We had a wonderful stay in an Executive Suite on a B&B basis the first week of August. The hotel location is fantastic, very central but yet very quiet. The breakfast was excellent, and the reception staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The pool area is lovely with pool bar servicing food daily. There was always sun loungers available, hotel also shared pool towels. I would highly recommend the hotel. We will definitely be back! Hotel is as per the photos.

We had a wonderful stay at Oasis Lanz Beach Mate in Lanzarote and could not have asked for a better experience. The apartment was beautiful, modern, spotless and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful touches: washing-up liquid, new sponges and even complimentary water on arrival. The restaurant offered a great variety of food, and a special mention goes to the chef, who was incredibly kind and went out of his way to prepare special dishes for my baby. This was such a lovely gesture and made our stay with a little one even easier. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always happy to accommodate our requests with a smile. The location is also fantastic: close to the sea, perfect for beautiful walks along the promenade, and within easy reach of shops and supermarkets. The hotel really offers everything you could need for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. Highly recommended!
Im so happy we found this hotel. We will be coming back! The room was kept super clean during our 10 night stay, it was cleaned everyday except once. We asked for extra mugs to use for tea (for the kids) and they was given to us the next morning when available. It has a table tennis and a tennis court which is all free but you have to book a slot. The pool table is 1 euro. We mostly could always get a sun lounger round the pool. They don't charge for a safe which we thought was fab. The room has air con, staff are helpful on reception. The breakfast had so much variety. Our stay was actually pretty peaceful for the summer holidays, we had kids with us age 12 and 10 and they had a great time. It is more of a relaxing hotel rather than kids running round wild. No kids club or anything of that's your kind of thing then this hotel is not for you. We will be back :) one negative is I had one piña colada and it wasn't great for the price I paid, it was just in a plastic cup and didn't look or taste very good for the money so this maybe something you could look at.
Hotel Oasis Lanz Beach was truly amazing. I’d say: don’t hesitate—just book it. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the very first moment—from the reception and housekeeping to the staff at breakfast and dinner. The hotel is well-kept, and the atmosphere is very relaxed. It’s quiet in the evenings; if you’re looking for entertainment, this isn’t the place for you. The breakfast is largely the same every morning, but there is such a huge variety that there’s something for everyone. My partner is vegetarian and had plenty of options at both breakfast and dinner. There is a different theme for dinner each night. The food is tasty and the selection is plentiful, so I don’t understand why I read some negative reviews. Our room was spacious and tidy. Sure, there was a small spot on the wall here or a tiny dent or scratch there, but that’s bound to happen. The room was cleaned every day—and believe me, that’s a huge plus with all that sand around. We received fresh towels daily. It was just a short distance to the restaurants, bars, and the sea; the hotel is very centrally located. In short: a really lovely, friendly, and well-maintained hotel.
This truly is a wonderful location with clean and modern rooms. The breakfast is varied and covered everything you could want and to a high standard. You can even have an omlettex pancakes and toasties made in front of you. The location is 60 seconds from all the bars, restaurants and shops. A further 2 minutes will get you to beach. Upon checkout a courtesy room is available, which is the best courtesy room I have had. Basically just another suite, not like a locker room. **I have gave 5 stars as it does not deserve less but there is some issues/ suggestions that could be addressed. 1/The sunbed policy. We were told when we checked in you cannot reserve sunbeds and that the pool area would not open until 10am. Anything left on the sunbed to reserve them would be removed. We thought this was great and would ensure fairness however, the first morning I looked out the window at 8am people were scattered all over the sunbeds and towels were left all over sunbeds. The first day a woman from reception removed some towels from sunbeds which people were not currently laying on. One English woman caused a scene that day and they never came back to do this the rest of the week. So we were forced to have to get to the sunbeds early every morning just to get 2. If you have rules please enforce them and don't worry about english Karen's crying. The hotel is for everyone that's why there is rules. 2/The vibe of the hotel is very chill. However, at night there should be some entertainment and an area to enjoy it. Having the pool bar area at night with a DJ once a week is not really fitting. Bring in some live music and have a new chilled area to enjoy it. 3/ The TV should be in front of the bed in the room.
