Had a lovely 7 night stay at this hotel. Hotel has been beautifully renovated, with lovely public areas. We had a lovely pool-view junior suite, which was lovely, although a little strange having the dual sinks right by the door. We were half-board and couldn’t fault the food for breakfast or dinner at night. At no time did we feel that we should skip a meal and eat off site. The staff are outstanding and really made the stay. Yes sometimes there were language barriers but all staff would do their best to find a solution for you. Yes it’s a quiet resort hotel, about a 15 minute walk down the hill from the centre itself, but just a wonderful place to chill out

I had such a lovely stay at the Radisson in Tenerife. The hotel is beautiful, clean and has a really nice atmosphere. I really enjoyed my time there and felt very comfortable throughout my stay. The only thing I wouldn’t give a 10/10 for was the food. It was okay, but I think the quality could be improved for a 5 star hotel. What really stood out to me, though, was the staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful, and they genuinely made my stay even better. I especially want to mention Damian, Javier, Rose from the bar and Daniel, the lifeguard by the pool. They were all absolutely lovely and made me feel so welcome!!!! Overall, I had a great experience and the staff really made the difference! ❤️

The highlight of our stay, without a doubt, was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was amazing—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. We traveled with our dog, and we really appreciated how flexible and welcoming the hotel was with pets throughout our stay. It made the whole experience much easier and more enjoyable for us. The room was impeccable, very clean and comfortable, and the food overall was really good. The only area I would like to see improved is the dinner service. On a few occasions, some of the main dishes ran out and were not replenished, which was a little disappointing. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. The excellent staff, spotless rooms, good food, and genuinely pet-friendly approach made this a very enjoyable stay. We would happily return.
