We had such a lovely stay at this hotel and honestly couldn’t fault a thing. Everything was perfect from start to finish — the food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was lovely and welcoming.
All the staff were so friendly, helpful and attentive, which really made our stay even more enjoyable. The whole hotel had such a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere, and everything was clean, comfortable and well looked after.
We really enjoyed our time here and would happily come back again. A big thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special. Definitely a 5-star experience! ❤️
The hotel more than exceeded our expectations, it was clean, the staff were friendly, the pools were amazing and they had on-site mini golf and tennis. They offered vegan options for my family also. The location was lovely, it was my first time in tenerife and I would 100% stay here again. Also the beds were huge and for the first time in years I've not been hanging off the edge of the bed!
Brilliant! Easy to get to all the attractions in Puerto de la Cruz. Friendly and helpful staff who make everyone welcome. Great facilities and activities for all ages including superb pools. Good food with something for all tastes. Would definitely book again.
We stayed here with my girlfriend and everything was wonderful. In my opinion, this is the most beautiful hotel I have ever seen. I especially loved the backyard area with its two swimming pools and jacuzzi. The views from the balcony are amazing, and even the view from the elevator while going up to your floor is impressive.
The breakfasts were excellent — you definitely won't leave hungry. The housekeeping service was also outstanding: the rooms were cleaned every day, and fresh towels and bed sheets were provided daily. 👍🏼
A huge thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable, especially Jesus at the reception desk. He's a great guy and was always helpful and friendly.

Absolutely stunning hotel, we've stated here twice now & we adore the hotel, staff are lovely, especially the cleaners who go above & beyond, nothing is a problem for any of the staff, the bar staff are all lovely.
The room make over is beautiful, we had room 436 which was overlooking the pool, stunning view of both the pool & Mount Tiede.
The breakfast catered for all, from cereal, to full English plus naughty cake which was fully indulged on 🤣
Overall we stayed for 19 nights & we simply did not want to leave.
Looking forward to heading back at some point in the future, can highly recommend.
