reported that their child had contracted hand, foot and mouth disease during their stay at the hotel and that the situation required a medical review by a doctor. Our concern is that, following this report, the hotel failed to communicate the incident to other guests or provide appropriate guidance regarding the potential risk of exposure. Given the contagious nature of hand, foot and mouth disease, this raises concerns regarding the hotel’s handling of the incident, its communication procedures and its responsibility to take reasonable steps to protect the health and wellbeing of guests. Our room was okay, although the layout seemed rather back to front. The living room was at the rear, while the bedroom was at the front, where the balcony overlooks and provides access to the children's splash park. This wasn't ideal, particularly for families with young children, and the room layout could be better thought out. Finally, finding the snack bar was a challenge. The signage around the hotel is inadequate, and it took far too long to locate it. Clearer directions and better signposting would make a big difference to the overall guest experience. Overall, the hotel needs to improve its communication, provide clearer information about dining options for families, take a more proactive approach to food allergies, and make its facilities easier to navigate. These changes would help families feel better informed, more included, and more comfortable throughout their stay. The hotel is in a good location, with a SPAR shop just a five-minute walk away at the rear of the hotel, which is convenient for picking up essentials. The promenade is approximately a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to get out and explore the local area. There is also a lovely ice cream parlour nearby, which I would highly recommend visiting!

My wife and I stayed here from the 24th Sept. until the 4th Oct. Overall we had an excellent holiday. The staff throughout the hotel were very good(I would like to give a special mention to the very young looking waitress in the main restaurant who was always smiling and looked really happy in her job-sorry I have forgot her name). Our maid was always thorough and kept our room very clean. We also met lots of really pleasant people from different countries. I do have to say however there was just one situation which let the overall experience down. On Saturday 3rd October with no prior warning the bar at the Adults-only pool was only open to hotel guests for a very short time due to a “Private Event”. It was a favourite place to meet up with other hotel guests and we were very disappointed at this and the first time it had occurred at any hotel we have stayed in. It should have been much better communicated to hotel guests.
We have recently stayed here as a family of 3. The hotel is excellently located, not far from the airport and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The splash zone was great for our young child and the pools were good - if not a little cold. Staff are all friendly and helpful. The food and service is good. We did get bored with breakfast being the exact same every day but there was enough variety with dinner that it didn't feel stale. The room we had was a junior suite. It was a nice room but all open plan and no locks on the toilet/shower. We were on the ground floor and the issue is you have no privacy. Top floors have balconies, but the outside of a ground floor has no divider and just leads onto the outside which can feel quite open and uncomfortable at times with people walking past. A little wall or something would be nice to provide some privacy and stop people being able to walk straight into your outside area. Also - for a 4 star hotel and the cost of it I think charging extra per day on top for use of the safe is very cheeky. It doesn't cost the hotel any money to run the safe and it just about making a bit of extra money.
I recently stayed at this hotel and could not fault it one bit. The place is immaculate and they are constantly cleaning. There is also plastic containers for your drink cups/plates to go so nothing is left lying around which i particularly liked. We stayed in a junior suite across from the splash park which was ideal for my 11 month old and found the rooms to be a great size with everything you need the fridge could be slightly better but this is always the same when travelling abroad. The animation team are great and really go above and beyond for the kids, my 10 year old had a fantastic time with a special mention to christina who made her feel extra special!! We are very fussy eaters and always found something to eat most nights and the food was always very good quality. All in all I would definitely return to this hotel and had an amazing holiday
Amazing experience at this hotel. The service was excellent from start to finish, with friendly, attentive, and professional staff who made our family holiday truly enjoyable. The hotel was clean, welcoming, and had a great atmosphere and high level of hospitality. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay and exceptional service. We had some issues with the AC in one of the rooms and Francesco customer experience manager went above and beyond to ensure everything was comfortable and well taken care of. Every time I spoke with him I felt he listened and genuinely tried to do all he could and honestly we travel all over the world and must say this guy is an asset to the hotel. Yes we will be back and all four of us felt that way.
