Honest opinion. Great service and very clean hotel but... you need to pay separately for snack bar with all inclusive! Their website doesn't give you any of that information. There is some leftovers from breakfast for you in main restaurant but nothing to eat really. Food is not great...we expected a bit more variety. Small area with fruit and desserts also nothing great. You can't swim with mattresses in the pool? I was sunbathing by the pool on the mattress and they told me to go... its a great location and staff is polite but for this kind of money you can have better for sure. Don't listen to tik tok opinions as I did. My mistake. Definitely not luxurious as they advertising. No music on the pool area. Music only plays when there is aerobics etc

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything else met our expectations. The only downside was the breakfast, which was quite simple and had very limited options, especially for vegan guests. Adding a wider variety of vegan choices would make the breakfast experience much better. Despite that, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning.
We spent a week at the Mediterranean Palace and honestly had such a lovely time. Everything was great from the moment we arrived. Check-in was probably the smoothest we’ve ever had, even though we turned up two hours early. Our room was ready and there was no fuss at all. The food was fantastic too. We went all-inclusive and there was always a huge choice, with something different every day. Everything was fresh, tasty and really well prepared. We also tried Coal and Diabolo, the two other restaurants in the hotel, and both were amazing. Our room was really nice, comfortable and cleaned perfectly every day. And the air conditioning was an absolute lifesaver during that hot week! 😄 A big thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable. We had a brilliant time and will definitely be back soon! 😊
Overall, the stay was decent and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. However, for a 5-star hotel, I was surprised that access to the gym and spa required an additional fee rather than being included in the stay - 6 euros for the gym and 20 euros for the spa per day. Basic amenities such as a dental kit/dressing gown/slippers etc were also not provided, which is something many hotels offer as standard. The breakfast was okay but nothing particularly memorable. While the service was okay, the overall value and inclusions fell short of what I would expect from a 5-star hotel. I’ve stayed at many 5 stars across the globe, and this was definitely the worst one.
Amazing hotel!!! Had the best experience tenerife could of possibly giving to us. The hotel is just simply the best in tenerife I would not stay anywhere else in the future. I couldnt get over how the hotel looked the decor and design is just great I loved how the hotel was I would simply say its a 5 star hotel. The staff were just amazing from reception to entertainment to the cleaners. The cleaners every day would great you each member. The entertainment staff doing the sports activities like games and sports like volley ball had a great way about things very energetic people with great positive out look on things. I really liked the sports activities the staff definitely done exceptional work if you ask me. The buffet was great however I would of liking to see more of an Irish traditional breakfast there. They have a weighing scales for your baggage which is a bonus to and staff at reception try there best to accommodate you
