The rooms are pretty nice, large, the higher "panoramic" are the ones to go for, the food is good, we liked the buffet, the adults pool area is quiet, the water is warm, staff friendly. But its not perfect - the shower ran hot and cold, and the aircon was slightly noisy.
An absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish! The hotel exceeded all expectations with its luxurious ambience, beautifully appointed rooms, impeccable cleanliness, and wonderful service. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, creating a truly memorable and relaxing stay. The staff were exceptionally professional, warm, and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure guests felt welcomed and valued. The facilities were excellent, our breakfast was delicious with every taste catered for, and the overall atmosphere was special. All the staff in the hotel were excellent, special mention to Pedro, Jonathan, Wil and Danielle who went the extra mile. This hotel truly deserves its five-star rating. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking luxury, comfort, and exceptional hospitality. I look forward to returning for another unforgettable stay!
The Beach Hotel is a separate development from the villas and is about 5 mins in a taxi (approx €8). We were in a first floor villa (apartment) with pool access. It was excellent. Very clean. Well maintained. Spacious. Sun lounge area was perfect and we also ate here. Access to the pool is by your own set of steps, leading to a narrow pool which extends the length of all the first floor apartments....."swim-through". The breakfast was cement with a wide range of European staples and many little extras. The staff were all excellent and very courteous. (thank you) and made the start very special.
Second time back here it’s absolutely wonderful. The rooftop infinity pool is one of my happy places. Every staff member goes above and beyond to make sure you have an incredible stay and knew us by name (and order). Brigitta made up our beds and was super friendly throughout. Would highly recommend!
Amazing breakfast with a large buffet including fruit, vegetables, all kinds of eggs, desserts, smoothies, prosecco, pastries, hams and cheeses, as well as a menu that you can order from; it has anything and everything you could ask for. The rooms are super spacious and aesthetic, as well as clean. The cosmetics are from Guerlain and Rituals which is a lovely touch. The only problem we had with the room is that the bathroom is not separated by any door from the bedroom, meaning you can see and hear everything which is quite uncomfortable. The staff is very kind, friendly and prompt, all around the hotel. The pool area is very nice and you can take as many towels as you need (unlike some hotels which only permit 1 towel per day) as well as order food and drinks. I would absolutely return to this hotel anytime.
