Excellent, spotlessly clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff, especially Fayna who did a great job cleaning our room. Great variety at breakfast and good menu for evening meals. Food was consistently good. Very comfy bed.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is located in an elegant area of the city, very close to the center and well served by public transportation. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. A special mention goes to all the staff: always present, helpful, and kind.

Absolutely stunning hotel in my favourite part of the island. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The hotel is reasonably small and quiet which is the exact reason we booked it. The bar is lovely and the rooms are the best I’ve stayed in for a long time. We opted for a junior suite and I cannot recommend it enough. The price, the location, and the staff deserve a 10/10. We will absolutely be returning on our next visit to Tenerife. My only regret is not asking for names so I can personally commend the wonderful staff members.

Large and comfortable room with a huge comfy bed and beautiful bathroom. Great breakfast with lots of choice. Friendly, helpful staff. The hotel is scrupulously clean throughout. It’s set in a very elegant part of town, with classic villas and pretty streets and a lovely park nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
