Just back from a 10 day stay with the wife and must say this holiday was the best so far. We meet lovely people, the experience was fantastic. Lovely location and the staff are also brilliant. I also would like to highlight to the management that entertainer Alba was super amazing with everyone expecially with the kids ❤️ Definitely needs recognition for her work. Great place, good food and amazing people 👌

My partner and I stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time! Yes, it's not the newest and fanciest hotel, but it's great value for money. The rooms were clean, the food was good and varied. The best part, however, is the staff, always friendly and forthcoming. Special thanks to Barbara at the reception and Melanie at the bar ❤️
Booked it on a whim and it was the best decision ever! The rooms are spotless, bedding - cotton and comfy. They even folded my pyjamas. Location is steps away from the sea and opposite a brilliant shopping centre and a pharmacy too. Entertainment was great too, thanks to Lucy and her aqua aerobics I managed to burn off all the lovely food from the buffets. Great selection and quality, I will definitely be returning again and hopefully soon.
I had a wonderful stay at Be Live Experience Orotava. The hotel is in a perfect location, just a short walk from the beach, shops, and restaurants. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had beautiful views. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and made me feel very welcome. The food was delicious with plenty of choice every day, and the all inclusive service was excellent. The pool area was clean and relaxing, making it a great place to unwind. I really enjoyed my holiday here and would definitely come back. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tenerife. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable.
The highlight of my trip were all of the staff members. Having not been abroad for a number of years everyone was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Could not fault a single staff member from reception to bar staff - everyone was lovely and made a genuine effort to be polite. Room was decent, working air con and balcony were pluses. However, there was only one pillow per side of the bed which we found was a bit uncomfortable. The safe in the room was also extremely flimsy and difficult to use, having been the old lock and key style. As others have mentioned the building is on the older side and it definitely shows its age in places, but I also think that gave it an old fashioned charm too. But, that meant there were a few run down looking areas which is a shame. The food was fine and there’s plenty of selection morning, afternoon, and evening - but be warned that the restaurant was often overcrowded with additional seating cordoned off which was annoying, and we were made to hover waiting for a table on more than one occasion. Pool was nice, plenty of space and a smaller shallow 0.5m one for the kids. Outdoor loungers are abundant and there is a good policy in place stopping people from claiming sun loungers with towels early. The bar service is also good, but the alcohol was on the cheaper side. They’ve got all the usual soft drinks. Fab location, being slap bang in the middle of Puerto, Mercadona not 5 minutes away, and the Loro Parque free bus service less than 10 mins walk away too. All in all the hotel was a nice, adequate outpost for our adventure in North Tenerife, and as said before the staff were outstanding.
