HOVIMA Cool is definitely one of those special places! I am absolutely delighted with every aspect of my stay. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional atmosphere, the beautiful surroundings, the stylish interior, the delicious food, and, above all, the wonderful people who make this hotel so special. ✨ The staff are simply outstanding! Their kindness, professionalism, friendliness, and genuine willingness to help make every guest feel welcome and valued. Every smile and every thoughtful gesture makes a difference. It is clear that hospitality here comes from the heart, and that is something truly special. ❤️ A special thank you to the housekeeping team, whose hard work, dedication, and attention to detail deserve the highest praise. A brilliant hotel. My partner and I first stayed here in 2023, and here we are again. We chose the standard all-inclusive package, which was perfect for our needs. You can upgrade to a fancier elite package, but we didn't feel it was worth it. What we like about Hovima Cool is how clean it is - floors are super shiny - public toilets are spotless. A vast improvement compared to other 4 star hotels we've stayed at in Costa Adeje. The entertainment is very lively, but there are quiet areas you can relocate to if you want a bit of peace. The majority of guests here are older British and German. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We were on the 7th floor.

From the moment we arrived at HOVIMA Cool Adults, the whole experience was amazing. We upgraded to Excellence, and it was well worth the extra money. The mini bar in the room was an added bonus and a really nice touch. The food was very good for an all-inclusive resort, and there was very little I could complain about. There are three Excellence restaurants to choose from; we only tried the Asian restaurant during our stay, but the food was absolutely beautiful. The staff really made the experience special. The entertainment team, bar staff, waitresses and front-desk staff were all fantastic, and I genuinely couldn’t fault a thing. We stayed in room 904 and couldn’t have been happier. The view was amazing and the room was comfortable. One small suggestion would be for the entertainment team to spend a little more time around the Excellence area inviting guests to join in with the games and activities. That said, we probably could have joined in more ourselves if we had followed the hotel app properly! One tip: bring your own iron! The one provided by the hotel is shocking 😂. And don’t buy the gold from the lady setting up in the lobby — I got caught out with that one! Overall, a fantastic stay and one I would happily recommend. We had an amazing time and would definitely return!

Great start to the holiday was given glasses of champagne on arrival. Rooms are nice, there are water coolers available to refill water bottles, we were in room 332 and there was one just a couple doors down from us. The food selection in the buffet always has something for everyone. We love the entertainment during the day, a selection of sports and activities that rotate, with the chance to win a medal from some activities. The pool is lovely and plenty of sun loungers - you can normally get a couple even later in the day. The staff are helpful and friendly and the evening entertainment and the animation team are great!!
