Very Disappointing The only positive thing about this hotel, apart from the entertainment team, is the staff, who were friendly and helpful. The food was bland, and there was very little variety. Some of the fruit served at breakfast was moldy. The room was not in the best condition: the toilet made noise, the sink was clogged, and the balcony drawer was broken. As soon as you open the balcony door, you can hear loud noise from the hotel AC units and trucks unloading. The pool area was extremely dirty and slippery, and chickens were running around and leaving droppings everywhere. It was unsafe and completely unsuitable for families with children. The entertainment was terrible. The programme advertised on the TV was never actually performed. Most of the night activities offered were bingo and Kahoot games. The night before we left, guests who had checked into the room next door got drunk and spent the entire evening shouting and banging doors. One of the men even tried to attack us when we asked them to keep the noise down, as we have a baby who had woken up because of the disturbance. When we tried to call reception, we discovered that the phone in our room didn't work at all and seemed to be there purely for show. It's a shame that, despite being advertised as a spa hotel, guests have to pay extra to use the spa facilities. I would give this hotel a maximum of 3 stars. I honestly don't understand how a hotel with such poor service and in such a bad state of repair can be rated 4 stars.

You can’t expect (or complain like) a 5-star guest when you’re not paying for a 5-star hotel. Some of the reviews here are simply unfair. The place has good facilities/installations, and all the staff are very kind and friendly. We had a pleasant stay and would recommend it for what it is. La estancia ha sido muy placentera, resaltando la buena atención del personal, en especial el equipo de animación y las chicas de recepción.
We went on an all-inclusive holiday for a week. It was our second time there, and this time we brought our son. We emailed the hotel beforehand to ask about rooms and wanted to book one with a bunk bed that looked like a little castle for our son. When we got there, we were so happy that the hotel actually booked us the room we wanted. The view from the room wasn't panoramic; we basically looked at a hill, but we didn't mind and even preferred it because that side of the hotel was quiet and away from the loud poolside where people would hang out, smoke, and party until late. The room also had a small fridge. It felt old but was clean and cozy. The bathroom was spacious with a shower. Overall, we were really happy with the room. The service and staff were super friendly and helpful. We rented a car for our stay, and the hotel offered parking right in front. The downside is you can't book it ahead of time, and you have to check with reception every day to see if there's a spot available since the parking area is tiny. The hotel does offer a bus shuttle down to the city for those without a car. The food and buffet selection were limited, pretty much the same stuff. They had fresh veggies and fruit daily, but we were fine with it since it made deciding what to eat easier, and our son is at that age where he'll only eat yellow food – chips, pasta, chicken nuggets, pancakes, and ham sandwiches. We checked out the spa; kids could come at the end of the day with adults. It's a nice space with a sauna, steam room, big jacuzzi, cold plunges, hot pools, and a bigger pool. All very nice and pleasant to hang out in. We didn't spend much time at the pool area because it was always packed. The pool itself is nice with a cool slide for kids, but it's really small for the size of the hotel. Yes there are chickens around, but that is only because people keep feeding them over restriction. Sunbeds were always reserved with towels from early morning, so if you wanted to go after breakfast, you wouldn't find a spot. The hotel didn't seem to care and just left the towels on the sunbeds. They put up signs saying it was forbidden and that if a towel was on a sunbed for more than 30 minutes without a person, security would remove it, but we never saw that happen. Snacks during the day were okay – chips, fruit, sandwiches. We only tried one alcoholic drink from the all-inclusive offer and had to throw it away because it had so much alcohol you could have made four more drinks from it. But like I said, the hotel was clean, the staff was nice, the food was okay, and our stay was without any major problems. For the price we paid, we weren't expecting miracles. We would come again.
This hotel has been lovely for our first all inclusive holiday. The staff have been wonderful and so helpful, including helping me organise a cake and balloon for my sons birthday. The pool is lovely and clean and a good size. The pool bar serves a full range of sofa drinks and alcoholic beverages with premium drinks available for a small cost. The only let down was our room has obviously recently been painted and there was paint on the floor and the room was a little aged and could have done with some small adjustments. Wonderful holiday overall though.
Having a medical condition, access to water is very important. However, staff are not supportive and everyone has their own rules. I think the manager should give training to all so that all have the same level of understanding when serving customers who paid a lot of money to travel and choose to stay at this hotel. The beds are well maintained but the floors are never cleaned. That’s horrible! They never took the glasses from the table. The food is good. Not so diverse. Too much pork. Staff are not so relaxed. Angry and rude! Most rude staff we ever experienced! Always making ‘faces’. This hotel is over one hour away from the airport which is the downside. At least customers should really feel welcomed after a very long journey. Staff, be more sensitive and inclusive to customers. The boss can make the changes if they want people to return. Space is limited for people to sit by the pool. Too little umbrellas. Plus almost nobody understands english. Really?! That was shocking!
