Photos are deceptive Unfortunately, our experience at Ramada Residences Costa Adeje was extremely disappointing. We booked a Studio Apartment through Booking.com. One of our main concerns is how the property is presented online. The general Booking.com gallery prominently features the property’s much more modern accommodation. After we arrived and raised concerns about the apartment we received, we were shown that photos of the older Studio accommodation can be found by navigating into the specific room category. In our experience, the difference between the prominent property imagery and the apartment we actually received was significant. More concerning, however, was the condition and maintenance of our apartment. We documented multiple issues immediately after arrival, including significant corrosion/rust around bathroom fixtures and the toilet cistern, deteriorated and discoloured grout/sealant with dark spotting, deterioration around the entrance door and lock, and a wall switch fitting coming away from the wall. These are not simply complaints that the décor is dated. We raised our concerns with the property and asked for a satisfactory alternative, including whether we could be moved to one of the more modern apartments. Despite trying to resolve the matter directly, we were unable to reach a satisfactory resolution. What made the experience particularly frustrating was discovering just how different the newer accommodation at the same property looks. Had the older Studio accommodation been as prominent in the property’s presentation as the modern apartments, we would have been in a much better position to make an informed choice before booking.

Lovely hotel with great kids’ club entertainment, a lovely pool, and beautiful Premium Rooms (a bit of a walk to the pool). However, our room (G605) was right beside the lift, and the constant noise made it very difficult to relax. We reported this to reception and were told the manager would be informed, but no one followed up, which was disappointing and not the level of service we expected. Happy hour cocktails were nice, although a little light on the alcohol. Overall, a lovely hotel, but the room location and lack of response really let the experience down.
The Ramada is a beautiful resort situated in Costa Adeje, with amazing views it is spotlessly clean and the staff are more than helpful. Any review I read before going to the ramada was about the hill, its a nice walk down and can walk back but would recommend getting a taxi fanabe is about a 15 min walk with bars and restaurants, there is a supermarket about 200 yards away that has plenty to choose from and a mercodna in the xsur centre 10 mins walk away and of course a mini market on site, The accommodation its self i can't fault clean, comfortable, air-conditioning ect We did have a problem with our aircon unit and reception and technical staff fixed the unit the next day and providing a portable unit for the mean time, they are very efficient. Cleaning the room we did have an issue with included in our stay was 1 towel change and 1 full clean including towel change we stayed for 10 nights and our bed was changed on day 8, all equipment is provided to keep the apartment clean which is ideal with children however would have rathered having a change half way through our stay would have been a lot better, we did have a washing machine so that was a life saver. You however can request a towel change for €10 linen for €15 or a full clean for €55. Depending on apartment size. The hotel do also provide pool towels at the beginning of your stay. Food in Zacharys was delicious and the staff will try an accommodate fussy eaters to the best of their ability. Pool is cleaned and tested regularly from what we saw and slept really well with no outside disturbance. There is a mini club on daily apart from Friday for an hour each time. There is also a small mini golf on site and an adults only pool an bar ( unfortunately didnt try due to having two children) Hope this helps if you are thinking of staying in the ramada
Just got back from a perfect week at the Ramada Residences with my wife and what a gem of a place it is! From the intial arrival where we were greeted by the super friendly Lois in reception, right until we left a week later, we both could not fault this hotel one bit. Our room (E508) was on one of the upper floors with an amazing view over Adeje and it was again faultless. Super clean and modern, it had everything a room could need. Brand new kitchen and appliances, modern new spacious bathroom and the same in the lounge and bedroom. The air con and safe are also free, which is a nice bonus. The balcony was the cherry on the cake, being bigger than some rooms we’ve stayed in, it was awesome! The pool area is again super clean with a large pool suitable for children and adults alike. There is also a toddler pool and a hot tub if thats your thing. There was some work going on behind a screened off area near the pool and you could hear the noise of tiles being taken up etc but it wasn’t loud and never bothered us. The food in the restaurant and pool bar is spot on and again the staff are friendly and helpful. Do not let the hill to the hotel put you off, yes its a bit challenging, but as others have said, its good exercise!! If you want a clean, spacious and friendly hotel, we would say look no further than the Ramada, its absolutely perfect in every way, can’t wait to book again for next year 😎
I love Ramada. The two bedroom apartment there is lovely, all the staff there are lovely. I love to swim so I go down to the pool every day and honestly it is so so beautiful with clear waters it is heated and opens early and closed late. Then onsite there is a small shop which has most things you would need for holiday including ice creams drinks pool stuff and snacks. Then just to add on top they have two restaurants one is more of a cafe tho but it is still lovely. The other one has dinners and bingo on some days. So overall I would recommended it to every one weather you are old young have kids or not there is something for everyone.
