We have stayed at this hotel a few times and I think it just gets better and better each time. I can honestly say every single member of staff works tirelessly to provide an excellent service. There’s something for everyone here no matter their age. We love the adult only rooftop area for sun bathing but then there’s also a couple of different pools on the ground floor more suited to families. There’s entertainment every day & night for all ages and all the entertainment team are fabulous. The food is very good quality with plenty of variety each day and it’s always beautifully presented. The bar staff are very friendly and brilliant at keeping everyone’s drinks refreshed. I can’t really fault this hotel and look forward to returning some time.

Lovely hotel we went for a week all inclusive with 2 children 6 and 3 and we had the best week. Rooms are average nothing special but clean and roomy enough for the amount of time you spend there, food was nice loved the fact they had stuff you could grab all afternoon to eat around the pool. For us the animation team were the highlight and really made our week special 2 in particular Gulia and another lady which I cannot remember her name but were fantastic with my girls and they loved them so much they are great with the kids for activities during the day and evening mini disco!! Evening entertainment for adults was also very good we enjoyed all the acts we see! Can highly recommend this hotel and will definitely visit again!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely perfect – already booking my return stay! I only got back at 2am this morning after 10 wonderful days here, and I could not fault anything at all. The hotel was very clean everywhere. Entertainment ran all day for adults and children – great shows for everyone, brilliant mini disco, plus a mini club right after the disco too. There was a fantastic range of food with plenty of choice, and best of all no flies around like you get in some other places. Bar staff were amazing, and brought drinks straight to our table day and night. All the team spoke great English, communication was excellent, and nothing was too much trouble. I had such an amazing time I am already booking my next trip back right now! 💛

Hotel pools are all excellent, the whole hotel is kept spotlessly clean. The drinks and food in the AI in very good quality. Entertainment in evening was hit and miss but relatively good (4 nights were some form of acrobat shows, each one good but repetitive) but comedy music show was excellent, best Entertainment of the week. Some staff were quite rude and hard to deal with while other staff couldn't do enough for you. The old fashioned pieces of paper for restaurant and towels was a little off putting. Overall though would recommend the hotel.
