Excellent hotel. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is also great for exploring La Laguna. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
We stayed for 5 nights and everything was perfect, from the staff, room and service. Enjoyed the pool and the cafeteria. The hotel is very comfortable, the AC works perfectly and the noise in the room is not intrusive. Breakfast was good with several food options. If back in Tenerife, that's where will stay again as the Laguna Gran Hotel is perfectly located.
What a wonderful find! Boutique hotel - don’t let the small street facade fool you. This hotel is wonderful as is there staff and the amenities they have to offer. Great breakfast buffet, lobby bar, open work spaces and the roof top pool and area!!! A must stay if you’re in Tenerife!!
We had a wonderful stay at La Laguna Gran Hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, especially during Carnival — close enough to fully enjoy the festivities in Santa Cruz, yet far enough to return to peace and calm in the evening. It truly offered the best of both worlds. The rooms were very well equipped, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Everything we needed was there (although a bathrobe would have been a lovely additional touch to get to the swimming pool). The staff was genuinely friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent — generous, varied, and of great quality, with plenty of options to suit everyone. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would happily return.
