Apartamentos Bello Lanzarote

Horrible experience. First night we didnt even sleep 1 hour. One man probably tenant was agresivelly screaming and swearing there all night till 6am and punching with everything. The owner gave us zero informations about that, and now we are waiting for his reply but nothing. Other minuses- soo bad smelling apartment and hot. Without acc and not very good option for opening windows (smell from all kitchens) no AC just one weak ventilator. Bad care of hygiene. There was plenty of cocroaches every day from the bathroom. Even during showering. The bed has not comfortable matrace. For the price for sure you can find much more better options!

Lovely, clean and spacious flat right in the center of Arrecife, next to Charco de San Gines, main shopping street, restaurants and supermarkets. Not far from bus station and bus stops where you can get busses to other parts of Lanzarote if you are planning on exploring the whole island. We had a flat on the 3rd floor (no lift in the building) and there was a spacious rooftop terrace, with lovely views available for all guests. The check-in and check-out procedure very easy. Flat had all amenities, lovely decoration and felt very cosy- a bottle of water was waiting for us in the fridge, however it would have been great if there was some tea/coffee/sugar as well. A bit noisy as you could hear all neighbours from the patios in the building.

First room we got on the first floor was great - good bed, amenities etc and quiet. Second one a few days later on third floor was terrible - bed about to fall apart, tv didn’t work, bathroom window didn’t shut and it was ultra noisy (locals staying in nearby apartments constantly slamming their doors, yelling in corridor).

On our first morning we were bounced out of bed at 8am with some very loud hammer drilling work on the other side of our bedroom wall! complained to the owner but the property she was not interested & blamed it on some other building work across the street as per video i was sent...... Clueless! Had to contact booking.com to cancel our accomodation & get refunded.....found some where else in Peurto del Carmen.
