We’ve just come back from ten days on Thai lovely place . What a fantastic oasis this place is. When you walked through the gates it’s like paradise.lots of lovely plants and birds seen.the reception is lovely and rooms are lovely and clean and just what we needed.staff we’re brilliant and nothing was any trouble at all.breakfast was amazing with everything you could possibly need, hence the half a stone weight gain! At the far end of the strip we found is nice and quiet .we had a sea view room which became a bit noisy on the afternoon as it overlooked The Hawaiian bar, but hey people are on holiday so good for them .weve been to loads of places on Lanzarote but this was definitely the best by far. lots of bars and restaurants near bar and all brilliant. Definitely recommend this place to anyone x

Fantastic location & very nice hotel. Breakfast extremely good. Rooms nice but a slight difference in cleaners. Obviously some more thorough than others. Hotel had a power cut which left us without air con and running water but they did rectify it.

Not recommended for sole travellers. Is expensive. Didnt sleep well lot of noise in back apartments. Cleaners moving beds next morning woke me up couple of times. Sleeping room bright from sitting room no darken the room at all. Diffucult working Tv and Air condition. It kept comming on. Wont be staying again.

We were very happy with our stay—top-class facility. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A few areas for improvement. 1) More shelves in the bathroom. 2) Seating in the front room is not very comfortable. 3) The floor in the bathroom gets very slippery when wet.
