Our first time going self catering and it was fantastic. Think we will stick to self catering from now on even with the kids! Hotel was brilliant, everything was spotlessly clean and tidy. The room was a decent size with aircon. Maids in every day. Couldn't have been better for the kids with the play area right outside our ground floor room (room 105). Nice and quiet. The pools were small, but even though it was peak holiday season not many people around & could easily get sunbeds. Only stayed at the hotel for "entertainment" one night. Our 6 year old enjoyed the mini disco and the parrot show after was same as every other show (but good if you have never seen one before) €40 for the photo's. Drinks were a bit more expensive at the hotel than I would have expected, but the supermarket was just down the road with dirt cheap food and drinks. Yes the hotel had a small shop in it, but that was alot more expensive). 20 min walk to some bars and restaurants (even more if you keep going and get the main drag for night life not much further). Didn't realise it had a small gym until the last day otherwise might have gone in it. I wouldn't get the entry tickets to Siam Park in with the booking again though as that was a complete waste of money and time (way too busy). You need to catch a taxi if going out as it's to far to walk to Siam Park and the nearest beach. I don't often want to go back to the same places, but this is definately one to consider going to again and would 100% reccomend it to anyone going to Tenerife. Need more than 6 nights as it was no where near long enough.

Overall we had a great stay and I would definitely stay here again. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable, and we had a lovely view of the pool. I’d read some reviews mentioning lots of cockroaches, so I was a little worried before we arrived, but thankfully we didn’t see a single one during our stay. The only small issue was that our towels weren’t changed for 2 days before we left. It wasn’t a big deal though, as we asked reception for clean towels and they were provided straight away. The location was really convenient, with the beaches, Siam Park and Siam Mall all nearby. There were also lots of options for excursions, so there was plenty to do. The food was really good, with lots of choice including steak, pizza, pasta and omelettes, all cooked fresh. There was a lady chef who cooked the best steaks, although unfortunately I didn’t catch her name! The majority of the staff were really lovely, friendly and welcoming. There were one or two staff members who I found a little rude, but overall the service was great. The older gentleman working at the bar during the kids’ discos was an absolute vibe! The entertainment was okay. The kids’ disco seemed more suited to younger children, and my children, aged 11 and 13, found the adult entertainment a little boring. We made our own fun though by playing other games, so it didn’t spoil our holiday. The Parrot Show was definitely my favourite! Lots of water polo to be played during the day. When we visited, the atmosphere was very relaxed and the hotel felt really family-friendly. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend this hotel. We’d happily come back!
Loved our stay here, the hotel and the staff were excellent. The only issue we had, which are minor, the blender behind the bar wasn't working all week & the hot drink machines were not working properly for majority of the week despite lots of guests raising this with staff. I would also raise that this hotel is far away from shops, there is a mini supermarket a few feet away, but it is ridiculously overpriced. Taxi service is very good & reception will get one which is there within couple of minutes & you will need that as buses do not stop near the hotel
Lovely quiet place. Long way to beach to walk. Taxis are cheap though, fiver a trip. Pool only 4 foot deep in all places but good for children. Went self catering and supermarkets in vicinity. Overall a nice relaxing place to stay. We were upgraded to a suite on arrival, for free, so that was a bonus. Plenty of space, and a roof terrace, which was good for evening drinks and entertaining.
An amazing hotel with plenty pool space. Never need to rush around the pool, any time of the day we go there is no problem finding beds for the 6 of us. I give the overall location 4 star as it is further away from the beach, but great quiet and relaxing space. It takes around 15mins to walk down to the beach or a 7 euro taxi ride. Would definitely recommend this place.
