From the moment I walked into reception I knew I was going to enjoy my stay here from the lovely warm welcome from Anica on reception. Friendly and highly professional. I stayed in the two bedroom villa and it was spotlessly clean, to a very high standard. The entire area was easy to navigate and I was impressed with their facilities for disabled guests. I wish I had more time here but I will be back to explore more. The area is perfect everything is in walking distance and the bus stop just outside reception. Breakfast was well organized with a nice selection of food. They were very accommodating to my needs and I was able to bring my mountain bike and a mobility scooter into the property no problem at all. The beds were very comfortable and the villa is nice and spacious with a large tv and air-con in the living room. I would be very happy to return here for a longer stay.

Lovely place to stay on our vacation with our family. Immaculately clean, friendly staff offering a great service. We stayed in one of their superior rooms and had no problems at all with it. Separate disabled sunbeds for visitors noted too. Only thing to note that I didn't like was that the poolside bar didn't open until 1pm. Lovely little on site supermarket was handy too offering all your basic products. Thank you very much for accommodating us. Added bonus is that it is only a couple of minutes from the airport.
Hotel is good. Lots of people like to moan about anything and everything but it's a good hotel. Rooms are a decent size, beds are comfy, shower works fine. Some of the kitchen appliances are a bit outdated but they still work so hardly worth moaning about. Clock on the kitchen wall didn't work but who cares really? Location was very good with bars and restaurants nearby. Pool was nice. There are 2, main one can be a bit livelier but it's still fine to spend the day. The smaller pool further from the reception is a lot more quiet but it's still a decent sized pool. We ate at the pool bar and the food was lovely, probably a bit overpriced but still, it was nice. Don't be put off by people moaning about stupid things, that's just British people for you.
Stayed here 3 other times then this year we had a total of 20 cockroch in are room over seven days they put in 10 bait boxes in a one bedroom apartment i had to remove dead ones every day and clean the floors crawling over the work service all I got from them was a bottle of wine we moved out the night before we came home just to get some sleep. Never again the staff at the desk did not care found out today from jet2 they will not take responsibility on our terrible 2 weeks hoilday was due to go back in September this year counciled it lost my deposit after we left the fumigated the apartment I say know more.
This was a fantastic hotel for us as a couple with a young child. Having him sleep in a separate room was great, as was being able to prepare our own meals in the kitchen. We received a free room upgrade to a two bed from a one bed apartment, which was super kind of the receptionist. There is one aircon unit in the living room but not in the bedrooms so we opened the windows at night. The onsite laundrette was a lifesaver. There are two large salt water pools, and an onsite shop for water and ice creams. All of the staff are super nice. We were self catered so only ate in the hotel restaurant on arrival and didn't like the food. The beach is 5 mins walk as are a number of Irish pubs - the Auld Triangle serves the best quality food. There's a good mini golf a taxi ride away in Puerto de Carmen.
