Our stay at the MGM Tenerife was fantastic. The hotel was incredibly nice and clean, and the food was consistently good throughout our trip.What really made our holiday special was the amazing customer service. Every staff member was welcoming, but we want to give a special shout-out to the bartender, Francesco. He was absolutely wonderful—always greeted us with a huge smile, was incredibly polite, and kept us laughing with his funny personality. He truly went above and beyond!We highly recommend this hote
We've stayed here a couple of times now and it's always been lovely. Staff are always helpful and friendly. The room we had last year was brilliant. This year it could have been better. Just little bits that have been repaired but when your not in there all day it's not your main focus. All inclusive food is always good. Clean and staff are always on the ball cleaning your table. They are always working so hard throughout the day. This really is a fab place to stay.

Cons:
The biggest issue for us was the air conditioning. We specifically chose this hotel because it advertised having A/C, especially because we were visiting in July. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working properly, and in many areas it felt like there was no A/C at all.
The dining areas, hallways, and especially the game room were extremely hot and uncomfortable. The rooms also did not have effective air conditioning. Advertising that the hotel has A/C when it is not actually available or functioning properly feels like false advertising and is very misleading for guests who choose this hotel based on that important feature.
Overall, this is a shame because the hotel has many positive qualities, but if having proper air conditioning is important to you — especially during the hot summer months — I would not recommend choosing this place.
Had a great time and absolutely loved it here. If i had to be realllyyyyy picky the apartments was abit out of date and probably need refurbishing but we still loved our room, really spacious. The location was nice as there was shops surrounding the hotel and an irish pub which is convenient as we’re from the UK. I really loved our time here. The piano and pool bar is really good. The pool, dining area and the piano bar is pretty modern compared to the room. The planes are loud nearby but we found it cool seeing them so close from our balcony. The staff are friendly and helpful and most of them know more languages than just spanish. Especially 2 receptionists they was fluent in english.

The room was on the outdated side however had everything you would need, the bed was very comfy!
All inclusive buffet had a variety of options, food was pipping hot on most occasions.
The drinks (all inclusive) were great, there was no limit per person.
The pool, 3 different pools, lifeguard constantly present.
The location of this hotel is very convenient as things are only a short walk away.
We had a fabulous time away!
