Just came back from a 10 day break at this hotel we stayed all inclusive and the hotel it’s team services and food was exceptional, do not listen to some of the reviews around this should be a 4 star and that the food is not that great with loads of queing. This is definitely a 5 star and the restaurants are exceptional and the team go out of their way to make it a great stay, the pools are really nice especially the children’s pool and snack bar. The entertainment is good in the evenings with a mix. We stayed twice at the sister hotel Victoria and loved that but found the all inclusive element at the Gran was amazing. Will be returning 100%

Beautiful Hotel, Frustrating "All-Inclusive" Policy We recently stayed at the GF Gran Costa Adeje. While the property delivers exceptionally well on traditional hotel hospitality, room comfort, and cleanliness, guests should be warned that the resort's "all-inclusive" offering is not as advertised. The Highlights: Where the Hotel Shines Stunning Lobby Feature: The hotel makes an incredible first impression. Looking up at the lobby ceiling, there is a spectacular glass-bottomed poo lthat looks absolutely impressive and sets a grand tone for the resort. World-Class Service: The staff here are excellent—attentive, friendly, polite, and highly approachable. It genuinely feels like their sole purpose is to please the guests. Spacious & Comfortable Rooms: The bedrooms and bathrooms are remarkably spacious, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Housekeeping is fantastic; the rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. Impeccable Cleanliness: The entire hotel is spotless, well-maintained, and kept tidy throughout the day. Great Dining Variety: The buffet selection is excellent, with a standout fresh pasta station serving up fantastic, made-to-order dishes. Poolside Comfort: You won't need to fight for a spot here. There are plenty of high-quality sunbeds available, and the hotel provides massive, incredibly soft pool towels. The Drawbacks: An "All-Inclusive" Reality Check It is crucial for future guests to know that this resort does not offer a true, unrestricted all-inclusive experience. None of the following restrictions are made clear during booking: Total Premium Exclusion: Premium beers and spirits are excluded from your package **at all times If you want anything beyond the basic range, you will be paying extra. The Midnight Cutoff: The "all-inclusive" service stops strictly at midnight. Regardless of your package, once the clock strikes 12:00 AM, you are required to pay out of pocket for any drinks. The Tea & Coffee Annoyance: Be aware that the maids do not automatically replenish the tea and coffee in your room daily after day one, which they really should be doing. While it is free of charge if you call down to reception to request it, it's an unnecessary hassle just to get your morning brew. Food Limits: There are noticeable, ongoing restrictions on the availability and types of food and snacks you can access throughout the day. No Swim-Up Bar:If you enjoy that particular resort staple, you won't find one at this property. Final Verdict If you are looking for spacious comfort, excellent sleep quality, a visually impressive hotel, and top-tier staff hospitality, the Gran Costa Adeje delivers a beautiful stay. However, if your goal is a seamless, premium "all-inclusive" holiday, the constant, unadvertised restrictions, minor daily hassles, and charges for drinks after midnight will likely leave you frustrated.
Really recommend this hotel! Staff were friendly and were very helpful when giving advice and information. The room was very spacious with a balcony. The cleanliness of the hotel and room was excellent. We got bed and breakfast and the variety was amazing. There is a rooftop pool for adults only which has a stunning view of the beach and mountains. There was Entertainment every day at the pool such as aqua gym, bouncy castle, water carpet, games etc which is a bonus if travelling with kids. The beach is within a 5/10 minute walk and has so many restaurants to choose from. Loved this hotel.
Have just returned from our 3rd visit to GF Gran Costa Adeje and just as our previous visits it was excellent. The hotel is very clean and the staff are excellent, always on hand to help you out. The rooms have been recently refurbished and are very spacious and have excellent facilities including great air conditioning. The food is fresh and prepared by an excellent team who again are happy to help with any requests. We went during half term which meant the hotel was at capacity however the adults only rooftop pool meant we could avoid the main pool areas which were very busy with families enjoying their holidays. We stayed half board however the hotel is located a short walk from many bars and restaurants and the beach is a ten minute walk. Very pleased with our stay and we hope to return soon.
Excellent hotel just minutes from a lovely beach and restaurants. The house keeping keep the hotel spotless and every member of staff we meet greeted us with a hello. The reception staff were very accommodating especially as we had to check out at 12 but were not leaving for the airport until later. The hotel seemed recently beautifully refurbished . We would definitely return .
