We've just returned from a family vacation (7 of us) and found Relaxia quite enjoyable with a couple of flaws. The rooms are definitely dated but not offensive (our room in the main building had AC but the other rooms across the road only had ceiling fans) we were poolside and the balcony was a nice place to sit with lots of Sunshine, daytime noise isn't bad. The food is ok, as expected from all inc budget, with some random food nights like Mexican inspired. Fresh Salad is always a good choice. I would avoid the Self serve Mr Whippy, it's terrible. Coffee is a bit meh but I jazzed it up making it iced. Be aware there is no water in the room, take a water bottle to fill (which there is nowhere to fill from after 12am, vending machine available but costly) or stock the room fridge up with bottles water. Towels are available to rent for €10 each which is refundable. There are 2 bars, the main one is open until 12am and unfortunately if you want quiet there is nowhere on site as the other quiet pool bar closes early. The location is fab, only a few minutes to reach nice eating places or a 10 minute walk to the quieter end of the strip, Old Town will take about 40 minutes to walk or 12 mins on the Number 3 bus. The staff are incredibly helpful and all speak English, friendly and smiley. There's a couple of cats around the resort, all they do is sleep. Oh finally the drinks....self serve Beer, wine, soft & coffee, the cocktails aren't quite what you would expect them to taste like, to he honest I couldn't find a nice Mojito anywhere on site or off. All in all in was a great place to stay, budget all inc so cupping a 3* Would I stay again? Yes but in the main building not the family rooms a bitmof a walk from the main

I will start with the positives. Good location near to the beach Decent size pool Good entertainment for kids Negatives No air con. I ended up ordering air con this took 5 days to arrive and cost me 60 euro for 5 days hire. Room dated, shower head not working correctly. Toilet ran water none stop. Cleaners never cleaned the floor inside or on the patio. Food was o.k but not a great selection. Ended up spending nearly £1000 eating out over a 10 night period. A cost i didn't expect with it being at an all in inclusive but couldn't bare eating in the hotel in the evening. Snack bar was basic that served cold sandwiches and not much else. With investment and modernising this could be a great hotel. Sadly I would not stay again.
Great holiday, Nightly Entertainment is good. Rooms do need to be refurbished, but it’s okay as you aren’t exactly spending your whole day in there. Grounds are magnificent pools cleaned every day/morning Food i am pleasantly surprised with as I wasn’t expecting much. It is repetitive but decent. Staff are friendly, some may need a barista course to be able to operate the coffee machine properly 😅 All in all a great holiday and I’d definitely come back
Friendly staff, slightly dated rooms, no air conditioning. The food isn't great, but that's probably due to the all-inclusive package. The hotel is very well located and the staff are very friendly and professional. The Wi-Fi network was very poor and the street was quite noisy on our side. The hotel was very quiet, however. We had a good stay, the cleaning is done regularly and the hotel is very clean.
Fantastic week here. Stayed all inclusive and found standard of food drinks and cleanliness excellent. Entertainment staff were brilliant and work really hard to ensure everyone has fun. Evening entertainment was great, soothing different each night and very good acts. Loved it here just two gripes, rooms could do huge updating a little and get rid of carpet from bedrooms. And need extra toilet facilities near pool/bar restaurant area as only two for the whole of main area.
