Labranda Alyssa Suite Hotel

Gorgeous hotel, staff are super welcoming and very attentive always willing to help! rooms are clean and cleaned daily, you are allocated a villa type room which I think is really unique! food changes daily very good selection, good drinks, a good amount of sunbeds so no wars in the morning, great entertainment at night, speakers round the pool during the day. It is 10/15 minutes from any shops or the beach but the walk and scenery is beautiful. It has fantastic views and also kittys! ✨ first time in Lanzarote and it certainly did not disappoint 🤍

Lovely hotel. Very clean resort & rooms. Staff all very polite and helpful, especially Marina who was excellent. It was my partner’s birthday whilst we were there and for €15 the hotel decorated our apartment with balloons & banners and left a bottle of sparkling wine, glasses & chocolates in the room on the day. Resort very relaxed & fairly quiet which was perfect for us as two families with 3 kids under 9. Always able to get sun beds around the pools and despite hotel being fully booked the place never felt crowded or too busy. All three swimming pools were really nice and very clean all around them. Food all fresh & hot. Freshly cooked pizza available at lunch and dinner really nice. Great selection at breakfast. Waiting staff were all brilliant and never had to wait for a table or queue for food. Would be nice to have coffee / tea available at dinner time and would have been nice for lounge bar to be open in the evenings as another option to the pool bar. Would recommend for a lovely relaxing holiday with younger children. Only €4 in a taxi to the main playa blanca town or bus stop 5 min walk from hotel.

Stayed for 7 nights. Had a lovely time and the staff were very friendly (shout out to David!!). The rooms were nice and clean and although it’s a decent walk to the town, taxis are so cheap and easily booked by reception staff. After reading a review left a couple of days ago about jewellery being stolen, I do have to mention something about the cleaners. I thought it was just a me problem as when I reported missing €80 we were just told there was nothing we could do… I also had my promise ring which my boyfriend gifted me disappear from the table. As this isn’t just a me problem I will be contacting the hotel and speaking with easyjet holidays as it’s really not nice to have things taken. My promise ring isn’t an expensive piece of jewellery (hence not being in the safe) and holds a lot of sentimental value. That being said I did have another issue at the hotel with a guest harassing me and some other guests. Reception staff managed to sort this situation and we were able to enjoy the holiday which we were all relieved and happy about. Overall though I really enjoyed my stay, just some unfortunate instances with stolen items. If it’s any help please can you find out who cleaned room 609 on 17/07 and on 11/07, as I spoke to a cleaner and know that they are each allocated rooms to clean. Thank you

This is a great hotel. Good service, friendly staff, great facilities. Accommodation, we had a one bedroom bungalow, with a good size living area, bedroom and shower room/toilet. Air con, tv(with bbc and itv),living area, tea and coffee facilities. One patio area with a view of the sea. A clothes drying area and a sunken patio. The hotel has two good size pools and a toddler pool. With an attendant/life guard. A pool side bar. A sports area table tennis, pool,5 aside football pitch,tennis court and volly ball and a children's play area . Good restaurant ,we were all inclusive. Food was a good standard always something good. Lots of choice. Local drinks ,soft drinks and coffee all day 10.00 until 23.00. Entertainment at night at the pool bar local artists. The usual pool side activities, aerobics water polo etc. The gardens are landscaped and well looked after. Just a warning to enter from the main road (coach drop off) there's about 30 steps. There's a service road nearer for taxi etc.Loved this place, would return.
