The hotel is very poorly maintained, the reception staff is very rude, inattentive. The room I received is very poorly positioned, although the hotel had enough rooms. Lack of parking space; in the evening it is a real adventure to find a parking space. The only professionals in the hotel are the restaurant staff, kind and with a smile on their faces. The food is very good and plentiful, only here they had a professional level.

Had a lovely family holiday for 10 nights at the Atlantic el tope location high up steps or road down to town always got taxi back. Hotel lovely well set out , rooms clean could have done with more storage in the rooms we were in , food very good lots of choice, staff lovely throughout the hotel . Spent most of our time at the splash park and pool excellent lifeguard (soccorista) yerobe made sure everyone was safe although the lifeguard from bottom pool joan jose was terrible he upset yerobe throughout our stay definitely a jobsworth on our last day made him cry so we went to manager of hotel to report him he definitely doesn't think anyone should have fun he forgets how much money people have spent on their holiday i just hope management made this right and sorted it out. snack bar excellent, rooftop bar with jacuzzi excellent even though you have to pay for drinks but drinks so nice. And to the lovely people of all nationalities who met . All in all a lovely time x
This hotel has the magic ability to make your vaction the worst! With no smile, not even a little feeling that they want to help. The room that they gave us was old, full of rust The balcony, which was great, was very difficult to go out to because the window was stuck After two nights, and few photos we showed them from the room, suddenly there were new rooms for us! I was travelling around the world, the lowest hostels was better than this place Unfortunately, my first time in Tenerife is frustrating thanks to this hotel
This is already a very good hotel, and it's getting better as it's getting renovated. Staff was nice, food was varied and very good with lots of spanish/local options. We got one of the better rooms, family room on the corner with a huge terrace and great views. Renovations are still not finished, but it's mainly niceties, the facade on the back is old with some cracks, the downstairs pool is old with many tiles replaced with plaster, the glass bottom of the new upstairs pool looks onto unfinished construction works etc. The location is good, you can reach the Loro park train with a short walk, downtown and a mall is also near. The hotel is on a hill though so it can be challenging to walk with very small kids or disabled adults. Parking spaces are scarce but I always managed to find one at the hotel parking lot. Main thing I would improve besides finishing the renovations is the pool opening times, 11 for the kiddy pool is too late for opening, and it also closes too soon.
Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. Stayed here last year and we had a great time, the staff are also very kind and accommodating. It's also so convenient, as it's only a short downhill walk to restaurant chains and shops such as salons, supermarkets, etc. It's also very close to the beach. Would definitely recommend booking.
