A beautiful hidden gem! What a wonderful place to stay! This hotel is a true hidden gem, located on the quieter, lush green northern side of the island. Its secluded location makes it wonderfully peaceful, while the hotel itself has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. We also played golf every day on the magnificent golf course right next to the hotel. The hotel takes care of all the transportation and arrangements, which made the whole experience incredibly easy and stress-free. We initially booked three nights, but we loved the place so much that we extended our stay by another four nights. It really is a fantastic place! The staff are exceptionally friendly, attentive, and genuinely involved in making sure guests have a wonderful stay. A special thank you to Rita, who went above and beyond to make sure we could keep our preferred room. She did an amazing job and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast is delicious and offers a great variety of choices. Our room was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained, with fresh flowers, complimentary water, coffee, and everything else we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. Highly recommended if you are looking for peace, comfort, beautiful surroundings, and excellent service!

Beautiful location with professional, friendly staff who were always available and attentive. The resort offers plenty of relaxing activities, plus an amazing golf course next door where you can take lessons too. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Since we just got married, the team gave us a lovely welcome with a drink and special treats, such a thoughtful touch! Recommended

My boyfriend and I stayed at the hotel last year and it was definitely an amazing stay. The hotel is not only beautiful but also located in a very quiet area of the island, great food, very good service, truly feels like a 5 star hotel. Maybe I would not recommend to stay there if it’s the first time in Tenerife as it’s a bit far out and to go down south you have to go up the Teide through Masca but Puerto de la Cruz and Santa Cruz are very easily to reach. All in all an amazing experience, I would definitely come back.

Spectacular hotel, beautifully maintained facilities, and a very pleasant experience from start to finish. The food was very good, varied, and high quality, but above all I would like to sincerely thank Marco Musing, the restaurant manager. I have several food allergies, and when traveling it is usually quite difficult to find safe options, especially for dinner. Marco was attentive every single day, making everything much easier for me, offering alternatives, and preparing adapted meals and dinners for me on the spot whenever needed. It is incredibly reassuring to find someone so attentive, approachable, and professional. Thank you so much for the care and for making my stay so easy and enjoyable. Definitely a place I would return to.
