I’ve been staying at Coral for the last week and it was the first time I had travelled on my own. Overall my stay at Coral has been great and it was exactly how I imagined it would be. I had fantastic views of the mountains from my room, which had everything I could have possibly needed in there waiting for me. I would definitely return in the future. The team at Coral could not have done anything more to ensure I enjoyed my stay with them. The reception staff were very friendly and accommodating. The team also surprised me with a card and a bottle of wine on my birthday, which was super unexpected but very appreciated. The team also sent me multiple messages on WhatsApp to check that everything was going okay, and to ask if there was anything I needed from them. They also helped me with booking activities for me to do, and recommended I take the bus to really explore the island. These recommendations really helped contribute towards the amazing experience that I had. I also took advantage of the spa facilities during my stay, including multiple very relaxing massages. The service provided by the team at the spa was also great. Just like everywhere, there’s a few things which could be different that would have made my visit even better; 1) When I first arrived I struggled to find the entrance to the building and where reception was - English is the only language I can speak and I couldn’t see any signage pointing where to go. 2) Maintenance of some areas of the resort could be improved, there was paint peeling off walls in some areas, as well as stained ceiling tiles which took away from the overall aesthetic of the building - although these were mainly around the spa pool areas. 3) There’s so much space that is not being utilised in the main foyer area which appears to be closed off - I would have loved to have seen what should have been here. 4) Whilst the holiday was self catering (and there was a kitchen in my room) it would have been nice to access a restaurant within the hotel - just from convenience. I would definitely return, it’s in a great location which spectacular views all around as well as being close to public transport allowing you to explore. Thank you for hosting me.

Beautiful area hotel is lovely, views are spectacular, but no bar in hotel no restaurant, and a bus trip is needed everyday, if you want to see anything! If you want total relax great, but you will need to order in, or use the 1 restaurant, which we couldn't find anything on the menu we liked apart from a mixed grill which is 45 euro each,, But hotel is lovely only downfall is no bar no food, and far away from anywhere
I really wanted to write an amazing review of this place but having spent a week here I have good points and bad. Positives - • The pool area was nice and clean, Life guard at the start of the week was friendly and great with the families. • Room was spacious - we had a lovely view of both the hills and the sea. • A vending machine was a great addition considering any arrival after half 9 would mean you walking into town which takes around 20 mins for the local shops which opened until midnight. • "Reception staff" were helpful when I needed them and were generally pretty friendly. Negatives - • No where online could I find the information regarding private residency. My family struggled with the neighbours. It was hard for us to relax considering we did not play music, simply sat outside chatting enjoying the weather but were harrassed multiple times. We were respectful and in our rooms before 11 most nights. • No sound proofing. We were in our rooms pretty early however there were guest that stayed out really late and made considerable noise well past 2 am but seemed like they were never told off for being loud. I had to go to the above room and knock on to stop moving furniture at around 1ish • I appreciate there is no bar or food service on site, but during the half term when there are a significant amount of holiday makers, I don't see why you can't have someone come in and provide day time activities for the children and charge for light snacks and a drink. There is no atmosphere nothing it is like the Land that time forgot. • Cleaning service just didn't happen. We were told it would be every three days but nothing. I am happy cleaning before anyone comes for me but a good mop would have been ideal. • As there is no reception on the first floor the door is always locked which wouldn't be an issue if our key worked all the time. Other points to note to help if you decide to book - • SUMA - Cheap, and good for fruit and snacks, if you want a proper shop Lidl is up the road. • Frisko Cafè - Really great food and super healthy. Really great staff and just super friendly • Restaurante Tasca Taller Don Diego Álvarez - What a brilliant place. They are family owned. Some of the nicest people you will meet and have a great selection of drinks for a good price. If you don't mind walking which we didn't there is also a lovely cafè that does a great burger and cocktail by the church called Cafetería Tijarafe and the bus stop is easy to get to. That all being said on the beach and other sites 100% do not advertise this as a private residency and we were misled massively. We expected a 4* Hotel, instead we got told off for talking harrased and shouted at and spent most of our time up the road so we could at least enjoy music and play cards until we came home to chat quietly. Even a whisper would have annoyed them to be honest.
I've gotta say that the place looks fine, the people are very friendly and the apartments are really quite good and clean. It’s located in a quiet part though, and you are going to have to take a fair walk or use transport to get anywhere. But if that’s okay, you’ll probably be fine here. However, there was a bit of a downside for us. The place felt kind of empty and desolate. The lobby and other parts are always completely empty. They don’t even use the lobby desk - or at least, what was once presumably the desk where you went to meet the people there. You need to go to the minus-1 floor, to a small room, to meet personnel. It more or less feels like they’ll be closing for good in a couple of weeks. Also, other than a vending machine, there isn’t any kind of food or drink available. Not even a simple drink or sandwich at the pool.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at Coral La Quinta Park Suites and would recommend this hotel. One of the hotel's greatest strengths is its reception team. The staff are exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Throughout our stay, they regularly checked in with us to make sure everything was going well, which was greatly appreciated. They also speak several languages, making communication easy and reflecting a genuine commitment to customer service. The swimming pool is another real highlight. Finally, if you have a car, the location is excellent for exploring the main attractions in the north of Tenerife. However, we would like to draw future guests' attention to the "sea view bungalows." The name can be misleading. These are not standalone bungalows, but apartments arranged over three levels. The upper two levels enjoy beautiful sea views, but their entrances open onto a shared outdoor corridor serving several apartments. This layout can be very noisy. Conversations in the corridor echo easily, and if peace and quiet are important to you, this may be disappointing. We were disturbed by noise throughout our stay. In our opinion, the sound insulation is actually worse than in many hotels because the shared walkways are open and used by guests staying on different levels. Some parts of the property also look a little dated, probably because of the shared ownership structure of the complex, but this did not significantly affect our stay. One final tip : if having the best possible sea view is important to you, we actually recommend booking the top-floor sea view bungalow. Although it is slightly smaller (and therefore usually less expensive), the view is significantly more spectacular. We stayed in the larger sea view bungalow on the middle level, and while the view was already very nice, the panorama from the top floor is truly outstanding and well worth considering.
